Hi folks. It’s Wednesday, mid way through our weekly bias fest, so time for a new one of these! I’m making my re-appearance to remind you that the Ministry of Truth was never as malignant at the State Broadcaster has become. You want proof? Provide it here…

But, for how long this time?
Just running, even if then staying near mute, during the Ball filleting of the men in grey, must have set wheels of Siberification in motion.

I like how some of the commenters – including some B-BBCers – point out what’s been happening with Neil’s blog. The moderators even let them through.

Two days ago, I heard Gavin Esler (doing his grueling two-hour shift at the News Channel anchor desk) ask a BBC reporter if there was any “proof” of the motive of the murdering Mohammedan who killed two US servicemen. My comment to that effect is on page 4 of this thread. What Esler meant to do was pre-emptively dismiss anyone like me who might have been thinking it was done by a mad Mohammedan out for revenge for the usual grievances about Afghanistan and/or Iraq. I said at the time that this was evidence of the BBC’s editorial agenda to protect Mohammedans at all costs.
Now, once again reality forces the BBC to admit the truth, albeit only part of it.
The alleged gunman, they add, has confessed, saying he wanted to kill Americans “as revenge for the American mission in Afghanistan”.
There’s your proof, Esler, you biased Beeboid.
Here’s what the BBC doesn’t want you to know about the incident, something which everyone else was already hearing when Esler made that obfuscating question:
A gunman shouting “Allahu Akbar” opened fire on a bus carrying U.S. airmen in Frankfurt, Germany, killing two and wounding two others before his gun jammed and he was subdued, officials said.
This is what Esler was trying to squash. Note that this ABC report is from the exact same time Esler was deliberately trying to mislead the public out of obedience to BBC editorial policy. So there was proof already, everyone already knew it, and the BBC tried to supress it.
Just report the facts as they happen, BBC, and let the audience make their own judgment based on them. You can’t hide the truth, no matter how hard you try.

The contortions required in order to pretend that religion has nothing to do with all sorts of obscenities committed by certain groups are becoming more and more grotesque. Something will give soon I think once it’s realised that everyone else has already reached their own conclusion as to the motive.

One has to wonder at the mindset behind even having such a ‘poll’ if seeking to be taken seriously, but…

So when does England get its own devolved powers? Am I missing something?

Hey, BBC: Since even the UN mandarins are now talking about putting through a resolution calling for military action against Libya, is the Prime Minister still “internationally isolated”, as Huw Edwards put it yesterday? Any thoughts?
