at this point I wouldnt read too much into the reports of this “iranian” doctor. Islamic Republic has a habit of being involved in international terror but these usually do not use Iranian nationals for obvious reason of not wanting a direct link back to the Islamic government of Iran.

Also it would be very usnusual for Al Qaeda to allow a Shia Iranian to be involved in its operations. Lets not forget that Zarqawi made a name butchering Shia in Iraq.

There are however a few million Sunni Iranians.

Still at this stage everything is as clear as mud. It will be interesting to find out teh nationalities of teh other arrested individuals.

Maybe Dr. Asha and his wife will have nothing to do with the attacks. We shall see.

So, which is it Reith et al ? Are your colleagues to stupid to realise a key component in the story, or are they too keen to damp down antagonistic feelings towards one of their favourite client groups?

Maybe this will be the angle the BBC take – but I don’t buy it – didn’t the terrorists move into the area in April? The honours were in June.

BBC World ran a filler segment between breaks for at least 24 hours over the weekend in which they claimed that the armistice ending the Korean war signed in July 1983, not 1953. I know this was probably a typo, but how come the error was allowed to go uncorrected for so long? (Actually, I haven’t checked today, so maybe they are still adding thirty years to the Korean war ). Sloppy and unprofessional.

Furthermore, even as the Glasgow Airport bomb incident was unfolding, BBC World chose not to alter its programming schedule to cover it (in Asia, at least, where I live) for about half-an-hour. They did report on it in their main news, but then moved onto show a documentary about the anniversary of the Hong Kong handover. I had to rely on an American news channel (FOX news) to get immediate coverage of this terrorist attack taking place in the UK.

I assume your comment about were is your cut was intended to be stupid. However I will attempt to educate you anyhow.

You are getting your cut my dear. Or should I say if you are not able to sustain yourself by your own witts and hard work you most certainly are. This is currently carried out useing the national welfare benifits system. and paid for by the vaste amount of NET TAX payed out of corporation tax.

However if you are Jewish you can also get some extra assistance from several Jewish charities that myself and nearly all my customer donate very generously to.

But there is also a way that you can GET YOUR CUT as you put it. This is done by putting money in the building sociaty. Or if the level of interest seems not too clever there.

I will be happy for you to invest in my company. The current rate I pay is 10%-12%pa, depending on how long you intend the investment to last. Only please be aware that if I go bust you get next to nothing back at all.

Alternately if you wish to borrow money on the same basis from me. The current rate I charge for liquid no questions asked cash is 1.85% per month. An APR of something like 39% pa.

Perhaps you would do well to learn a little bit more about your own people and capitalism before you comment from ignorence.

As far as your comment concerning the jews not inventing capitalism. May I reference you to my later comment which may clear things up for you.

it can encompass your every being – and it can be compulsive to the extent of affecting your normal life.

Capitalism is a great and wonderfull thing, that has the power to deliver vertually all human neads and at the same time insure liberty for all.

However for those that still need the advice may I give this heart felt warning.

It can also deliver slavery and rampant illiberal corporate BBC inspired FASCISM. If controlled and regulated “unwisely” by any authoritarian socialist government.

It can also deliver Marxist communism if destroyed by one.

I dont think I would get to many arguments even from many members of the Labour party if I described our present government as an authoratarian socialist one.

However in Gordon Brown we now have corporate FASCIST written large and staring us all right in the proverbial face.

This country and Europe is speeding down this road to nowhere but HELL on earth at an astouding rate.

We trusted the BBC to at least warn us about this. But our trust was missplaced.

I fear that it is already too late to turn back. I have also regretibly come to the conclusion that the British people are now so ignorent, badly informed and educated, many of them actually WANT to live in a Fascist country. However the truly brown pants fact is that opposition partys have also come to this realisation and are adapting their policys to meet this trend.

I think Murdoch has much to do with this, helped in no small way by the EU. But by far and away the biggest SINNER of them all is the BBC.

Which is why I hate and dispise the BBC with a passion that I dont think anyone but a Jew could really understand. I am happy to be shown that I am completly wrong on this one. But I profoundly and tragically believe I am more then right.

    Time Line of Terror Plot

As usual the MSM have not pieced teh story prperly. The BBC’s clueless Frank Gardner being the worst of the lot.

I have tried using the admittedly vauge info to hand to set out a more accurate timeline of what happened.

Saturday 2am two car bombs left in London Haymarket.

The Times claims the police had been looking for 2 Glasgow terrorists at least 4 hours before their arrests.

The controlled detonation of a car during Sunday afternoon was possibly the Doctor’s car which had been left at the hospital where he worked.

The police and the security services stated that the two incidents in London and Glasgow were linked and that some members of the group that had carried them out remain free.

Saturday afternoon police raided a property in Newcastle-under-Lyme, in Staffordshire. Residents said the occupant was a doctor at a local hospital.

Sunday at 3.15pm 2 (Asian?) men attack Glasgow airport. Are arrested. One (the burnt one) was a Doctor who worked at Royal Alexandra Hospital where he was taken. The Guardian interviewed neighbours who said: They have been [renting] here for just over nine months. He had a wife and a young child. He speaks good English.” The passanger was 27.

On Sunday on the M6 2 people an Iranian (Reuters)/or Lebanese (Telegraph) Dr. Mohhamed Asha working at North Staffordshire hospital aged (27) & wife (26).

Later Police sealed off a house in near by Newcastle Under Lyme owned by a couple (Same arrested couple?) with a baby. police had arrested a 26-year-old man and a woman aged 27 in a dramatic operation on the M6 in south Cheshire. A witness, Peter Whitehead, told how three unmarked police cars brought the traffic on the northbound carriageway to a halt. “In front of them were a couple of other unmarked police cars and they forced a car on to the hard shoulder and got the occupants out and, as far as I can see, arrested them. The Guardian understands.” The couple had been followed from Birmingham and were thought to be en route to Scotland/(or Newcastle-U-Lyme).

Soon afterwards a second 26-year-old man was arrested at Liverpool’s Lime Street railway station. 26 year old (Lebanese ?).

In Liverpool 2 addresses searched – one in Toxteth and one near Penny Lane in the Mossley Hill district. In Liverpool, people living near houses raided by police said they believed the occupants were medical students. They said two young Asian men had moved into the house, off Penny Lane, a few months ago. The second raid in Liverpool was at Hatherley Street, in Toxteth, where four Asian men in their 20s lived. There were no arrests. Neighbours said the four were from Pakistan and Yemen, and had lived in the property for only a few months. They attended the Al-Rahma Mosque at the end of the street.

A few hours police later raid house in Houston, Renfrewshire District. Nr Glasgow.

Thus far 5 arrested, 2 Doctors (One British-Asian?, One Iranian) both with wife (Iranian?) & child. 1 Lebanese man. 1 Asian passenger (British-Asian?)

One suspect still on the loose. Three of the five arrested suspects are believed to be foreign nationals.

If Mohhamed Asha is Lebanese and is being mistaken for an Iranian (all other suspects are either Arab or Pakistani) then this may well be an Al Qaida operation similar to the Fath Al Islam cell who tried to train bomb in Germany in 2006 with propane barbecue canisters bombs that failed to go off.

    Terror Part Timeline 2

The controlled explosion of a suicide belt yesterday was probabley the Doctors Locker at Royal Alexandra. Ther are pictures of him naked so it couldnt have been a suicide belt.

the 2nd Doctor labelled tonight as Iranian may well be Jordanian (see the picture of his wife) wearing an Arab style hejab.

This looks very much like an Al Qaieda plot, with little or nothing to do with Iraq and Iraq style car bombs.

If is resembles anything its the Fath Al Islam operation that failed in Germany last year.

Hillhunt when you read this tell Frank Gardner – he is looking more of an ass by the minute.

As ever, a more coherent “narrative” is to be found on THIS site – as for the BBC website, don’t bother. Lessons still to learn from China’s 1975 dam disaster
    Paul Simons: Weather Eye

The world’s worst dam disaster struck Henan province, central China, in 1975. A typhoon dropped about a metre (40in) of rain, more than a year’s average rainfall, and the Shimantan and Banqiao dams collapsed.

Their floodwaters ruptured 60 more dams, and more than 15 billion tonnes of water surged in a wave up to 10km (6 miles) wide that swept away towns and villages. It is thought that about 85,000 died in the flood and a further 145,000 from the famine and disease that followed.

Large dam failures are extremely rare in the UK, but the Ulley dam in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, was close to bursting last week after record rainfalls.

However, experts are concerned that smaller reservoirs, less than 25,000 cu metres (880,000 cu ft), fall outside the current safety legislation for dams. A few months ago a small reservoir in a quarry near Derby failed, and in June 2005 another small dam failed at Boltby, North Yorkshire, both without significant damage. But hundreds of small dams lie near populations and could pose a severe flood threat.

“The problem is that legislation is concerned with the volume of reservoirs, rather than the risk they pose,” explains Andrew Hughes, of the British Dam Society. “They’re often old, left over from the Industrial Revolution in the Pennines. In my opinion, these dams could put lives at risk, as well as damage buildings.”

If you were able to read, which I doubt

Guffaw…guffaw. Are you in the 5-10 year old age bracket or is that your sense of humour at its best.

Yes all murder is wrong but I can’t recall any murders carried out by the BNP, I’m probably wrong BUT I can give you a few thousand examples carried out by Al Qaeda. You see, that’s where we differ, I form my opinions on the information that is served up to me and not on hypothesise. If that makes me a ‘fascist’ then I’ll have to inform the OED and get them to alter their entry.

You are obviously a very sad individual. I’d love to know how you’ve ‘fought fascism’ but I can imagine it’s coming into a debate a day late and saying nothing more than ‘Jo: you are a fascist’ (yes it was you that started the name calling).

BTW don’t bother replying as I’m moving to the other side of the world imminently. Events of the weekend and people like you remind me exactly why I’m leaving this country and you’re an example of why I think this country has major hurdles on it’s way back to sanity.

Once you accept the fact that the BNP exist mainly because of uncontrolled immigration and nutters coming in and trying to blow us up then you’ll be well on your way to reformation.
Oh no, I said the ‘immigration’ word and your first thought is probably something along the lines of ‘….fascist…’

    Au revoir……

p.s. I loved the little quips questioning my intelligence (usually the retort of a desperate lefty) but I got my visa based on my qualifications, my work experience and because I’d be an asset to their country and I rote thiz all myselv two.

    “UN issues desertification warning
Desertification could displace up to 50m people over the next decade
Tens of millions of people could be driven from their homes by encroaching deserts, particularly in sub-Saharan Africa and Central Asia, a report says.”

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/africa/6247802.stm

From the UN so must be true except:

“New Scientist has learned that a separate analysis of satellite images completed this summer reveals that dunes are retreating right across the Sahel region on the southern edge of the Sahara desert. Vegetation is ousting sand across a swathe of land stretching from Mauritania on the shores of the Atlantic to Eritrea 6000 kilometres away on the Red Sea coast.

Nor is it just a short-term trend. Analysts say the gradual greening has been happening since the mid-1980s, though has gone largely unnoticed. Only now is the evidence being pieced together.”

Actually the BBC covered this report themselves – funny that this was inconveniently forgotten.

“Satellite pictures of northern Africa show that areas lost to the Sahara desert during decades of drought are turning green again.

Analysis of images show deserts retreating in a broad band stretching from Mauritania to Eritrea, according to research in British magazine New Scientist.

The driving force behind the retreat of the deserts is believed to be increased rainfall.”

See that last sentence. “Stops topsoil washing away”. Thats what causes desertification. Nothing to do with MMGW.

It was a joke, Gary. While I grant the laws that forbade Jews to own land drove us into merchantile occupations, ‘capitalism’ if you would. But I would say the Italian Venetians and Genoans not to mention urban dwellers everywhere were equally responsible for the devolopment of a “capitalist’ money culture. The trouble – for the Jews and others – was that guys with swords, and later guns, kept coming along and stealing your profits.

On the other hand Marx very definitely was a Jew, by derivation if not religion.
