I was listening to an item on the Today programme this morning around 6.4oam. It concerns Obama’s request that NO more sanctions are directed the way of Iran whilst John Kerry and co are trying to cut a deal with the Mullahs. The reporter (with an Irish accent?) was plainly anti-Israel and she actually said that Obama’s legacy was as a President who ENDED wars. Syria? Libya? Afghanistan? Netanyahu was presented as intransigent and US jewish people seeking to influence opinion were presented as unhelpful lobbyists! Just a little Israel hatred to start the day… I can’t share the link to it as there is none but perhaps others heard this contemptible item?

It reminds me of Borat’s song, “In our country there’s a problem, and the problem is the Jew. All together now, Throw the Jew down the well, and our country will be free”.

The world is so simple for a BBC liberal. I’m almost jealous.
Truth be told the atrocities of their “victim” groups are usually glossed over by liberals. And their no.1 one “victim” group these days is Muslims. This status must be defended at all costs to the innocent because a liberal needs “victims” like the rest of us need oxygen.
In contrast to that, liberals yield to nobody in their hatred of our soldiers, because they are the best of us and our society. There’s the case of “sergeant A” who shot a Taliban prisoner. They’re all lining up to insist there be no clemency.
On that there’s a great post that outlines five unarguable reasons for mercy in: “War Is Hell”.
If you have any doubt about how deserving he is of mercy check it out at:

I’ll repeat a link I left on another thread – showing how benign Iran is. Those Mullahs want to destroy Israel and openly boast of it on state TV :

Why doesn’t the BBC report this to us ?

She might sound Irish, Kim Ghattas but didn’t start that way.
The Today piece starts at 38 minutes in.

And almost another war in Syria, not to mention the fact that the Nobel Peace Prize Laureate-in-Chief has ramped up Bush’s drone wars to 11, killing more people than Dick Cheney could ever have dreamt of.
Of course, to the BBC, none of that is His fault. Everything is seen through a rose-tinted colonoscope.

It’s all Bush’s fault. He evilly gave the public of the Middle East the foolish idea that there were better options than the dictators or absolute monarchs the area is infested with.

Oh, dear.
The Obama Administration Plans To Keep Us in Afghanistan
If a draft agreement between the Obama administration and President Hamid Karzai of Afghanistan is finalized, U.S. troops will remain in that country indefinitely — instead of being withdrawn at the end of 2014, as the administration has said.
This is a confession of failure. America’s longest war is nowhere near its end.
The draft agreement (PDF) dated July 25, 2013, which was obtained by Richard Engel of NBC News, states,
This Agreement shall enter into force on January 1, 2015.… It shall remain in force until the end of 2024 and beyond, unless terminated pursuant to paragraph 4 of this Article [requiring two years written notice].
Under the proposed agreement, the U.S. government would continue to train, arm, and assist the Afghan military. “In addition,” the unsigned document continues, “the Parties acknowledge that continued U.S. military operations to defeat al-Qaeda and its affiliates may be appropriate and agree to continue their close cooperation and coordination toward that end.”
Hey, didn’t the BBC say He ended this war? Oh, wait, I get it. It’s the Bizarro Vietnam. Instead of getting in deep with thousands of “military advisers” and then launching a war with all the troops, we did the war part first and now we’re getting entrenched eternally with the “military advisers”.
And drones, of course. That part of the war hasn’t stopped at all.
