WHAT THE BBC WON’T COVER…

BBC bias by omission is much their preferred route. A news story which combines the twin dangers of Islam and the EU is not one that the State Broadcaster is interested in considering. So, instead we get to read about Berlusconi’s matrimonial disputes. It’s always a question of conformance to the narrative.

Just wait till Turkey joins the EU. We haven’t seen the half of it yet with Islam.

Funny thing is with her her man hatred you’d think Hattie Harperson would be against this sort of crap.

    Not sure about this one:

    – the Daily Mail story is over a week old, so the comparison with the story on Berlusconi is a bit spurious
    – I couldn’t find this story covered in either the Times or the Telegraph, both respectable right-of-centre papers. The Mail is well known for its editorial slant, and the story linked to reads like their highly subjective slant on it – or, if you will, bias, which they’re entitled to (unlike the beeb). The BBC’s lack of reporting on this doesn’t seem that strange in that respect.

The BBC is, of course, riddled with bias, but I’m not sure posts like this do much to expose it, or create pressure to remove it.

I see the Daily Mail has a story that Dennis McShane is claiming that the Tories are to blame for the rise of the BNP (how many times do we hear that excuse?)

But if that is the case why is it that the BNP only does well in Labour heartlands?

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1177224/Labour-MP-Denis-MacShane-blames-xenophobic-Tories-rise-far-right-BNP.html

And how long before the BBC ‘conveniently’ picks up this story and runs with it?

“..Times or the Telegraph, both respectable right-of-centre papers”

I wouldn’t go that far. Most newspapers have for the last 10 years aligned themselves with New Labour and these are no exceptions.

New labour have infested most British Institutions through their patronage , social engineering and PC religion.

That some newspapers are only now beginning to attack Labour is because the Labour elite are coming to the end of their destructive grip on this country.

We have had over 10 years of this despicable anti-British, anti-democratic rabble and all through that time hardly any dissenting voices in the media. Nothing has changed it is just that the friends of Labour are shaking in their boots, scared witless that there will be no one to defend them when Labour falls.

A respected Christian Minister repeatedly beats, imprisons, and multiple-rapes his infant daughter in an English cellar until she’s a teenager ten years later, he and his whole family try to hunt her down to her death, and she writes a book about it and the BBC doesn’t think it’s newsworthy?

    Shame on them!

    Oh, wait, I misspelled something…

Classic BBC crap. On Radio 5 some left wing ‘comedian’ said if he werePM for the day he’d do the following

    1. Outlaw straight marriage (big cheer for that at the BBC I bet)

    2. Let all asylum seekers into the UK

    3. Make Daily Mail readers justify their existence.

    Deary me EC/NUlab, NuLab/EC, help!

So best not cover it, even though a lengthy report on the economic prospects for the EU as a whole

EU economies will contract by 4% in 2009, the European Commission has forecast.

But a mention of the UK only in para 92 (lumped with Italy & no mention of any variation from McMental's forecast)
