The Boston Bombs were, according to the BBC, the work of right wing white supremacists….as ‘all the evidence pointed to’ according to Evan Davis and Mark Mardell.
Similarly a mosque is allegedly firebombed in Sweden and the implied culprits are ‘far right, anti-immigration, neo-nazis’…never mind no one has been arrested and there is absolutely no evidence that indicated this….and what is more the BBC refuses to investigate the well known violence of the left in Sweden…or that of Muslim immigrants…instead we have one sided reports such as this:
Swedish mosque hit by arson in Eskilstuna, injuring five
An arsonist set fire to a mosque in the Swedish town of Eskilstuna on Thursday, injuring five people, police said.
Who is to blame…the BBC are quick to leap to conclusions:
The incident comes amid a fierce debate in Sweden over immigration policies.
The far right wants to cut the number of asylum seekers allowed into Sweden by 90%, while mainstream parties are intent on preserving the country’s liberal policy.
Police are treating the incident as arson but no arrests have been made so far, Mr Franzell added.
The BBC is pretty keen on telling us of the ‘threat’ from the Far Right in Sweden….
Sweden protest after three mosque fires in one week
Swedish anti-racism campaigners have staged a big rally in central Stockholm after three arson attacks on mosques.Swedish neo-Nazis: Moves to de-radicalise amid far-right rise
Sweden is still home to an active and at times violent neo-Nazi movement, and there are fears that rising popularity of the Sweden Democrats will also benefit the extremists.
However all is not as it seems, never mind the BBC’s refusal to warn us about Muslim violence in Sweden, specifically anti-Semitic violence.
Did the Far Right fire bomb the mosque in Eskilstuna?
It seems not. Police now say the fire was an accident….and note the words of a Shia Muslim who states that the danger to him and his brethren comes from other Muslims not the Far Right….
“After the whole Twitter Left mobilized, including a couple of Ministers, who collectively screamed “racism” and blamed the Sweden Democrats, the Police announced that the fire in Eskilstuna mosque was not the result of an attack nor did it have a political motive. Today, the state Police says that it believes it was an accident. …
Meanwhile, Ali Hussein from the Shiite community in Malmo said in an interview with Sydsvenskan regarding threats to mosques:
‘- For large celebrations, we usually have guards out there but thankfully we have not had any direct threats. Possible threats come from other Muslim groups and not from the extreme right. And we of course hope that we avoid threats,’ he says.”
Makes you wonder if those other attacks were real or engineered for effect…..much as the ‘arson’ attack on the Darool Uloom school in London may have been just after the murder of Lee Rigby….any possibility it was done to incriminate the EDL and ‘remind’ people that Muslims are the real victims of terrorism having to suffer the enormous backlash and resultant, irrational, Islamophobia. We’ll never know as the police haven’t released the identities of those arrested, nor have they been charged…..possibly in the interests of ‘communtiy cohesion’ ala returnees from syria.…. ‘The police and MI5 are being careful about how to handle the returnees because they don’t want to disturb community cohesion.
No sign of a correction from the BBC yet concerning the cause of the mosque fire.
Yes, I’ve just been reading about exactly these issues over on the OT. The words ‘nazi’, ‘racist’ and ‘Islamophobic’ have been hijacked by brainwashed left-wing jackboots who, on their masters’ bidding, turn up to all protests to shout and stop protest. It’s infantile stuff but a tactic that has been taken hook, line and stinker by the gullible studenty types. Rather than use their brains to think for themselves, they just follow the crowd. The anti-fascism has become the new fascism… I mean, these UAF jackboots even all dress the same:
Dreads; hob-nail boots; Guy Fawkes masque; Afghan scarves and Russell Brand T Shirts… they all have posh or middle class accents (when was the last time you saw or heard a white working-class Englishman at one of these ‘anti-racist’ demonstrations?) and they all study useless arts and humanities subjects at second-rate universities/colleges or just sit on the dole in addition to receiving pocket money from mummy and daddy.

What is called ‘right thinking’ is anyone who objects to ‘left thinking’. That is people who do not believe the Guardian is the font of all wisdom or Marx’s theory of everything is a natural logical progression they call ‘modern’. (as in 1930’s). Even Tony Blair gets called ‘right wing’ within the Labour party by the BBC. Gordon Brown is ‘centre ground’ in an odd perversity and even vague (William) Hague is raving Conservative extremist. Kinnock was the best PM the BBC never had and Cameron is a Tony Blair imposter. The BBC are still in shock that not everybody shares their liberal minded unisex, one world views. We have to be ‘educated’, coerced and intimidated by the socialists who can solve the nations (Worlds) problems with a simple solution of conformity to Allah or Marx. Unfortunately the BBC has become the ‘establishment’ that is beholden to the EU state so is a far more powerful entity than whatever we have fought before. They are the fifth columnists.

Increasingly, the political ‘left’ (including Beeboids), are closing their minds to the political impact of continuing mass immigration and Islamisation in Europe.
Beeboids’ censorship and denial are replacing investigation of evidence and debate on these issues and trends.
Beeboids, in general, do not analyse political opinions they don’t like, on immigration and Islam, they demonise them and denigrate them.
For example, Beeboids have been somewhat dismissive of some politically prescient books about the impact of mass immigration and Islamisation in recent years, such as:-
– Bruce Bawer, ‘ Surrender: Appeasing Islam, Sacrificing Freedom.’
– Christopher Caldwell, ‘ Reflections on the Revolution in Europe: Immigration, Islam and the West.’
– Melanie Phillips, ‘Londonistan.’
– Mark Steyn, ‘America Alone: The End of the World as we know it.’
And the writings of Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer over recent years on the real threat of Islamisation of the West are not discussed by Beeboids, but dismissed.

They’re hardly prescient in that nobody rational would say that the predicted apocalypses have already arrived. It’s certainly a view with enough mass behind it to warrant discussion rather than dismissal though.

When politically myopic MARDELL was Beeboid Europe Editor, based in Brussels (2005-09), he did not report on the Islamisation of Brussels and Belgium, which was happening under his nose, so that now we have-

“Sweden’s March Into Oblivion”
By Bruce Bawer
(Dec2013).
[Opening excerpt]:-
“Sweden is self-destructing, and more and more people are writing about it – but, with very few exceptions, still not in the mainstream Swedish media, where denial continues to reign supreme. Indeed, even as concerned observers in neighboring Denmark and Norway are sounding the alarm about the fallout of Swedish immigration policies, Sweden’s own mainstream media – and the rest of its cultural establishment – are laboring overtime to silence the truth-tellers and keep the rabble from openly questioning the wisdom of their betters.”

The Swedish police say that the Mosque fire was an accident, the Muslim leaders agree and warn that the problem they face isn’t with the “far right” but other Muslim groups….
Hell only the despicable BBC are still waffling about this being a “waycist” attack..

If the Israeli experience is any guide the Muslims’ first instinct will be to blame their opponents. Israel rules out arson in November mosque fire. It is not beyond possibility that that was the first report and Mardell and Evans were more than happy to embrace the narrative. Had a church or synagogue caught fire they would have bent over backwards to reject a Muslim cause.
The technique is standard for the BBC. They don’t have to blame the unfavoured group directly, although they often report the favoured group as fact and the unfavoured as something ‘claimed’ or ‘said’. Just adding background that leads to a strong inference is enough.

The BBC are concerned. Michel Houellebecq, a leading French author has published a thoughtful (or “provocative” in BBC Speak) novel in which a near-future France has become an Islamic state. Actually, the BBC are outraged rather than just concerned – see how many times you can find the phrase “Far Right” in the article (see http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-30694811). It might only be a work of literature, but the BBC sees a case for censorship: Does the excuse that it is fiction have any validity if the book gives succour to the far-right?.
One of the concerns for the Labour party is that their support among ethnic minorities is in sharp decline (see http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2886649/Ethnic-minority-voters-abandon-Labour-Poll-finds-collapse-numbers-Indian-Caribbean-Africans-support-party-2010.html). A consideration here is that many immigrant groups, like people in general, are inherently conservative with a small ‘c’. This puts them at odds with the Labour party, with its support for homosexual marriage and abortion. According to Operation Black Vote – an organisation designed to gather votes for Labour and which has been financed by BT – between 30 and 50 MPs are dependent on the votes of minorities. It is very easy to imagine a scenario in 5 or 10 years time in which a Muslim political party in the UK could attract 10-20 MPs and hold the balance of power in the UK, enacting concessions for the privilege.

So, “provocative” novels which “give succour to the far right” are to be condemned, but “provocative” novels which give succour to the far-left (such as Mantel’s ‘Assassination of Mrs Thatcher’) are chosen for ‘book at bedtime’.

Anyone know why there has been no subsequent news after this report in June 2013?
“Four teenagers have been arrested in connection with the fire at the Darul Uloom School in Chislehurst, south-east London on Saturday night.” They were bailed and I have heard nothing since!
No charges, no trial, nothing……..

Seems to be a version of Glasgow Rules.
A bit like a fair few other criminal cases and their reporting, which started noisy and high on speculation because it suited, but then went quiet and adhered to watertight oversight when things drifted off piste.
I still wonder what became of investigations into that poor Saudi girl who was stabbed.

The B-BBC loves to blame the “far-right” for everything, but never stop to consider that by far the biggest killer of Muslims in the world is Muslims! – Wonder how long until they will tell us that ISIS, Assad, Iraq, Palestine etc. are “far-right”

They are, of course, representative of ‘conservative’ Islam.

In the small hours of this morning on the World Service I heard the absurd Barbara Plett Usher describe the Tea Party as ‘Far Right’ and ‘extremist’ – This, in BBCSpeak, brackets the libertarian free-trade Tea Pary along with the likes of Anders Breivik and some of the statist, totalitarian new-Nazis in Eastern Europe (who are, n any case, closer to the fascist Left than the Right).
If Babs had said this about a UK libertarian party it could potentially have been actionable but as it was about the USA the BBC clearly doesn’t care how grossly misleading it is.
They really are beneath contempt.

French journalist (one Catherine XXXX) currently being interviewed by BBC is more worried about the ‘after effects’ of this attack and the damage it will do to relationships with Muslims, than about the threat from terrorists!

Another day passes by, and another Islam related atrocity unfolds.
Not that you’d be any wiser, if the BBC was your main source of information, for our beloved broadcaster has distanced the acts from the very thing they stem from; Islam.
But wait a minute, was it not just two lone wolves, who felt marginalized and disfranchised in a society of repugnant racists? Of course it was! That’s what the BBC like to tell you.
How many more needless tragedies will unfold in the next few months before the media wake up and smell the coffee? Actually, scrap that question, they already know the answer.
Their cowardice and sycophantic nature has contributed to these acts. The whole age spectrum has been brainwashed by lefties, from schools, to universities to the workplace. Each institution has been saturated with far-left ideologies to the point where critical and independent thinking has diminished.
Where do we go from here? How do we respond to these acts? Do we protest, riot, or cave in (as is the norm) to muslim demands? I’d put a fair bit of money on the latter, not because people willingly want to, but because they’ve been forced to coerce in this manner.
And it’s all thanks to the likes of the much revered BBC, the arbitrators of truth.
Last one out, turn off the lights….

‘The Boston Bombs were, according to the BBC, the work of right wing white supremacists’.
Nope, not true. And it goes down from there.
The article you link to also says:
‘An arsonist set fire to a mosque in the Swedish town of Eskilstuna on Thursday, injuring five people, police said……..Police are treating the incident as arson but no arrests have been made ‘.
Investigating it as arson you see.
So, worth mentioning the immigration debate as possiblly related?
‘Eskilstuna, which has a large immigrant population, was the scene of clashes involving neo-Nazi groups opposed to Sweden’s immigration policy earlier this year.’
You mention the other recent Mosque attacks yourself. And regardless of the reason for the fire, its still relevant as its a suspected arson attack on a mosque during that climate.
So having criticised the BBC for mentioning something you don’t think there’s any evidence for , you then insinuate: ‘Makes you wonder if those other attacks were real or engineered for effect’
If the identity or motives of a particular attack are unknown, there tends to be speculation. Fair enough, and I find that tends to be the most likley suspect based on the circumstantial evidence, and usually its a guest or ‘expert’ on the BBC that suggests suspects. Sometimes it turns out not to be the prime suspect. All you’ve done, wrongly, is pick one and suggest that proves some conspiracy about the BBC.
And the M15 quote is misleading too, as was pointed out on that post.
