Clearly a low-wattage event, with only Louise Bagshawe having any potential to think for herself.
Thin fare indeed.
Safe to predict that the first question will be along the lines of “were we worthy to have the Great Helmsman amongst us-and why is he so great?”
They should have kept this old lag of a show in prison to see out its days…the Blanco of current affairs journalism!

I was going to ask if we should write to Christopher Meyer to complain about the BBC’s shameless Obamessiah worship, but having clicked through the link to see his picture, I realize I saw him on the News Channel yesterday talking with Katty Kay and Sopel about “the hand of history on one’s shoulder”, talking as wet and slavishly devoted as any Beeboid. So never mind.

No matter the name of the place…it always comes from the heart of the BBC….with love and the hope that what remains of your mind after a days output will follow your heart and so trawl itself back to the bosom of dear old Auntie!
Not so the equally bin of banalities that is Any Questions-that nearly always comes from a private school or grammar…they don`t seem to risk their vans in the local comprehensives car park…but boo to privilege eh?
