Please use this thread for BBC-related comments and analysis. Please keep comments on other threads to the topic at hand. N.B. this is not an invitation for general off-topic comments – our aim is to maintain order and clarity on the topic-specific threads. This post will remain at or near the top of the blog. Please scroll down to find new topic-specific posts.
Note from one of the “editors” (not Andrew): the comments have been getting out of hand here, so I’m going to start deleting comments that are too off-topic, or not pertinent enough. I’ll also delete personal rants, comments that are too general, and comments that are part of a tit-for-tat personal exchanges.
(If a comment of yours gets deleted, it doesn’t mean we don’t like you and that we’re going to delete all your future comments. We just want to keep the comments down to a size that doesn’t put visitors off from reading them).
Please also note that, in accordance with our ‘policy on comments’ (see side panel), the presence of any comment on this site does not constitute an endorsement by Biased BBC or anyone else of the views expressed therein.
David,
It is me whom you should be directing the comment about 5th columists at the BBC and not John B.
And I’ll put my money on the table and say that the BBC are the biggest bunch of traitors this country has ever seen.

Tell me if a whiteman had firebombed shops based on the colour of the skin of the people who owned them. (Brown skinned people of Indian decent)
Funny enough BBC news 24 when interviewing the police inspector who lead the team who caught this racist thug. Tried really hard to promote the racial element. Something the copper wasn’t having.

David Gregory: “I think B-BBC does a really great job when delving into specifics, but broadbrush stuff like implying BBC staff are all Muslim converts or that the Asian Network is a sort of broadcasting 5th column are a little wide of the mark”
Hi David, please don’t make the mistake of characterising Biased BBC as a whole based on the views of one or two third-party comments, whatever those views are.
We, the main contributors to Biased BBC, are no more accountable for the views expressed here in the comments than the BBC is for the views expressed in its (Don’t) Have Your Say columns!
This potential for confusing the comments with the blog, intentionally or otherwise, is one of the reasons for the stronger line we have taken recently in dealing with off-topic and other comments.
