‘The job (Editor of the Guardian) may instead go to one of more than 20 external candidates who have applied anonymously. Only one name has so far been leaked: the BBC’s Robert Peston’.
It is remarkable how the BBC obsesses over trivial stories while ignoring the scandal surrounding Argentine President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. A Jewish prosecutor was found shot dead, hours before giving evidence that Fernandez de Kirchner was involved in a plot to cover-up Iran’s role in the bombing of a Jewish community centre. Now she is under suspicion about his death.
The BBC has virtually ignored this story for weeks. Now Wyre Davies has an article in the Latin American and Caribbean section of the website. Fernandez de Kirchner is a BBC favourite and this article is an excellent example of their subtle propaganda. It is not pure puffery – that would be too obvious – but it is a mixture of puffery and understated fact that leaves an impression of the President as Arthur Daley; little dodgy maybe, but underneath she’s alright. Lots of ‘loved by the poor; the new Evita’. The [incomplete] facts of the killing are relegated to the end.
The amateur propagandists at Channel 4 could take some lessons from the masters.
I think the Beeb will be running with the Metro / louts story for weeks. it’s got everything they love. A thuggish mob of working class white oiks and (perfect for them) a black victim. We are going to hear an awful lot about “racism” probably up until the election. The trouble makers will be identified, banned for life from attending Chelsea games, probably lose their jobs and be roundly condemned by all right thinking people. And of course we do condemn them, it’s unacceptable and boorish behaviour.
However it’s us I feel sorry for. I just know that the sainted Mrs Lawrence, Diane Abbot, Yasmin, dear God the whole bloody lot of ’em will be popping up to remind us just how vile and racist white Brits are.
You have been warned!
Just relentless … I ve had 5Live on driving back today
their Drive program was on … it was literally on loop.
There have been two reports on the BBC today from people … who were actually on the train, not gobshite shills like “kick it out”and the rest, and both have said, it was
“something made out of nothing”, the
“media just doing what they always do”
faux storm in a teacup, just sensationalism,
of course with its agenda and narrative …
after multiple murders!,
real hate attacks!,
Jew murder
in multiple cities from Islamic fanatic wannabe mass murderers!.
Some piffling, cockeyed attempt, at equivalence?
… over statement and outrage?
just shameless, their agenda.
no surprises … its the Grainard
scrap the BBC … now!
I’m not really into conspiracy theories but, as Geoff points out below, WHY was the black man being filmed well before it became clear that something was going to happen? The cameraphone moved to put him centre screen before the “trouble” broke out. Looks like it was expected.
Possible, of course, that the chants provoked the filming. But suspicious nevertheless.
Very suspicious, it’s like the guy was deliberately heading for that door in a very casual but purposeful manner, as if knowing what he was doing.
Why didn’t he try another door, I know I would have done. Then a black woman just stands in front of the doors, unfortunately for the ‘chance’ film maker nothing is said toward her, then the next person who is in the vid just happens to be another black woman hurriedly exiting the carriage.
Just like the UKIP ‘asian honeytrap’ nothing would surprise me when it comes to the fascists on the left and nothing would surprise me with the bbc’s war on football. It’s too white and it’s too male.
What odds half-a-dozen ‘sleepers’ are safely embedded in UKIP; strategically placed to resign in the run-up to the election, seeking out microphones to eagerly tell how they ‘can’t take it anymore’?
Agree, it’s a bit suspicious. It reminds me of one of those clips on YouTube, where someone claims to have caught a Yeti or Big Foot or Abominable Snowman on film. The camera is conveniently pointing in the right direction when the [man in a costume] lumbers briefly between two trees. There’s little build-up and the grandstand view is too easy. I don’t like those football yobs but, really, was there nothing more important to report?
Apparently, Beeboids perceive their main global political enemies to include, variously- EDL, BNP, UKIP, some Tories, some Chelsea fans.
Apparently NOT included are Beeboids’ mere ‘militants’ of-
Islamic State, Al Qaeda, Boko Haram, Taliban, Hezbollah.
I bet they desperately trying to ID these guys in the hope that they can report that one of their brother’s wife’s sister’s best mate’s brother is a member of UKIP!
Well going on the BBC’s track record they have already found a sad broken wreck of a human and then cajoled them into telling a story of horror and abuse at the hands of the train full of UKIP /Tory members aka ‘the McAlpine plan ‘
The Paris incident was wall to wall on all bBC channels yesterday but I think that it can be safely assumed that you will not see this reported on any of their channels. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2958711/Teacher-fined-posting-picture-Hitler-words-right-Facebook.html
This would probably have remained in the lesser pages of the DM had Nick Ferrari not raised it on his show this morning and then interviewed a member of the Jewish community.
Note the fine and yet they are suggesting 3 years in jail for the Paris thugs
This could have been a set up, the guy was persistent and provocative in attempting to get on the train, most would move to another carriage, it just so happened that someone was filming it, who then wasted no time in getting the footage ‘out there’.
I don’t in anyway condone it, I hate this side of football, but had they guy been white and say a (insert any rival team) supporter he would have got the same treatment.
Yes Geof, a full carriage with drunk louts who are hostile to me, doors still open elsewhere (we saw someone get off late), I would move to another door not keep trying to get on there. But still no excuse for the Brits dreadful behaviour.
I have just been told that The Culture, Media and Sport Committee will publish its report on the Future of the BBC on Thursday 26 February at 00.01 am.
Following the Report’s publication the Chair will launch the Report on the Floor of the House after Business Questions later that day. Embargoed copies will be sent out to witnesses and members of the Press from 10am on Tuesday 24 February. Interested parties should request copies from the Committee at: cmscom@parliament.uk. The report will be available on the Committee’s website at the time of publication.
Interesting report from Africa regards Boko Haram from the bBC: Air strike ‘kills dozens of mourners’ in Niger Thirty-seven people have died in an air strike in southern Niger during military operations targeting Boko Haram, local officials say.
They were attending a funeral ceremony in Abadam village on the border with Nigeria when an unidentified plane began dropping bombs. More than 300 militants were killed in north-east Nigeria during the operation, the Nigerian army says.
So the fightback against BH is well under way and after claims that over 300 illiterate and uneducated followers of Mohammed have been taken out (Well the bBC does go out of its way to tell me these religious bigots are against education) the bBC reports that 30 people were killed while hanging around a funeral. Ok but here’s the catch the bBC reports on the veracity of the Government claims against BH: “The number of militant deaths has not been independently verified.”
Yet the 30 death toll is taken as fact.
Now here’s something the bBC don’t tell you. France is supporting the fight against BH. As part of Operation Barkhane, France has deployed 4 UAVs (Including 2 Reapers) and 2 Mirage 2000 to the Niger capital. Maybe that explains why the Chadian army foiled an attack inside Niger only last week. With eyes in the sky, we now know exactly where these idiots are. So we have to ask the question was this strike a surgical one?
News today that the writer of Foyles War has been invited back to the BBC to write a “contemporary thriller” called New Blood. It is about two young sleuths not long out of university investigating corporate corruption. The powerless against the powerful apparently.
One can only imagine the glee of the commissioning editor at the BBC when presented with the idea.
I wonder if it will be rushed out as part of the present new “Old Labour” season
Just seen a trailer for the Bbc remake of Poldark , Wolf Hall may of got away with being “Hideously White” ,maybe something to with being shot in ” candlelight” .” Non Hideously white people hard to pick up in the shadows on camera . But this version ,makes Ye Olde Cornish village look a bit like South Central .L.A. Lots of effinicks popping up everywhere . Infact if you were to pop down to Cornwall today , it would still be “Hideously White” , so how is the 18th century be full of them, & now they have all vanished . The Bbc meddling with English culture again.
BBc motto. Change the history .Change the people. What is truth to us? Does it serve the glorious future… and so on and so on till the end of time.
What a shower they are.
I think that a Cornish Nationalist must have told some moron at the BBC that Cornwall has an ethnic identity separate from that of the English people. For the senior moron at the BBC, Lord Hall, “separate ethnic identity” could only mean “Black people”.
As someone said earlier….you`d have thought that Paris had bigger things to worry about than some football clots blocking a black blokes entry to the Metro.
Clearly, those concerned are morons-and I hope that the black bloke uses the Paris transport police etc to get justice-but it`s hardly Charlie Hebdo now is it?
Still-puts the hideously white trash in its place, allows the usual gofers from Kick It Out/Say No to this sort of thing to get onto Channel 4.
And I do wonder about the kind of person who feeds this kind of film to the media-whereas the film of a Jew being abused and spat at in Paris does not get a mention.
The liberals agenda is clear-and suddenly I wish Chelsea well.
When the media have covered Hebdo and anti-Jewish attacks properly in Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen and Malmo THEN I`ll take a bit more interest.
For now, I`d dwell on all those fans getting killed in Egyptian matches-the BBC won`t care about Islamic countries killing their own, as long as Hillsborough and the likes of this Paris story put whitey and “The Man” in the dcok.
Hey do you remember the Muslim demonstration in Downing Street That the BBc didn’t bother to report? Remember I complained? Well here’s the update ”
Thanks for recently contacting the BBC. We aim to reply to complaints within 10 working days (around 2 weeks) and do so for most of them but cannot for all. The time taken depends on the nature of your complaint, how many others we are dealing with and can also be affected by practical issues such as whether a production team is available or away on location.
This is to let you know that we have referred your complaint to the relevant staff but that it may take longer than 10 working days to reply. We therefore ask you not to contact us further in the meantime. If it does prove necessary however, please use our webform, quoting any reference number we provided. This is an automatic email sent from an account which is not monitored so you cannot reply to this email address.
In order to use the licence fee efficiently we may not investigate every issue if it does not suggest a substantive breach of guidelines, or may send the same reply to everyone if others have complained about the same issue. You can read full details of our complaints procedures and how we consider the issues raised in feedback at http://www.bbc.co.uk/complaints/handle-complaint/. In the meantime we’d like to thank you for contacting us with your concerns. We appreciate your patience in awaiting a response.
Kind regards”
Well for such a simple question should it really take this long? I’m now awaiting my fob off template from the relevant section.
I wonder just what theywill say. Keep us informed.
My favourite is :
You were mistaken. It never happened and even if it did it didn’t so there.
Or some such rubbish.
I have actually been told by the BBc that I couldn’t have watched an article that I did see because it was only shown in London. However I did see it and they just ignored the complaint made about it
Dave666 – I’ve got exactly the same reply. So far as I know there was no BBC coverage online, no doubt a reply is being concocted along the lines of the BBC not being able to cover everything, that it was reported in the 3am radio news bulletin on BBC Radio Glossop, and anyway it was reported elsewhere and you must be a racist for querying the BBC about it.
Al Beeb reports rise in Romanian and Bulgarian workers . 15% year-on-year
Its getting to look as if Farage was correct after all.
Vote UKIP, if you want to save this nation .
Some here might be interested in this. I don’t know if it’s been posted before, but it’s a belter from Brendan O’Neill at Spiked.
This paragraph in particular could sum up the attitude of many at the BBC…
“The drama captured brilliantly a prejudice that is now so commonly and deeply held among the cultural and political elites that they don’t even think of it as a prejudice. Really, they don’t! It’s a prejudice that imagines Britain is neatly split between a cosmopolitan and enlightened elite which is pro-EU, pro-gay marriage and allergic to the St George’s flag and a throng of Daily Mail drones who are overweight, anti-EU and, of course, racist. This belief that vast swathes of Britain are a problem needing to be nudged or re-educated towards a slimmer and more enlightened existence is now the most powerful bigotry on the political scene. Only it doesn’t call itself bigotry, or even think of itself as such. But given that the OED definition of bigotry is someone who is ‘unreasonably wedded to a creed or opinion [and] intolerant of others’, there could be no better description for those convinced that they’re right about everything and contemptuous of anyone who thinks differently.”
Much like LBC’s Lisa Aziz on ‘The Morning News’ today who, because of the actions of a few Chelsea football supporters yesterday, was shouting down a very moderate Club representative and accusing him and his Club of racism and of having a history and previous ‘form’ in this respect. The Chelsea guy pointed out that LBC would never smear all Moslems because of the actions of ISIS and Lisa, quite nonplussed, was reduced to pressing the off button.
‘Lisa, quite nonplussed, was reduced to pressing the off button.’
Well, the BBC does control the edit suite, and hence the narrative. And as the propaganda seems to be hitting a rocky patch, censorship is sure to follow.
As a non-footyballist, I accept but am still intrigued and often appalled by the arbitrary nature of the clearly tribal loyalties that are inspired by no more than a name… and maybe strip.
A good friend of mine is a Master of the Universe who lived part of his life in a ritzy part of Fulham. His ‘team’ is Chelsea. I once asked what the bond was as, far as I could judge, few players, management or ownership hailed from anywhere near his ‘hood. And in any case he bailed from that decades ago. I got a garbled ‘if you have to ask’ reply and thought it best left there.
Then beyond the odd bedfellows such loyalty inspires, there’s this damning by association. Does ‘Chelsea’ have any responsibility to those who choose to hitch to their star, for whatever reasons? Clearly if they organise groups in their name, yes. If they stir up hostilities beyond ra-ra rivalry, yes. But if a nitwit private citizen, or even group, goes on the rampage, surely that is between them and the local rozzers, and little else? Is the Chelsea community living in fear now of the backlash? Is Ian Katz sending out a local taxi driver to seek sorry tales of beastly twittering?
And finally, allow me my own second wrong to add to others already cited.
Aggressive stuff is, clearly, in the realms of news now there’s too much space and not enough content, and more so with the advent of cheap-to-source (less easy to check, but hey, asking the spokesperson team to issue an anonymous surly muttered plea for forgiveness is well easier than doing one’s job) mobile uploads. JonDon’s Australian output would be seriously reduced without passing on some Sydney slapper giving a verbal to a hapless tube passenger.
It is also bad, wrong and should not be the case.
But it pales in comparison to actual violence in the name of race or faith.
And what the establishment clamps down on hard or excuses, supported by a clearly on-board ‘news’ vs. ‘non-news’ media is mind-blowing in its selectivity and consequent hypocrisy.
Five Live this morning are getting het up about ‘anti- semitism’ and ‘Islamophobia’, a Jewish person on supporting them with the obvious implication that BOTH are coming from native Britons (probably those demonized as ‘far right’).
This utterly ignores the reality that anti Semitism, certainly in its aggressive form is coming from Muslims!
Aerfen, I agree with you, but a tad more of what you are saying might be welcome from the Jewish community, who seem to be very busy comparing their own oppression to the victimisation of moslems.
Jewish speakers at this weekends Islamo-Trot fest
Indeed. They seem more than happy to use Muslim attacks on Jews as an excuse to attack European nationalists.
And observing your link, the support for Marine Le pen has nothing to do with anti Semtism, other than indirectly, in that such a high proportion of Jews are activists in the Globalist agenda to flood us with immigrants.
They seem more than happy to use Muslim attacks on Jews as an excuse to attack European nationalists.
Given the long history of anti-Semitism in Europe, maybe it’s not surprising. We should be ashamed that Jews are so wary of us that they find common-cause with Islamists. Hopefully European nationalists will start to see that it’s in our best interests to respect Jews and their values. Similarly, the Jews should encourage those nationalists that seek to move on from the past. Marine Le Pen is a good example. it’s a pity that they vilify her, and so make her job of convincing her followers more difficult.
Given the long history of anti-Semitism in Europe, maybe it’s not surprising. We should be ashamed that Jews are so wary of us that they find common-cause with Islamists.
There has certainly been a long history of anti-Semitism, but you need to ask why, and not fall into the trap of demonizing Europeans.
This has arisen due to Jewish elitism and separatism (racism?) every bit as much as European suspicion. Why has Solzhenitsyn’s masterpiece Two Hundred years Together still not been published in English? Why is the truth about the difficulties of cultures living in parallel silenced?
Poor old Marine Le Pen would normally be a shoo-in for the Womans Hour treatment.
Woman in a mans world fighting injustices etc…very Segolene Royale-the worst candidate for ANY election that I`ve ever seen…but Jenni and Jane just LOVED her in 2007.
Sisters are doing it for themselves eh?
Oh dear-seems Marine is to be given the Sarah Palin brush -off and the nasties that hideous blokes do to such upstarts.
Wrong cause you see!
Hope she wipes the floor with them anyway-she`s their Nigel, and the Jewish lady above needs to know that Islam and the left-liberal coalition of the thick are FAR more of a threat to her than the FN.
Well, at least JonDon is not involved (yet), as reading it would have been redundant.
Must say I was at first intrigued by the byline:
By Fariba Sahraei
BBC Persian
But it would appear many of these poor souls are from Iran. Not a geographical location I’d immediately place too near Oz.
The piece itself is plain silly… complaining about mosquitos. Really? When we visit Asia, it, and dengue, are risks locals bear.
But these guys seem poor masters of their own destiny. Self harm because they ‘want’ to get to Australia. They have options beyond these camps, but appear unwilling to take them.
Maybe the BBC’s shilling is effective in showing what awaits, but maybe a bit more on the funds getting found to enrich traffickers, and a bit less on the problems of folk who are confronted by reality in not getting what they ‘want’.
They broadcast this piece on Radio 4 as well. Just wheedling and pleading – let the poor “asylum seekers” in. Expect more attacks on Australia’s immigration policy – because its points system for economic migrants, and its resolute actions to accept only asylum seekers through the formal UN process is exactly what UKIP advocates. The BBC piece was not aimed at Australia alone – it was aimed at all the wets in Britain. Unlimited immigration good, controlled immigration bad.
Poor, poor Centrica. Made less profit, it seems, last year. However, amongst their excuses and reasoning was the idea that 2014 was the warmest year in Britain, evah, and because of that they were able to keep their customers supplied and happy. That it was the warmest year, was a blatant lie, and even if it wasn’t, the quibble would be about a couple of hundredths of a degree either way, well within the error bars, so I would love to know how THAT could possibly have had any effect on their customers, at all.
As usual, they were able to blithely spout this nonsense, on air, unchallenged by the BBC.
How DO the BBC get away with it? More importantly, WHY are they allowed to?
In the alternate universe that is the BBC, the majority of media,
and the inept traitors we have in No10, there is a po faced attempt at upset over the rise in anti-Semitism, that has to be “piggybacked”
by the unicorn of Islamofauxbia? … absurd, factually incorrect, and a narrative pneumatically repeated like some incantation, from the BBC to No10?
Readers, Listeners … the “FIX” is in … the glaring reality that the growing Islamic community are the perpetrators causing the growing rise in Anti-Semitism, is getting lost.
It is being orchestrated from top to bottom.
Meanwhile …
The media has “encouraged” … the man erm … prevented from pushing his way onto a train, to ahem … “come forward”.
They have given him the, “confidence”, to keep their … equivalence narrative, oops! I mean crusade to stamp out far right waycism going.
Hate not Hope, “kick it aaaht” and the UAF will be on speed dial
Anything to obscure reality. That is what our media now does.
The murders on the Libyan beach are so horrific and so terrible that our easily upset media cannot deal with the implications,
The Copts were killed just because they were Christians and for no other reason. Their blood ran into the sea that divides Europe from Africa, The symbolism is clear.
These killings are on a par with any genocide anytime anywhere. It is just a matter of degree. To the liberal numbers are everything but not to a civilised man
So in displacement activity they concentrate on the Chelsea fans’ incident. Trivial though it is and prefer to ignore the reality and threat of Isis .
Isis is an existential threat to us and only Isis seem to think this. Our leaders are in denial and that is just no longer good enough.
We have an absolute right to defend our civilisation. That is not negotiable and we must have leaders who understand this.
What is happening is insane and beyond belief. Those of us who understand will be soon silenced and oppressed by these same lunatics who misgovern us so thoroughly has the rot of liberalism penentrated our lives.
The only Western nation that seems to understand what to do and how to survive is Israel and that nation is the prime target of a liberal elite that has completely lost touch with reality.
These are now the worst of times to come.
“…As usual, they were able to blithely spout this nonsense, on air, unchallenged by the BBC.
How DO the BBC get away with it? More importantly, WHY are they allowed to?
Because the BBC don’t have to answer to you, or I, or anyone, really, apart from their mutually agreeable friends (all of them card-carrying Common Purpose footsoldiers) within the ‘industry’ and what we still laughingly refer to as ‘politics’.
The BBC don’t care, don’t ask actual journalistic questions, because £3.5bn pa from the UK taxpayer (come what may) says they don’t have to care. They couldn’t give a rat’s arse what ‘the science’ says on climate change; the BBC isn’t interested. They only care to hear from those who support the approved narratives; on climate, on politics, on immigration on the EU, etc.
When everyone is agreeably agreeing with everyone else, the BBC is a happy bunny. This is how BBC ‘journalism’ now works. If they want to ‘discuss’ climate change’ they simply flick open the Rolodex and speed-dial a few reliable ‘on-message’ CAGW zealots to spout unsubstantiated drivel on air; to say things they can all agree upon.
The BBC are now beyond redemption. The Rot is complete. The viral strain is now too powerful, too embedded into its host. Drastic action is now required.
I read that and felt it to be very good, but I noticed that most comments in the Telegraph about this article were from a lefty, pro-BBC standpoint. Strangely recently the Guardian CIF comments appear to be right-wing and anti-BBC on the whole. Is there something going on here?
The Guardian comments do seem to be very unpredictable but I’d be surprised if it had inherited readers from the rapidly declining DT, which is distinctly weird at times.
I read the Guardian occasionally, holding my nose, because it takes music relatively seriously. The DT doesn’t.
The BBC’s favourite Obamessiah has said that ISIS are ‘not religious Leaders, they are terrorists’. Not sure how this will fit in with the BBC’s belief that terrorism is morally relativistic and, therefore, can’t exist.
Unfortunately not!
There are no verses in Islamic scripture which can be used to trick any Muslim into behaving. If there were the lying media would have been telling us about them. The best they can come up with is the deliberately misquoted verse about saving a life being as if they had saved the whole world.
Yet another “Hate Crime” of assault. Strangely quiet on the BBC about this one though. I wonder why? Now if that had been a white Chelsea supporter………….. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=e18_1424237323
‘RAF jets scrambled after Russian aircraft seen off Cornwall’
I think Britain should have a long hard think about where our national interests really lie. Don’t let the BBC bump us into unthinking automatic support for German-led EU interests.
The latest report has been timed to correspond with “Russian interference” in the Baltic states. The fact that NATA took a decision several weeks ago to establish forward bases in the Baltics is, of course, not mentioned.
The comments from the Defence Secretary are so wonderfully ambiguous that they could have been written for him by the BBC: Speaking to journalists from the Times and Daily Telegraph on Wednesday, Mr Fallon expressed concern over Russian President Vladimir Putin’s interference in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, and elsewhere around Europe.
“He flew two Russian bombers down the English Channel two weeks ago. We had to scramble jets very quickly to see them off. It’s the first time since the height of the Cold War, it’s the first time that’s happened.
What has happened for the first time since the height of the Cold War? Putin personally flew the bombers (“He flew…”)? Jets had to be scrambled quickly to see them off? Does that mean that jets are not normally scrambled? Or that they are normally scrambled slowly rather than “very quickly”?
As was mentioned the last time this happened, a few weeks ago, the Russian aircraft, which are ageing turbo-props of 1950s vintage, did not enter UK airspace. They regularly do this and have been doing so for half-a-century. They play naughty by not using the transponders that identify themselves as military planes. They’ve varied the route a bit in recent months, but it’s unlikely that Rick Stein’s Cornish restaurants are now at particular risk. Provocative behaviour? Yes. Western media keen to whip people up into a frenzy over it? As if – we are the good guys, remember.
That article is a wonderful repost to the BBC’s ever increasing attempts at influencing the outcome of the General Election. They really are stepping up their attacks.
In passing, for students of the CECUTT black hole:
‘The BBC know they can get away with it because the way they measure is not by individual programmes, but over time and over the full range of their content. The Trustees are the judge and jury of whether bias exists, and their decisions cannot be challenged. Their record for upholding complaints is roughly one in every 10,000 received. Trustee Richard Ayre recently revealed to MPs that not a single complaint about (for example) the BBC’s EU-related coverage has been upheld by the Trustees in the past seven years.
So a BBC staff member sitting on a BBC body to assess the BBC crows that the BBC has looked at the BBC and found no problems at all, and that doesn’t ever so slightly stink to the rafters on just about any interest-conflicted trust or transparency basis?
BBC … la la land, won t see any connections,
yep! lslamic Jew Hatred?
… no dots to join,
who caught him eh? some slimy islamofauxbe?
“They fined him?
Why?
How will that foster community cohesion?
David Cameron and Theresa May should apologize to him for any inconvenience British officials may have caused him, and give him a fine promotion.
Seriously, how many more teachers in Britain agree with Mahmudul Choudhury, and what is being done about them? Nothing whatsoever, of course.”
R Spencer
BBC Radio 4 ‘From Our Own Corresponded’ brought a stunning new twist on the insane Fascist left thinking over what the cause of the Charlie Hebdo murders was.
Most people KNOW it was Islam and how & why it was inspired. The lying media have in the past attempted to suggest that it was ‘intolerable provocation’
This time however they have without any explanation decided that the murders were the result of dissatisfaction with the French way of life!
They then went into a massively pro mass Muslim immigration piece which was quite honestly as biased as anything I’ve ever heard.
it was broadcast at 11:15 15 minutes into the piece.
Countering Islamophobia Summit, ‘We are not at war with Islam’ ”
[Opening excerpt]:-
“Obama’s closing remarks at the absurdly titled ‘Countering Violent Extremism’ summit. It’s jihad — just say it. His speech isn’t about countering Islamic terror, it’s about countering islamophobia.”
“Obama: ‘Many Muslim Americans across our country are worried and afraid’”
[Opening excerpt]:-
“Non-Muslims may be worried and afraid because of jihad terror, but that doesn’t bother the President: he is busy fostering the Islamic supremacist victimhood narrative so indefatigably furthered by groups like the Hamas-linked terror org CAIR.”
It’s hilarious how exercised the ethnic anchors/analysts on the Beeb and Sky become when covering this story. They can barely stifle a yawn when telling you World War III has erupted somewhere, but an opportunity to cry ‘waaacccissssst’ has a glint in their eyes. Add to that the chance to pin it on UKIP, and they are in broadcasting heaven!
BBC-NUJ campaign for Al Jazeera journalists working for Islamic, pro-Muslim Brotherhood, Qatar Emirate, continued today, Radio 5 (pre- 12 noon)- after worktime demo a few months ago by BBC-NUJ at Broadcasting House.
Today It took the form of an empathetic interview with one such journalist, Mr Gresty- who took his opportunity to lecture us on his vague version of ‘freedom of speech’. He did not mention Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer. I wonder why not.
Another story for the bBC to conveniently avoid Labour receive £3.7 million of public funds, the Greens, SNP, Liberals & PC. UKIP get £0 which makes them look excellent value!
And also says “In addition to these donations, six parties accepted £3,834,816 from public funds during the final quarter of the year”, somehow omitting that 97% went to Labour. So 5 parties shared less that 3% and the BBC did not see fit to expand on this? The headline also overlooks that Labour received most TOTAL donations . Unbelievable bare-faced bias
BBC News Website Editor’s Conference – “right guys, you’ve all read the figures. Now, we have a choice of headlines:
Labour receives most donation in Q4
Labour receives 97% of public donations
Conservatives receive most private donations
Any thoughts guys? All agreed then – option 3 it is. Another latte anyone?”
This imam in Copenhagen was preaching jihad against the Jews the day before the murders there. We have allowed into Europe a violent and often crazy religion / cult, that openly preaches hatred from the pulpit. How stupid can we get ?
But of course this clear evidence of hatred being preached by a “community leader”in Copenhagen is ignored by the BBC – it is far less important than a scuffle on a Paris Metro station.
On the BBC1 local London News last night at 10:30, around 5 minutes (of about 7) was devoted to the Labour pink feminista van. The van visited Croydon. Harriet (“PIE “) Harman, although not the driver, was interviewed; a fellow passenger, Diane Abbott, was recorded talking to a gathering of women (potential?) voters. Call me cynical but I suspect not one of the assembled crowd was either unregistered to vote or without a Labour Party membership card. Harriet told us that women should sign up to vote (er . . Labour.
The BBC reporter told us why Labour was putting in the effort. Apparently of the 3 (?) seats in Croydon, the central Croydon seat is marginal so women should sign up (to get Labour voted in as a consequence). In all, this was a straightforward party political broadcast on behalf of the Labour Party: no apologies, no argument, no disagreement, no “some say”. OK, the BBC – as a (fatuous) gesture to impartiality – generously gave a 7 second slot to a junior coalition female minister to agree that people should register to vote in an election.
Blimey, there’s still almost 3 months to go to the election and even the semblance of political neutrality has disappeared from the BBC. Despite HMS BBC having a permanent list to Labour, God knows what Labour has further promised in respect of the 2016 charter renewal to ensure the BBC’s support in this election campaign. If BBC programming is any indication, the price Labour is preparing to pay to the BBC (in cash and kind and a free – although predictably Lefty – hand) must be enormous.
Sophie Raworth on the BBC1 10:00 News last night was very serious, grave even. The awful news? Unemployment is down as is inflation and the “cost of living crisis” mantra looks as dead as Ralph Miliband. Imagine the same information being broadcast had Ed been at No 10. It would have been all smiles and contempt for the Conservative opposition plus, not least, Sophie figuratively having multiple orgasms on screen.
“Impartiality” is not comprised fully in the delivery of comprehensive unbiased information. It’s also the “mood music” of the delivery. The economic mood music last night on BBC was the blues.
The mood is getting really ugly in Argentina, with hundreds of thousands of people protesting against President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. You haven’t heard? That’s odd… the story is featured prominently on the Latin American and Caribbean section of the BBC website. You’ll find it under News -> World -> Latin America. You’re probably well familiar with it, anyway.
This huge story is clearly not considered important enough to show on TV….. which is strange, considering that they scramble to cover small anti-Pegida gatherings of Trots.
“Teacher in online pro-Hitler rant is still in the classroom.”
Daily Mail’
19 Feb 2015-
“A TEACHER has been fined for posting a pro-Hitler image on Facebook but is still working at a school.
“Mahmudul Choudhury, 35, was reported to police by his Jewish former students who saw the post online. He shared an image of Hitler featuring the inscription: ‘I could have killed all the Jews, but I left some of them to let you know why I was killing them.’ Choudhury captioned it: ‘Yes man, you were right.’
“The father-of-two pleaded guilty to the racially aggravated offence aimed at Jewish people but denied being antiSemitic and claimed he shared the image ‘by accident’. Bromley magistrates heard that Choudhury, from Tower Hamlets in London, may lose his job over the incident. He was fined a total of £597.”
If you read between the lines, Nigel Farage of course sponsored and endorsed the Paris underground incident.
In fact, some people say he wanted to be with them but he was too busy beating up an immigrant again in the street whilst foaming at the mouth after his tenth pint that morning…
Paris Metro racist abuse victim calls for Chelsea fans’ punishment
Phew. Found him then?
Sadly the vid wasn’t working. Guess it was that mobile footage?
‘”These people, these English fans… should be locked up.”
Maybe Ian Katz could bring him over to do a generalising report on say, a UAF demo? Or that one that didn’t seem to exist in Whitehall?
‘The father of three, a French-Mauritanian born in Paris, said he had not understood what the fans were saying but that he knew he was being targeted because of the colour of his skin.’
Uh-huh.
‘Transport officers arrived but only wanted to make sure there was not a fight taking place.’
Which there was…. not? Lucky it wan’t a kosher supermarket or chocolate bar.
Lucky Paul Nolan was there to capture it and send to the Guardian.

The pair of them MUST be saints, there is a white halo around the outlines of Nigel and his ‘pal’. In fact, isn’t that Enoch Powell and Adolf H having a ‘drag’ in the background?
I knew it, I knew that dastardly Farage had his prints all over this ‘horrendous atrocity of unknown bounds’!!
I’ve studied the conveniently filmed video that was conveniently sent to the guardian that was conveniently leaked to the bbc and you can clearly see Farage disguised as Inspector Clouseau orchestrating everything.
It’s interesting that the Paris ‘victim’ has called for the Chelsea fans to be jailed. No leaving the question of guilt or sentence to the courts….
This parallels what we’ve come to expect from the femi-nazis for some years now. Anyone they don’t like has to be locked up. They were not happy with the number of convictions, so the system had be overhauled to ensure that, in future, everyone accused can be convicted. So drunken consent becomes rape and Ched Evans finds himself in jail. Furthermore, old cases that were found to lack substance have to be re-opened at the ‘victims’ whim; just this week Mohamed al Fayed and Ben Sullivan have had cases re-opened. Sullivan’s case was ridiculous the first time; second time is outrageous.
Old established principles of British justice are regularly set aside to appease activist stirrers. The double-jeopardy rule was disposed off to satisfy the Stephen Lawrence campaign. When this ancient safeguard was removed, only one prominent voice was raised in defence. Rod Liddle said ‘Judge Treacy might as well have told the jurors that they must approach the case ‘by eating 15 Jacobs cream crackers, without any water or other emolument, inside one minute’. The case is a charade, and a vindictive charade at that.‘ All hell broke loose against Liddle and The Spectator.
Scary stuff. It’s starting to fell like the sixteenth century.
Mighty serious allegations by Dan Hodges in the Torygraph:
There’s not getting around the fact Ed Miliband appears to have deliberately mislead the House of Commons. He implied that as Labour leader he had ended the practice of accepting donations from companies and individuals who practiced tax avoidance. And when he said that he knew he was accepting donations from one of the biggest tax avoiders in the country.
That’s not just hypocrisy, it’s blatant dishonesty. Labour’s leader is in trouble.
Let’s see if the BBC runs with this…. maybe Brillo….
Well a fair indication can be gleaned from this article today: You can’t prevent terrorism by singling out Muslims
It got 297 comments by readers airing their view of this crap when the Telegraph decided to close further comment.
Fewer and fewer articles are open to comments there now, especially if it’s likely to be contentious.
I also notice that blogs about BBC abuse or bias are fewer and further between in the last 6 months.
Is there a sinister fifth column sponsoring the Russian bomber near British air space? Look closely at the tail of the aircraft and be amazed which group are responsible. The photograph is not photoshopped!
Could well be. Seriously is just the Russians out for a jaunt in a rather nice but very old airplane. No doubt amusing for the crew and a bit of excitment for our lads. Not a serious matter in my opinion.
Absolutely Dave a nice piece of 1950s era aviation no match for our missile defences. …what do you mean the Bloodhound system was withdrawn in 1991 & never replaced, If the Russians were really trying to show off they would be buzzing UK airspace with this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tupolev_Tu-160
The Soviet Air Force ,at the height of the Cold War , use to change the tail fin marking`s from time to time , to make it look like they had more serviceable frontline aircraft ,than what was available at the time. We were on to that ruse ,from the start. The BBC tail fin is from last September/ October time .
Hey remember the muslim rally the BBc didn’t report. Remember I complained. Remember they sent me a reply saying it would take longer. Well it was well worth the wait because here is the template reply. A template reply I’ve already had in connection with other complaints. Hey guess what I’m complaining again I don’t think this is an adequate reply.
“Thank you for contacting us about BBC News. I understand you were concerned that BBC News did not cover the Muslim Action Forum protest at Downing Street on 8th February.
I can appreciate that you felt this event should have been reported on so I’m sorry if you were disappointed with the lack of coverage.
We know that not everyone will agree with our choices on which stories to cover, and the prominence that we give to them. These are subjective decisions made by our news editors, and we accept that not everyone will think that we are correct on each occasion.
There are several factors that we take into consideration when deciding how to put together our news bulletins. For example, whether the story is new and requires immediate coverage, how unusual the story is, and how much national interest there is in the story.
However, we appreciate the feedback that our viewers and listeners give us when they feel a story has been overlooked or marginalised and I am grateful that you have taken the time to contact us regarding this matter.
Please be assured that I have included your complaint on our audience feedback report which is sent to news editors, programme producers and senior management each morning. These reports are among the most widely read sources of feedback in the BBC and ensures that your complaint has been seen by the right people quickly. This helps inform their decisions about current and future programmes.
My complaint to the template above. “Thank you for your template response to my complaint, exactly how it took so long to fill in the blanks i.e. my name is a bit of a mystery. It is nice to see that you are consistent in your contempt for any complaints made. I already have a collection of several of these template replies. As a person who pays for the service you provided perhaps you could actually answer my question as to exactly why the BBC chose not to cover this demonstration, instead of your standard vague meaningless reply. In the light of the atrocities in France I find it hard to believe that this would not be a story of “public interest”
I’m sorry to hear that our template was sorry about the second template and before the fourth template had time to respond to being sorry about all the templates before we were sorry to hear that this was not the response we had a template for. I hope this helps.
If you buy an item or service you have rights, if the item is faulty or not fit for purpose you get a refund, if the service you’ve received is poor you don’t pay until you’re satisfied.
With the bBC you pay under duress, you take or leave the their product/service (with a TV you have no choice but to take) and you have absolutely no right of recall or even the slightest chance of a refund, part or full .
At least with Sky it’s your choice and they will, if something goes wrong give you a month or two for free.
In the real world complaints like the above would at the least get some sort of recompense, no chance with the bBC.
“First a complaint drone fobbed me off with a template response, and I did not accept it.
Then another complaint drone tried the back up version prepared earlier, and I did not accept this either.
So next an ECU Director got comfortable in his belief that the BBC template was as about right as it gets, and I did not accept it.
And finally, Richard Ayres of the BBC Trust said that as the BBC has never conceded before, this shows it is never wrong, and that I had to accept, as he is the final authority on the matter.
That is, within the BBC, which oversees… the BBC.
Well worth the effort though, as sharing here in public they really don’t like, being all committed to transparency ‘n all.
Why not abolish the complaints department? It would save money and then get rid of the staff. .
The whole thing is a joke and just makes me lose any repect for the BBC. A pathetic bunch of tax eaters.
I see Muslim terrorist, Brusthom Ziamani is now being referred to as a ‘teenager’ as if intending to behead a soldier is ‘just a phase’ he was going through.
What is much more disturbing is how the media state he was out to behead a soldier. He wasn’t A search of his computer found he had actually looked up army cadet bases in the area and was on route to one when he was picked up after his ex girlfriend informed the old bill, I quote from the racist bigoted Daily MAil which for some strange reason posts the facts the impartial bBC never does “On June 20, he used his phone to look up Camberwell army cadets, which produced a result for the London Irish Rifles Association in Camberwell, then he looked up army cadets Lewisham on Google maps and clicked on the result for the army cadet force in Blackheath.
I had to laugh at the bBC video where this Islamic cunt was described as a..Lone wolf. Yeah lot of fucking Islamic lone wolfs out there, in fact each any every follower of the paedophile Mohamed who has blood on his hands in the west is described as a lone wolf. The bBC, the traitors within our midst
this Islamic holy warrior found sanctuary in the basement of a sweet shop run by Anjem Choudary brother. It is one of two called yummy yummy
Make sure you inform all your mates never to buy anything from this Paki terrorist franchise as it bankrolls Islamic terrorism in the UK.
By contrast, Ch4 seems to know at what point a teenager becomes more than responsible for their intended actions (if as Pounce notes they remain unclear on when a cadet becomes a soldier):
Man guilty of plot to behead British soldier
Brusthom Ziamani idolised the killers of the British soldier Lee Rigby, and set out to emulate them. Stopped by police in an east London street on suspicion of posting extremist messages on social media, the 19-year-old was found to be carrying a 12-inch knife, a hammer and an Islamist flag in his rucksack. A letter he’d written to his parents said he was planning to take part in jihad and a soldier’s head would be removed and burned.
A jury at the Old Bailey today found him guilty of preparing acts of terrorism. Our Home Affairs Correspondent, Simon Israel, will have the details.
Quite what Mummy & Daddy Ziamani would make of Junior’s personal statement is for now unclear.
4 nil to lefty europhiles + Bannatyne (whose position on EU I don’t know, but would guess would be determined by his ‘bottom line’, rather than long term principled position). Presumably he’s the token ‘businessman’, even though he’s a BBC trougher. I’ll watch it to see if he has any political knowledge or ethics, but it looks like a waste of time. Again.
This line up can not have a balanced discussion regarding:
1. Immigration.
2. EU membership.
3. Multiculturalism.
Await the battle of the populist vote buyers, the LibLabCon.
bBC reporting on the ‘loan wolfer’ charged today describe, him as being in possesion of a ‘black flag’ when arrested.
A picture of this ‘black flag’ was shown, obviously an Isis flag, had he been arrested carrying a UKIP flag would that flag have been described as a purple flag?
Re the louts who stopped a man getting on a train in Paris.
Parisians should consider themselves lucky.
In London we had Bob Crowe for twenty years.
He stopped millions of us…
Actually, I think she may have had them cut & pasted by one of the 141…7…210 in Propaganda & Rebuttal:
‘The BBC is a world class organisation – one of the great things about Britain and part of the fabric of society. We deliver high quality programmes and services for everyone and bring the nation together, all for £2.80 a week.’
At which point a fuse blew and her head spun around until it unscrewed and fell off.
ISIS really poses huge threats in Iraq, including the possibility of genocide of the Kurds in the north – but we seldom hear the BBC reporting on them :
“A teenager” guilty of planning to behead British soldier:
INBBC’s misleading first sentence-
“A teenager who was on his way to behead a British soldier with a 12in knife when he was arrested, has been found guilty of preparing a terrorist act.”
-Not an Islamic jihadist in INBBC’s sight.
INBBC politically angles its headline to exclude ‘Islamic jihad,’ but to include ‘teenager’-
“Brusthom Ziamani: Teenager guilty of plot to behead soldier”
And what was Channel 4 `s response to this?
Cathy and Jackie wonder aloud( as girls are wont to do!)…how come “the authorities” didn`t prevent him from-er-being “radicalised”(now there`s a verb in need of a definition!).
Who`ll tell Cathy and Jackie that it`s Islam that demands that you act on your “radicalising principle”-that no amount of guff from Hazel Blears will prevent that-and that it is ISLAM-not the authorities-that is to blame for this bloke acting on what his holy book says.
Not that Cathy or Jackie could EVER admit to that, let alone say it on their toxic liberal shrine to Lennon-Lenin.
No, expect lots more liberal denials and self-delusions until we get a Muslim with a brain who can carry out what he intends to…and then we`ll get Breivik or Le Pen blamed…never the Muslims.
On weak white horses, let me hide away…
INBBC on Radio 4, 10 pm News, continued to elevate the ‘teenage’ aspect of the 19 year old Muslim perpetrator (avoiding accurate designation: Islamic jihadist); BUT in the next news item, INBBC termed the (heroic?) 19 year British soldier who has gone to join the Kurds in the battle against the evil of the Islamofascists in Middle East as ‘a man’.
Plenty of subtle and not so subtle bias on “The World Tonight” on Radio 4 after 22:00.
There was an item about an interfaith march in London, where Muslims, Jews and Christians were getting together to show that different faiths could respect each other: I think they said 120 people turned out, and if it wasn’t 120 then it was 360; far bigger marches which don’t fit the agenda go unreported.
Then, after repeating the headlines at 22:30, it was on to the housing crisis. Britain has apparently been building less than half the necessary units for several years and demand is rising. Rents are shooting up and young working people can’t save enough to think about getting a place of their own. The BBC lady tried to get some interviewees to link this with how they might vote at the General Election and there was a reference to ‘the generation that have’ buying to let to the ‘generation that have not’. A young White couple living with parents in London were interviewed. Mark Easton added his bit in the studio and was sensible enough.
Of course, there was no reference at all to immigration, which will certainly be driving some of the stated extra demand, especially in London.
Indeed – and there’s also the factor the BBC wouldn’t touch with a bargepole, ‘white flight’, where vast swathes of the countryside are being forever despoiled with trashy new build houses to accommodate the English who are fleeing our overcrowded, lawless, crumbling cities.
People who smugly think they’re immune from the plight of people in high immigration areas should remember this. The whole country is being changed and destabilised.
Ah but its not happening to the elite….Yet. Then, when it does, they will do something. But it will be too late and it won’t be enough and they will blame everyone else but themselves.
Anyone hear the word “Multiculturalism” recently? Down the Memory Hole with that one. Don’t want to be associated with that.
But it’s not just the elite who feel unaffected, it’s naive people in country towns and villages who bury their heads in the sand, support the major parties uncritically, and think that big city dwellers are mean, intolerant and uncharitable. I think the penny is starting to drop, however, in parts of East Anglia.

There have been two reports on the BBC today from people … who were actually on the train, not gobshite shills like “kick it out”and the rest, and both have said, it was
“something made out of nothing”, the
“media just doing what they always do”
faux storm in a teacup, just sensationalism,
of course with its agenda and narrative …
after multiple murders!,
real hate attacks!,
Jew murder
in multiple cities from Islamic fanatic wannabe mass murderers!.
maybe the BBC should get their “fave boy” … on board (sorry :-D)

I’m not really into conspiracy theories but, as Geoff points out below, WHY was the black man being filmed well before it became clear that something was going to happen? The cameraphone moved to put him centre screen before the “trouble” broke out. Looks like it was expected.
Possible, of course, that the chants provoked the filming. But suspicious nevertheless.

I don’t believe it was set up, but nor do I believe its newsworthy. All a bit of a storm in a teacup of affected outrage.

This would probably have remained in the lesser pages of the DM had Nick Ferrari not raised it on his show this morning and then interviewed a member of the Jewish community.

Interesting report from Africa regards Boko Haram from the bBC:
Air strike ‘kills dozens of mourners’ in Niger
Thirty-seven people have died in an air strike in southern Niger during military operations targeting Boko Haram, local officials say.
Ok but here’s the catch the bBC reports on the veracity of the Government claims against BH:
“The number of militant deaths has not been independently verified.”
But apparently not to the terrorist loving bBC

News today that the writer of Foyles War has been invited back to the BBC to write a “contemporary thriller” called New Blood. It is about two young sleuths not long out of university investigating corporate corruption. The powerless against the powerful apparently.
One can only imagine the glee of the commissioning editor at the BBC when presented with the idea.
I wonder if it will be rushed out as part of the present new “Old Labour” season

This utterly ignores the reality that anti Semitism, certainly in its aggressive form is coming from Muslims!

Must say I was at first intrigued by the byline:

More importantly, WHY are they allowed to?

by the unicorn of Islamofauxbia?

The latest report has been timed to correspond with “Russian interference” in the Baltic states. The fact that NATA took a decision several weeks ago to establish forward bases in the Baltics is, of course, not mentioned.
The comments from the Defence Secretary are so wonderfully ambiguous that they could have been written for him by the BBC:
Speaking to journalists from the Times and Daily Telegraph on Wednesday, Mr Fallon expressed concern over Russian President Vladimir Putin’s interference in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, and elsewhere around Europe.

Balance in The Farce. Unique.

And also says “In addition to these donations, six parties accepted £3,834,816 from public funds during the final quarter of the year”, somehow omitting that 97% went to Labour.

Bromley magistrates heard that Choudhury, from Tower Hamlets in London, may lose his job over the incident. He was fined a total of £597.”

It’s interesting how keen so many BBC staff are to explore all the angles, albeit it usually from a limited point of view:
http://bbcwatch.org/2015/02/19/bbcs-kesby-questions-whether-copenhagen-attacks-were-in-fact-terrorism/
That makes a fair few ‘asking the question’ but so far getting disappointed with the answer. Timbo, Lardell…
‘clarified to Kesby that “a solo attacker can still perpetrate a terrorist act”
One can only wonder where this line to be pushed against all rationality comes from so consistently.
Maybe the BBC is institutionally agenda driven? Still , the staff seem to be aware of the boss pleasers.

If such an attack occurred in the UK, the attackers would be charged with….you guessed it….TERRORISM!!

ahhh, so it WAS staged?

Oxford Union ‘rape victim knew her claim was false’

Used to be that the Daily Telegraph would weigh in on a case like this. What the heck has happened to this once great newspaper?

Well a fair indication can be gleaned from this article today:
You can’t prevent terrorism by singling out Muslims

Thanks again for getting in touch.
Kind regards

My complaint to the template above. “Thank you for your template response to my complaint, exactly how it took so long to fill in the blanks i.e. my name is a bit of a mystery. It is nice to see that you are consistent in your contempt for any complaints made. I already have a collection of several of these template replies. As a person who pays for the service you provided perhaps you could actually answer my question as to exactly why the BBC chose not to cover this demonstration, instead of your standard vague meaningless reply. In the light of the atrocities in France I find it hard to believe that this would not be a story of “public interest”

What is much more disturbing is how the media state he was out to behead a soldier. He wasn’t A search of his computer found he had actually looked up army cadet bases in the area and was on route to one when he was picked up after his ex girlfriend informed the old bill, I quote from the racist bigoted Daily MAil which for some strange reason posts the facts the impartial bBC never does
“On June 20, he used his phone to look up Camberwell army cadets, which produced a result for the London Irish Rifles Association in Camberwell, then he looked up army cadets Lewisham on Google maps and clicked on the result for the army cadet force in Blackheath.
I had to laugh at the bBC video where this Islamic cunt was described as a..Lone wolf. Yeah lot of fucking Islamic lone wolfs out there, in fact each any every follower of the paedophile Mohamed who has blood on his hands in the west is described as a lone wolf.

Wake up! It’s going to end in tears.

Vibrant Britain – coming soon to a town near you.
