Angela Merkel’s visit and the Somerset Levels floods highlight how this country is in thrall to policies demanded by the European Union”
Bias in favour of some views or groups is more dangerous than other , but all bias is wrong from a body which is state funded but unelected. The BBC is biased and is a campaigning organisation run by a small elite group of people with similar views. It does not represent a wide range of views that are held by the British people and its output reflects a narrow liberal left focus.
If the BBC wishes to campaign for certain causes it should renounce its state funding and operate in the commercial sector. Of course it won’t go commercial because the folks at the BBC know what side their bread is buttered on and don’t want to have the worry about where the money is coming from. Its just so much nicer to be able to levy a poll tax on everyone whether they watch the BBC or not.
