BBC Reporting Scotland (nearly as bad as BBCR5L) right on message tonight with a segment on the “bedroom tax”. using labour’s attach lines is bad enough, but there was no comment on our huge welfare bill or the help that is being made available to those with disabilities etc. Of course, teh case featured was at the extreme end of the spectrum and would probably qualify for help – no mention of course.

When will this ever end? If the bias was to the right, the lefties would be screaming uncontrollably.

The BBC’s Cover-up Concerning Building Seven on 9/11

On Monday “john in cheshire” mentioned this, but the issue seemed quickly to die a death as a loony conspiracy story. Mr Tony Rooke was summoned to appear in court at Horsham that same day for not paying his television licence. His defence was that the BBC had prior knowledge of a terrorist attack on 9/11 and did nothing about it. It involved Building Seven at the World Trade centre, the third block to collapse on the day, but in the afternoon and not because of a suicide plane. Can’t speak for anyone else, but as far as I’m concerned it is a loony conspiracy story.

I keep telling you people to take this up with BBC staff directly. You’ll find more sympathy there, and possibly even accomplish your goal of revealing your truth.

After filling their output with anti-government stories about Moody’s downgrading the UK’s credit rating, the bBBC doesn’t seem to have found space to report that Moody’s has now issued an alert over the state of the BBC’s own finances!
    http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/business/industries/media/article3701681.ece
Moody’s has downrated three property companies, for whose buildings the BBC is the sole tenant, from Aa3 to A1. They said the decision was made because of a judgement about the future financial health of the BBC, whether or not the BBC would have its charter renewed, and the deficit in the BBC’s pension scheme which has doubled in the past year.

Is there not going to be a ‘liveblog’ for the election results?

Amusing comment on GF regarding yet another rigged QT audience.

It seems that the BBC have managed to get every Labour voter in Eastleigh onto the programme.

Crikey, and now they have Prescott on ‘This Week’.

Perhaps, as he’s an expert, he’s going to talk about sexual harassment!

It seems that the BBC do not approve of enquiries as to why Stephanie Flanders has not bothered with her economics blog for a fortnight.

The BBC seems recently to have given up on economic analysis on this website. Whilst it is unfortunate that Robert Peston is ill (and I wish him a speedy recovery) where is Stephanie Flanders? Surely she should be posting more if there is any organisation or work ethic at play here!

I fear that she is on yet another long holiday (2 weeks and counting) which seem to come around very quickly.

No she isn’t on holiday. I saw her on the 10pm news last night.

If she’s covering all of Robert Peston’s duties whist he is ill, it seems likely that she’s a bit too busy to blog as well. ”

“If” and “it seems likely” look like assertions out of thin air but sadly one cannot make this point as after only a few hours.

Oh well at least nothing important has happened like the UK losing its AAA rating…

Was it me just being a sleepy head or is there a noticeable lack of comment on how liebour did at Eastleigh compared to the other parties.

Yes, total lack of mention of liebor’s performance this morning. Tories ” humiliated” of course, but any comment of liebor? Nahhh.. Heads in sand as usual.
