Had to smile at the way in which the BBC has been pushing the line that the UK is emerging from recession “faster than previously estimated.” Yes, but it’s not QUITE the way the BBC presents it. Then again recession “deeper than previously estimated” might not be quite as helpful to Mr Brown?

Funny that the BBC have ignored the ever falling pound or that our borrowing is even higher for January than anyone expected.
Also, most of the alleged economic growth has been in…. the service industry, basically restaurants and the like. Wow so a few take aways are doing better, that will save the economy won’t it. NOT!
