Trumpalism

Hah…even the lefty Gene at Harry’s Place is cheerleading Trump as he tackles corporate greed….

“I don’t want them moving out of the country without consequences,” Mr. Trump said, even if that means angering the free-market-oriented Republicans he beat in the primaries but will have to work with on Capitol Hill.

The free market has been sorting it out and America’s been losing,” Mr. Pence added, as Mr. Trump interjected, “Every time, every time.

The New York Times, December 1, 2016

It seems that after nearly a century of Republicans framing the difference between the GOP and the Democrats as one of “free enterprise” versus “socialism,” the nation’s top Republican has effectively shifted the debate to how the government will regulate the economy and for whose benefit. Whether more traditional Congressional Republicans like it or not.

Which is fine. Bring it on.

Odd isn’t it that the BBC and the EU fanatics suddenly all support the great capitalist adventure that is Globalism except when it suits…..such as when they make examples of Amazon or Starbucks for failing to pay taxes in this country…but they look the other way when the Corporations dump jobs here and export them to China or India and then flog us the goods made there at low cost and pile up the profits for themselves.  Why is that any less harmful than not paying taxes here?  The taxes we are told are needed for the welfare benefits…presumably of those sacked and put on the scrapheap by the same corporations.  If they didn’t dump all the workers there would be no need for welfare.

It’s pretty obvious to any one with the brains to work it out.Unfortunately our dumbed down society is only half awake and the BBC is not in the business any longer of stimulating minds.

I’m sure though they welcome the wonderful service industry .They can go and buy their expensive coffees safe in the knowledge there is plenty of employment for people willing to wait on them, and if British people won’t do this stimulating work ,then there’s plenty on incomers who will.

It seems that Al Gore is snivelling around Trump – I hope Trumpy won’t succumb to the oily used-car salesman’s slick platitudes…

Instead of imposing high costs so that companies leave or don’t even start up here , and then accepting the unemployed from around the world and taxing us all even higher to pay for it , and giving benefits and free NHS care to foreigners that we have to pay for via taxes , then importing cheap labour to put Brits on the dole which have to be paid for via taxes , then sending money abroad to help other countries compete even more cheaply which has to be paid for via taxes , then pledging to defend our competitors with our armed forces which have to be paid for via taxes ,then trying to be the leaders in everything like the study of tropical diseases which have to be paid for via taxes , then having politicians stomping the world stage through the EU and UN which has to be paid for via taxes ,

The government could cut its suit according to its cloth .

Trump is right and that is why the elite fears him. The notion that a nation’s workers and thus it’s citizens are just so much excess baggage to be disposed of if there is profit to be had in destroying their work is impossible to defend.
But it underlies all the neo liberal policies of the last years particularly in the US and here. Replace high paying jobs with imports and force us on to minimum wage unskilled slave type labour. The rewards for the elite are enormous and even Carney has realised that the richest have now grabbed so much wealth that it will threaten social cohesion. This is why the deplorables have voted in Trump.
Consider the current Southern Railway dispute . Forget the spin what it is really about is a determind attempt to destroy the RMT and reduce the good fair wages on the railway to the level of Costas or Tesco. The RMT and ASLEF are two of the really effective unions left and this government and it’s backers would like to see the end of them.
Our vicious greedy elite is as bad as it ever was in any time and even lacks the philanthropic instincts of many Victorians.
Brexit fits in here as a free nation can decide it’s economic future and priorities. That will never do for the 1% . They have most of it and want it all. Scum the lot of them.

I’m pretty disgusted with the BBC this morning (daily occurrence)about the content of their blog about the papers:

      http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-the-papers-38258453

The screen shot of The Guardian newspapers front cover, shows a photo of Trump with some KKK in their white outfits and a burning cross in the background. As a ‘Trump supporter’ I was totally taken-aback by this image. However the photo is in fact a fake, created by an ‘artist’ Alison Jackson, and the ‘Trump’ is a look alike. It looks like the BBC are using this image as a continuing smear against Trump. It seems incredibly negligent to not point out it is a spoof photograph – before someone gets triggered…

I had thought that the Guardian could plunge no lower than its usual swampiness, but they have managed it. This is probably the most disgusting newspaper front page for many years. Der Sturmer eat your heart out.

The BBC obviously show it as they are on the same lowest level of humanity as their Guardian friends and ex-colleagues.
