On SKY just now: ‘Ed Miliband will today be saying the Government is out of touch…’
Not sure why he bothers, as the media seem pretty well trained to say it for him, even before he does.
I think I noted yesterday that Andrew Marr (BBC employees take it personally) and Yvette Cooper had a race to see who could intone this Labour mantra more often.
Not saying the Government is ‘in touch’, self-evidently, but media acting as party political PR and ad campaign managers hardly seems objective.
