A BBC First ?

Radio Five Live discovers (admittedly somewhat late) that there are black conservatives in the United States. Shay of the Booker Rising group blog will be interviewed on the morning show from 9 am. 9 am ? That’s now !

Perhaps one day they could also discover Thomas Sowell, John McWhorter, Walter Williams and a host of others. I guess Larry Elder and Michelle Malkin might be too much for them. I think I did hear Shelby Steele on the BBC – once.

Doesn’t the value of pound relative to other currencies depend to a great extent on the relative interest rates? A sudden drop in interest rates will be accompanied by a similar drop in the pound, which is already weakening. And then, up go the prices of imports and things which we no longer make here.

So ya, I came across this film on youtube called “White Girl” by BBC. At first I was interested until I realized that the whole film can be summed up in the following:

    anti-British culture
    pro-Muslim culture
British women treated poorly by British men
Muslim women treated well by Muslim men
white British husband: lazy, uncivilized, wife beater, etc.
white British wife: drunk, uncivilized, uneducated, can’t look after kids, etc.
Muslim men: caring, compassionate, smart, etc.
Muslim women: liberated, educated, well mannered, cultured, etc.
Britist culture: racism, alcohol, swearing, generally uncivilized, immature, etc.
    Muslim culture: the opposite

The 11 yr old white British girl converts to the religion of peace. Finds peace away from the horrors of Britishness. Feels liberated.

Ya, so that basically sums it up. You can go check it out at

Part of the beebs atrocious white week, where every programme was about race/immigration.

Do they really think these are programmes white people want to watch. I think its just an cover to pump out their hatred of white British people.

We must never forget how evil the BBC is.

The BBC’s White series was an attempt to educate the white British public that they need to understand, respect, and accept all immigrants of all races, colors, and creeds. Also, the viewer is supposed to come to realize that British people aren’t so great after all, and it’s only because white people are racist, bigoted bastards that immigrants haven’t integrated properly.

That was the BBC’s intention behind the programming, for these things couldn’t have been written with anything else in mind. It’s evidence that the bosses at the BBC, and the individual writers and producers who created these shows, hold the average indigenous British person, and indeed anyone who doesn’t conform to their intellectual fascism, in utter contempt.

The shows certainly weren’t aimed at the immigrants.

It looks as though Labour have held on in Glenrothes. If that is the case, be on the lookout for the story suddenly gaining importance. The BBC have burried it all day, and have given air-time to every Labour ‘expectation lowerer’. If they hold on, no matter the majority, wait for the party to begin.

The BBC, on the other hand manages to get a minister on but then just lets her rabbit on about what they are doing with the banks. It just turns out to be a political broadcast on behalf of the Labour Party.

If thay can’t get the minister on air, as in the case below from Monday’s toady show

Pension tax grabs in the 1990s have reduced the value of retirement funds by up to £225bn, according to the Taxpayers’ Alliance . Mark Wallace, campaign director at alliance, said changes made by Tory former chancellor Norman Lamont and then by Gordon Brown in his first budget have cost the funds heavily.

All questioning by the toady operative was from a script prepared by the government which of course sought to rubbish the Taxpayers’ Alliance’s case.

I commented two days ago about a BBC news brief about clashes in Gaza between Israelis and Hamas. The initial version had a very misleading headline, as I said here. Since then, they’ve done a number of stealth edits, but decided to tell the truth about what happened.

Yet, sub-editors keep hacking away at it. One of them keeps trying to water down the Hamas content, or separate Hamas from any militant (read: terrorist) activities, and someone else keeps trying to make it slightly more truthful. It’s almost like two editors are fighting over it.

Too bad none of that truthfulness reached the ears of Aleem Maqbool or his producer. BBC World Propaganda America is currently showing another video segment about this incident from our favorite Palestinian mouthpiece. He opens by saying that there is supposed to be a ceasefire in Gaza, but “Israeli tanks have rolled in”. Palestinians have been killed in air raids and other attacks. He presents the Israelis as killing Palestinians (no Hamas members in sight), unprovoked. In his view, Israel unilaterally broke the ceasefire, for no apparent reason other than pure aggression, weakly justified ex post facto.

This editorial policy of falsehood knows no limits. There’s obviously an internal battle going on in the News Online version over the editorial tone. Clearly a junior is heavily biased in favor of Hamas and Palestinians, and a slightly more senior Beeboid is at least making an attempt to make it more accurate. That didn’t used to be the case, so credit where it’s due.

Of course, no matter how big the news brief gets, there’s always room for Mary Robinson to express her horror at the “terrible” conditions in Gaza which, obviously, excuse the terrorist tunnels.

Meanwhile, Maqbool spreads his mischief over the airwaves uninhibited. I guess if they finally scratch out a bit of truthfulness in one place, that covers them for the blatant propaganda everywhere else.

    AMAZING!

Glenrothes goes form non existent story to Number one headline on the BBC views web page. Is there no limit to the perfidy of the BBC.

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/edinburgh_and_east/7710999.stm

The 59-year-old, who will quit as the rector of Kirkcaldy High School for Westminster, said: “I pledge my support to the leader of this country.

“Someone who has worked very hard on behalf of all of us, not just in Fife, but in Scotland and the UK during these volatile economic times.”

Mr Roy added: “With Gordon Brown, Britain is strong. With Gordon Brown, Labour has won here in Glenrothes and central Fife.”

    Vomit bowl anyone?

Oh I’ve just noticed this fuc**ng headline http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/7712275.stm

People ‘can’t wait for ID cards’

    Note the weasel single quotes…

“Jacqui Smith is phasing in the introduction of the new ID card

Jacqui Smith says public demand means people will be able to pre-register for an ID card within the next few months.”

So the headline is the ministerial message again.

    ‘Economist’:

‘Paying for the BBC: Broadcasting uncertainty’

    [Extract]:

“But pressure for a more radical review of the BBC’s funding may yet grow. Support for the licence fee varies from poll to poll, but is never overwhelming: only 22% approve of it, according to one published on November 2nd; 41% according to another, in August. An ICM survey for the BBC itself in 2004 found more than two-thirds of the public wanted the fee replaced by subscription or advertising. Such begrudging may become more common as the recession bites and more households struggle to pay what is in essence a regressive tax.” (‘The Economist’).

Even when the very name of the Islamic jihad group precisely describes that political group’s activities in Gaza- ‘ISLAMIC JIHAD’, the BBC converts that name into the inaccurate euphemism: “Palestinian militants”.

    For BBC:
    ISLAMIC JIHAD = Palestinian militants.

THe licence fee may have been justified 30 or 40 years ago when the BBC only had ITV to compete against.

But most of the population now has access to Sky or Virgin or Freeview and the justification of the BBC’s TV tax is simply no longer valid in its current form. Only beeboids and the Liebour party seem to be in denial of this.

    Steve Zacharanda: parting shot?

He seems to qualify on several counts already, and being immune from accountability or financial censure must be an added attraction.

At least Zacharanda was honest enough to admit that he was volunteering for the Obamessiah campaign. The Beeboids pretended that they weren’t.
