Dez is right. The Liberal Democrats ran Liverpool City Council from 1998 to 2010. Not, as you mistakenly claim, Labour. I am interested to know, did you:
a)not check the facts?
b)check with an unreliable source?
c)alter the facts to achieve a bias?
