Hello Just an American – or can I call you “gullible foreigner”?
“Are you sure you’re not from Brooklyn?” No but not far off I’m from Durham.
Anyway as Bryan has stated above we have just had some local elections here – which acording to the BBC was not too bad for Labour (they got 27% of the vote) in the real world, however it was a disaster for them. I reccomend you peruse the threads futher up to find how the BBC are spinning the story. There is one twist you might find interesting about the vote in Scotland. 100,000 ballot papers were “spoilt”. Read the story and then compare it with the BBCs uproar about the voting in Florida in 2001.
