        chris and Lefty, great stuff as well, although I can imagine Lobbie getting quite excited over yours, Lefty, because it could come straight from just west-nor-west of Birmingham.

        My effort is mostly a Carib mash with a little Polynesian and some west African (but more Nigerian than Gambian) thrown in to keep Grant happy. The buggerup bit actually comes from a famous encounter that Queen Elizabeth II had when visiting a Polynesian island. Her Majesty received an explanation as to why some event was not taking place or something was not working that left her, unlike her ancestor, ‘quietly amused’.

    My brother has just moved to a lovely, affluent, monocultural area. It is hell on Earth: people say good morning; no aggression; you feel safe knowing you all share the same key beliefs about things.

    What it could really do with is a few mosques, some violent grime rappers and women hiding their faces. That really would be something to celebrate.

    I remember just after the Brexit vote the Stock Market fell, and the BBC were droning on about the FTSE250 which they rarely used to mention before then. I’ve just looked and it now stands at 20,160 which is an all time high, but I can’t seem to see any mention of it on the BBC. How very odd ……

      Odd? Not really.

      BBC editorial integrity works on a similar basis to its pension financing, which of course is also unique.

      Hence funds can go up, or really up.

      Likewise, attention is paid to market performance depending on who is in power and how much the bbc likes or does not like them. Equally policies the majority of people for whom the bbc presume to speak actually voted for.

      Hope that clears up how utterly corrupt the bbc is.

        I couldn’t give a monkey’s arsehole what these people do in their own countries and I wouldn’t risk the life of a single British soldier to change it. Not my affair however horrendous I find it. I was against all the senseless foreign wars from day one but I DO care deeply what they do in Britain which is MY country, although watching the Bum Boy Corporation you’d never know it.

          Think my point was that the BBC choose soft emotive stories rather than the hard nasty ones. Suppose the other thing is that Jamal al-Harith was paid ‘£1m compensation’ from the Tax Payer money which would have gone back into supporting terrorism. So effectively we are supporting terrorism – buying the rope to hang us.

    Anyone able to tell me how the heck Grant Shapps gets to tour the media studios as an Osborne letter opener, and some promissory note from Cameron to shit as he wants to.
    Shapps was an anonymous nomark even when he reached the peak of Camerons turned up jodhpurs as County Judas for the Tories-albeit under a few assumed names as I recall.
    Very much a Jeffrey Archer fantasist-but Jeff at least slept with his prostitutes, did run for County, booked the Beatles and sold a few real books.
    Shapps is just George Osbornes pencil sharpener, with a tight arse bared for his Masters oikery!
