Sheepe in Woolfe’s clothing

Steven Woolfe has apparently gone off bleating about a ‘rotten UKIP’ according to the BBC and the BBC is delighted enough to plaster it over its frontpage as the top story….really?  Not sure why the BBC thinks this merits top news status…

How the BBC must have loved writing that.  Curious Woolfe thinks UKIP so rotten when just a very short while ago he was aiming to be the leader of the very same ‘rotten’ party.

Hmmmm…why has the BBC chosen to use that supposed quote about a ‘rotten’ UKIP?….Woolfe doesn’t use it in a Telegraph [A very anti-UKIP paper] ‘exclusive’ interview and article…he says the same as what he said in a BBC interview…that the party is ‘ungovernable’ whilst there is an anti-Farage faction [Caerswell?] embedded within. Indeed that is his own title for his article…

Ukip is ungovernable. I hoped to be leader – instead, today I quit the party

So just why did the BBC go with ‘rotten UKIP’ when even in their own report they haven’t given us the clip of him saying that.

What he does say is that there will always be a place for UKIP in British politics, a vital place, as the elites will be trying to stop Brexit…..now there’s a headline.  Why did the BBC not go with that?

The BBC still doing its best to undermine and smear UKIP…suppose ‘rotten’ is better than ‘far right’ or ‘Nazi’….so often the BBC’s preferred smear…..never mind that Labour seems to be closer to the anti-Semitic Nazis than any other party just now.  Then again the LibDems aren’t far behind…speaking of which Guido notes this from Jenny Tonge…..

Subject: Tough on anti Semitism/ tough on the causes of anti Semitism?

Dear Sir,

The recent Select Committee Report on anti Semitism is to be welcomed, but it would have been more useful if it had investigated the causes of anti Semitism too. It is difficult to believe that a 75% increase in anti Semitism it reports, have been committed by people who simply hate Jewish people for no reason. It is surely the case that these incidents are reflecting the disgust amongst the general public of the way the government of Israel treats Palestinians and manipulates the USA and ourselves to take no action against that country’s blatant disregard of International Law and the Geneva Conventions…

Be tough on the causes of anti Semitism as well as the loathsome sentiment itself.

Yours sincerely,
Dr Jenny Tonge

As long as you’ve got a good enough reason to hate Jews it’s OK to do so.  Sounds familiar…One BBC journalist is of a similar frame of mind when he told French Jews that they should expect to be attacked because of what Israel does in Gaza…the BBC presuming that what Israel does is of course bad.  Naturally enough it is the BBC that has helped highlight the Israeli’s ‘inhumane’ behaviour and peddled the blood libel around the world, helping to spread anti-Semitism.  Just what does the Balen Report say?  BBC News kills Jews?  There must be some reason the BBC spent hundreds of thousands of pounds suppressing the report.

Bizarre that it is UKIP that is labelled ‘Far Right’ when the BBC, Labour and the LibDems are spreading the hatred so usually associated with the Far Right.

Oh hang on…it’s the Tories…as Guido reveals…

Does Jenny Tonge hate all muslims then for all the murder committed by muslims around the world? Does she support Islmophobia in the same way she supports anti-semitism? I’m sure she would say that “you can’t blame all muslims for the actions of their governments and leaders”. She is just looking for an excuse to excuse her own inherent anti-semitism – something the left has always excelled in since Karl Marx himself (despite him being of Jewish origins).

Actually Karl Marx wrote `anti-Semitic` comments .They were related to his famous comment that `religion is the opium of the masses`
Nowadays the public get less images of orthodox religious Jews than that of Jews as either wealthy successful people that provokes envy or images of the holocaust and of a victim people.
The media largely ignores that a lot of other `victim` ethnic groups resent the Jews being portrayed as victim race as what they see is a very affluent race relative to themselves

I am very disappointed in Steven Woolfe. I am sure I’m not alone.
While bad luck came his way I thought he had the qualities to ride it out.
His latest move in resigning shows that he lacks many qualities.
In a few days time there is a by-election in Whitney. There is a candidate and loyal ukip members doing the hard slog. Did Woolfe consider them at all? No! It turns out it’s all about him. Any decent person would have waited a week till it was over. Or did he do it now to do maximum damage to the ukip vote?
Ukip need to maintain third place. This could be the first time that
the party could come behind the Lib Dems in a by-election for a long while. It would be heralded as evidence that ukip is in demise and the Lib Dems are on their way up.
I was a supporter of the man for leader but now I’m beginning to realize what ukip have been spared.

Al Beeb did its best to demonise and denigrate UKIP before the great vote for independence but they failed miserably, UKIP got us out of the EU!
Now they are bitter and twisted about Brexit and out for revenge.
UKIP is not just about its leaders , its about the ‘Kippers’ themselves .

UKIP seems to be returning to the days of the reluctant Leader:

Before Farage, UKIP had a reluctant leader problem. UKIP has lots of intellectuals with ideas, as was seen with some of the speakers in the 2016 UKIP party conference, but with a reluctance to manage and administer the party.

A political party with a lot of careerist greaseballs would have no Leadership problem. But before Farage, Roger Knapman was a reluctant leader who only took up the job because no one else wanted it.

I now suspect that Steven Woolfe deliberately dodged the leadership contest with his late application, while Diane James failed to think of dropping out by the use of a late application.

But there is hope. Peter Whittle is running. He has experience in leadership, so not a reluctant leader, and as a senior UKIP spokesman, a good conference speaker. And he is planning to put forward a policy platform which would probably concentrate on UKIP representing the concerns of patriotic working class voters, abandoned by Labour.

Also the fact that he is openly Gay would confuse the BBC into silence, in any debate that he was allowed to have on the BBC.

  6. Richard Pinder says:

    Who are the new Nazis?

    (1) Me and UKIP: Nationalist, Yes. Socialist, No. Anti-Semitic, No. United Europe, No.
    (2) Tories: Nationalist, Half and half. Socialist, No. Anti-Semitic, No. United Europe, Half and half.
    (3) Labour: Nationalist, No. Socialist, Yes. Anti-Semitic, Yes. United Europe, Yes.
    (4) SNP: Nationalist, Yes. Socialist, Yes. Anti-Semitic, Yes. United Europe, Yes.

    Therefore:
    (1) Me and UKIP = 25 percent NAZI
    (2) Tories = 50 percent NAZI
    (3) Labour = 75 percent NAZI
    (4) SNP = 100 percent NAZI

Therefore this analysis concludes that the Scottish National Party are the new Nazis.

I’ve just been listening to the news from Radio Scotland. In their item about UKIP their description was not that it was a Party selecting a new Leader but that it was a Circus in search of a new Ringmaster.
I have no doubt any complaints would be fobbed off as it just being a figure of speech but I’m sure I’m not the only one who would conclude that the description was carefully selected by the sneering bBBC to persuade people that is exactly how UKIP should be perceived.

Still! They did gain 4 million supporters. Next General Election? Could gain even more votes! Those added votes will plainly come off Corbyn’s “Anti-Sanity” party!
