Hi folks. I’ve been trying to access the site for a few days now without any success. I understand there has been a server problem. I blame the Russians and/or Brexit. Anyway thanks to Alan for keeping the bus rolling …..

Sounds like the problem described by Fire and Ice, and a few others here

Occasionally I get problems with RT breaking up whenever they invite someone with much more intelligence than anyone invited by the BBC. If it was the Russians, then this would be produced by broadcasting a Jamming signal from a Holiday Cottage on top of the Lincolnshire Wolds, or by a Russian agent vandalising or reducing the power at the Belmont transmitter, after walking across the fields from the Holiday cottage. Or it could be a racist BBC employee, ordered by that other racist, Lord Hall, to use a Russian name and speak with a Russian accent.

Yes – apologies, it’s an issue with our ISP’s DNS. One of their authoritative servers is only serving DNS intermittently. It’s intensely annoying (and beyond our control) and I keep badgering them…

Anyone watch the conversation about Brexit on BBC news channel about 6-7 PM between that welsh presenter Hugh something and a very bright Brexit supporter and two remoaners!? One remoaner was that Tony Blair advisor and another pro-europe female.
That BBC presenter was plainly a remainer, alongside the other two remainers! But what made it so scandalous for the Brexit woman was the seating arrangement! She was seated across the table on her own with the other three huddled up together giving the impression that she was being interegated! 3-1 Weasel BBC!

Of course, it might have looked like a head-teacher talking to three not very bright and naughty children.

Yes I get ” not available” even via Google translate.
A couple if half hours each day.
Then I try thru a Netherlands proxy server and can see it

I’ve switched DNS providers so hopefully things’ll work properly today. This change could take a few hours to fully propagate.

That’s good to know. Although I haven’t the faintest idea what it all means. 🙂

David,
I do not have this problem with any other website and do not understand why it is peculier to here, in my experience. I doubt if the Russians are much interested but the BBC would love to take this site down , I am sure.
