In the light of this news, I’m sure the BBC – if and when it deigns to inform us about it – would describe Ayatollah Ali Khamenei (along with Qatada) as a “radical” rather than an “extremist” in the same way that Richard Black is laughingly described as an “environment correspondent” rather than a “hysterical CAGW propagandist”.
It’s all a matter of perception. The existential threat to Israel and Jews from those willing to accept this Moslem nutter’s every utterance as “law” is deemed by the news editors at the BBC as so unimportant or so obvious (and reasonable) that’s it’s not worth mentioning or, just as likely, to be handled with kid gloves analogously to way crime in the UK perpetrated by Moslem gangs – particularly against white indigenes – is always either “Asian” in origin or perpetrated by MONAs. After all, the truth hurts and one thing we know is that when there’s a conflict between the BBC Narrative and “truth” or even plain “facts”, the Narrative wins every time.
Always a bit brave to go the ‘no mention’ route when a flock of cherry vultures are on standby with their motors running on a Cray 4 to find the teensiest mention on Ceebies ’98 via FoI-exempt archives.

Not really working for him as he seems to have managed to ‘get it about wrong’ every which way, and that is not the same as averaging ouit to ‘about right’ by any measure. Have to say, the strawmen cherry pickers are out in force there. Funny that, for once, they are not brown-nosing their fave broadcaster as it simply isn’t being partial enough for them.
As it is teetering on the ton, and a roll over, may a Boadenesque closing is in order to spare his market rate blushes?

Radical or extremist are just words that the good old Beeb play with but when a rogue state governed by evil men who call themselves clerics is very seriously threatening a pre-emptive all-out war on a close neighbour it is not newsworthy. It is not newsworthy because Ayatollah Khamenei says it is “a fatwa or primary jihad” and to criticise that would be racist and anti-Muslim. This nonsense is not PC it is appeasement and it will cost millions of lives.
Are we stupid enough to believe that all-out war is over for this country? Do we not see what is happening around the world? We have already sent troops into war twice recently (thank you Tony), and with a growing number of civil wars in the Middle East, one of which we have already participated in (thanks Dave). The USA is now encouraging the escalation of civil war in countries that it has given billions of dollars to in the past in order to, wait for it… stabilise them, (cheers Barry).
It is unfortunately only just the beginning and where is Great Britain? It is broke (thanks Gordon), trying to split up (thanks Alex), and has scrapped its only destroyer and cut the armed forces down to bare bones (thanks again Dave). The islands surrounded with oil in the south Atlantic that Argentina wants again (thanks Senora Kirchner) may have to be fought for once more and with what, one boat and a prince charming?
All of this is encouraging the belligerence of Iran and remember the problem did start in America with an appeasing peanut farmer (thanks Jimmy).
How sad then that the BBC plays silly games with words and is frightened to speak the truth unto nations (particularly this one).

Khamenei and his allies are usually described as ‘hardline’, ‘conservative’ and, occasionally, ‘right-wing’.

The BBC havent reported it because like the paper version, [The Guardian] Jews don’t figure. Makes you wonder how they will report the killing of several thousand jews should Iran ever manage to get its missile program working, especially given todats Iranian ayatollah statements about the duty Iranians face in wiping Israel out and killing ALL of the Jews. No doubt the Jews will have “asked for it” when the left shed the crocodile tears before disappearing out of the public gaze to celebrate the great victory against the evil zionists. Also meake you wonder how they will be reporting the homosexual brothers and lesbian sisters being the new strange fruit should their muslim heroes get their way. And no doubt Penny Dreadful and the Beeboid sisters along with the rest of the comnrade sisters will be in line willingly for full body coverings ane clitoris removal.
This conflicts with the BBC’s Narrative that Israel is the ultimate cause of all strife in the region. Need another editors’ meeting before they can go to print on this one.
Well worth a listen to last nights Analysis, if you want to blend in the BBCs views on drugs, bioterrorism and Islam, and then concoct a souffle out of the resulting dogs dinner.
1. Heroin users were in danger of infecting us all with anthrax last summer(don`t recall the BBC telling me when I needed to know!)
2. Turkish drug mules were carrying the heroin round in infected sacks, according to our biobuddy in Glasgow.
3. Lady from the health protection agency seems to think that we`ve got it covered. No stroy as such.
and yet…
1. The BBC reporter wanted to know continually how we`d deal with an antrax epidemic-quantities of vaccine, number of vaccinated staff…and where the danger areas might be…you know…if Muslims might want to attack us, hypothetically?
2. Not a peep about restricting or coming down hard on the drug users and dealers that might spread their bloody antrax to the rest of us.
Typical BBC…sniffing round for Al Queda under the guise of being concerned for the rest of us.
The scientists and hospital types clearly know the BBCs game…I mean, if they dob in Joey Barton on Twitter, wouldn`t they just love to help Anjem out( in the cause of giving us the facts, of course!)
My advice based on this programme?…beware Muslims suddenly taking up home-brewing!…and if the BBC want to know anything about security?…refer them to Joey Barton!
Can`t imagine the BBC will want heroin made punishable by anything…not when there`s passive smoking or Big Macs to demand the death penalty for anyway!
