    Excellent ‘fisking’ of Owen Shouty’s article on Livingstone…

    But it’s clear that all-out war is now being waged against Ken.
    –No it isn’t. Livingstone’s claims are being subjected to scrutiny during an election campaign.

    A display of human emotion at his campaign video launch led to a tirade of abuse from the obsessive, no-holds-barred right-wing Twittersphere…
    –Narcissism is not a “human emotion”: it is a character flaw.

    Time is well overdue for the BBC to get our Owen and Laurie Penny together as a dream team on par with that Brummie bloke and the forgettable woman on The One Show, in ‘The We Speak For The Nation Show’.
    I’d say it may need targeting at the yoof market slot, but my two, having caught him in full flow once, asked me ‘who that [mildly-dismissive pejorative] was’, so maybe for the huge audience base just before Newswatch, coming back of a morning from clubbin’ (dancing, not expressing diverse freedoms on those who do not conform to their now ring-fenced value systems by the politico/legal/media estate)?
