SYRIAN SIRENS
Had to laugh at the name of the Syrian spokesman from the London Embassy given a fawning interview on Today this morning – Jihad Makdissi. The irony was lost on the Beeb. Ol’ Jihad was allowed to waffle on about how those evil Americans had flown their helicopters into sovereign Syrian territory and murdered innocent men, women and children. Ed Sturgeon showed his disinterest in interrogating Mr Jihad on the other Jihad that has its genesis in Syria by asking inane and closed questions on the topic. Then for good measure, Jeremy Al Bowen popped up and suggested that Syria was moving in a western direction and the timing of the American raid was unfortunate. At no point does the BBC even contemplate the possibility that Syria has been an active terror enabler for years and so in the BBC mind the Americans are once again child-killers randomly moving into Syrian territory for no good reason.

Surprised there’s no mention of the usual “family gatherings/weddings” that Al-Beeb routinely puts up as the targets of any US terrorist raids.

The BBC reported the Syrian point of view without question and reported the casualties without any verification, “a man and his four sons”??? Hmmm sounds fishy to me!
A house near the border that acts as a jumping off point for foreign Jihadists to move into Iraq, this we know to a fact, perhaps the ‘sons’ were jihadists/suicide bombers and the man was the handler?
DNA samples/age of ‘victims’/independent verification/a full measure of cynical caution BEFORE reporting propaganda would be the proper BBC reaction.
The fact that the Syrians/Iranians are upto their necks in trying to destabilize Iraq should cause the BBC to verify its stories before shooting off its anti American mouth?
Since when did the fact that they regularly publish faked up lies and propaganda without proper checks ever stop them!
I have yet to hear the BBC publish a single retraction of the hundreds of fake stories!

The BBC (and much of MSM) is quick to condemn the US, and its pre-Obama government, without reference to the record of Assad’s Syria in aggression inside Lebanon, and in supporting Hezbollah, and as a conduit for jihadists moving into Iraq:
“‘US helicopter raid’ inside Syria”
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/middle_east/7692153.stm
Alternative emphasis:
“US special forces launch rare attack inside Syria” (AP):

Perhaps we can expect an increasingly easy treatment of Assad’s Syria by the BBC (and the rest of the MSM), now that Sarkozy of France is trying to rehabilitate Syria politically.
The European Union is pushing for its own transformation into ‘Eurabia’, by incorporating the (Muslim) states of the Mediterranean (including Syria):
[Extract from a comment by ‘Fjordman’:
“Open plans for a ‘Mediterranean Union’ or ‘Union for the Mediterranean’, which will include all EU member states, Mauritania, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Jordan, the Palestinian Authority, Lebanon, Syria and Turkey, was launched in mid-2008, under some concern among Arabs that such a Union might normalize their relationship with Israel. This came with plans for the creation of a ‘north-south co-presidency’ and a permanent secretariat as well as the definition of a ‘short-list’ of priority projects for the region. The European Commission proposes the creation of a co-presidency between the EU and a Mediterranean (read: Muslim) country, chosen with consensus for a two-year term. Brussels is drawing the institutional profile of what will be called ‘Barcelona Process — A Union for the Mediterranean.’ Notice how they tie this explicitly to the Eurabian Barcelona Process described by Bat Ye’or. Despite this, even after the Mediterranean Union was launched, I heard claims that any talk about Eurabia was a ‘dangerous Islamophobic conspiracy theory.'” (‘Fjordman’):

the HYS comment inbedded in that report also shows the BBC’s pro islam agenda / anti american posion.
“The Americans always do this sort of thing, it shows us how little our lives mean to them.” Ahmed, UK.

An area for BBC to explore, but be warned BBC, it may well turn out to be a pro-American route:
“US Special Forces Syria ops: Was it a possible al Qaeda leader ‘snatch’?”
(by Jerry Gordon):
[Extract]:
“This cross border special ops could have been to collect more direct evidence of Syrian involvement in facilitating the insertion of al Qaeda foreign fighters to engage in IED attacks against US and Iraqi forces in western Iraq. If that is indeed the case, Syria is an ally/proxy for Iran where Revolutionary Guards have supplied experts and technology. Most of the al Qaeda foreign fighters have been Sunnis with a fair contingent of Saudis, Libyans, and others.”

George R,
BBC aren’t listening – they have decided the US military are terrorists.

The BBC was quick to use the word ‘terrorist’ when describing the US military, especially when you consider that there has been NO independent verification of the Syrian story about casualties, the film released doesnt show bodies, the area looks to have been well policed by the Syrians, notice the burial party had the faces covered and in the ground fast as you like, you would have thought a crime scene would have been set up and autopsies carried out etc, the Arabs are real hot for propaganda and they would have had cameras on the scene filming the dead civvies!
Notice the ages of the supposed man and ‘children’ were not released? they will turn out to be bodyguards of the high ranking terrorist I am sure!
Seeing as the BBC know so little of the true facts they are taking a big risk trusting the word of a state that happily murders its opponents with car bombs dont you think?
Then again the BBC hates the American forces just as much as the Syrians do.

I would like to congratulate the US serviceman on a job well done.
Force projection and border integrity is an option available to both sides.
Once again the inability of the Muslim male to take a good beating is beyond contempt. Infantilism comes to mind…
Regarding Bolshevik Broadcasting Commissar reporting, let’s just wait and see…
The BBC totally missed the reactor bombing and have continuously failed to condemn the Bathist toilet , known as Syria.
Assad needs to be reminded that European trade will not protect him from engaging in 4GW.
