Obviously massively biased to the metro trendy left. Sneering comments (they probably class them as jokes) aplenty about Boris, D Davis, Treezer and Trump . Even a song about Trump and Kim Jong-Un called ‘Two peas in a pod’.
I take it these sophisticated jokesters have spent time in the free US and also spent time in the slave labour camp of North Korea which allows their super intelligent brains to conclude that these political systems are similar in some way.
Actually the thing that pees me off the most about this despicable show is not the virtue signalling, box ticking trendy metro leftism, apallling though that is. The worst thing is that it is totally UNFUNNY.
I listened to Alexie Sayless yesterday and it was the same . I mean ,it was the same . Anti Trump , progressive good and NOT FUNNY .
But I think those of us here can cash in on the gullible left wing audience . We know what the whooping , cheering , clapping retarded BBC audience thinks is funny , and can undercut the lefty overpaid right on arrogant humourless BBC scriptwriters and give the cretins in the studios all the laughs their tribal brains can absorb . Then a few more jokes against Trump , old people , lower but aspiring middle class people [ the petit bourgeois ] a racist person [ preferably white and male. ] , people who voted for Trump or UKIP , and Mugabe if he is out of power to show all round balance .
Then Marcos Brigstocke to tell who he hates [very funny in BBC land] .
Then a few more of the same .. Brexit is rubbish , democracy is rubbish , normal people are rubbish .
Then bow out with the sneering we here are all clever , more whoops and cheering from the mass hysterical audience , see you next week [ next day for most it would seem ] . Goodbye .

I’ve mentioned this in the past, but the money fest that is Children in Need began in 1980. So, many of the kids helped back then would be in their early 40’s or thereabouts and probably have kids/grandkids who are today’s Children in Need, 37 years later; unless of course the ‘originals’ were helped so much they went on to Yuni, forged a career in the City, and ended up as the Planner/Organiser of this year’s Children in Need !
I suppose after 37 years the original playbuses, playground toys, created play areas have all deteriorated to dust, so a new lot has to be bought. After all this time and money we should have the least Children in Need on the planet !!

It does make you wonder just when the organizers of Children in Need are going to announce to the world “We have succeeded in our mission and there are no longer any children in need.” It does seem like a bottomless begging bowl. I think we need to ask who are these children and why, in a land of plenty benefits they ARE in need. Also how much of the need is as a result of misfortune and how much is due to adult irresponsibility? The clever people who thought it was a good idea to smash the institution of the nuclear family have a lot to answer for.

Millions are given every year, so is the last penny spent the week before the new edition of CiN begins for another year ? otherwise there must a rollover of cash year on year, so it would be interesting to see the actual current bank balance of this organisation. I suppose it’s refreshing in a way to hear a BBC guest newspaper reviewer actually admit to his bias. If only each journo who appeared on the BBC prior to editorialising his or her opinions made such a clear declaration. It would go some way to level the playing field.
Monday is ‘Transgender Day of Remembrance’

I am just a little confused as to what this “remembrance day ” is about – Is it about remembering that you used to wear trousers or a skirt or is it about remembering that you used to use the gents and now you use the ladies. I am confused.
I suspect the original reason is about remembering that some transgenders have suffered in countries of a “certain religion” because of their sexuality. – Very commendable but I suspect that even if the BBC does cover it it would not be very interested in transgenders being thrown off buildings in Afganistan or similair it will be more interested in shaming the rest of us because a transgender was given a funny look in a pub or a christian cake shop in Great Risington or Little Bumstead.
The BBC will be in a dilemma of course whether to cover this story as this also falls within “Islamaphobia awareness month” Actually – its not a problem really as Islam trumps everything these days so I suspect that the BBC (despite its penchant for covering all things bizarre) is unlikely to pick this story up.
It is however interesting as it highlights the obvious contradiction between BBC support for all things sexually diverse and its slavish support for all things Islamic.
I for one will more interested in this irrelevance when we also have a “remembrance day” for victims of Islamic fundamentalism .

Telegraph is carrying a story saying the EU is threatening to with hold the 5 billion thatcher rebate unless we do what they say .
Well that’s good isn’t it ? If our legal debt to the EU is really 20 billion then that 5 knocks it down to 15 and then use the 13 billion overseas aid money which then more or less calls it quits.
We can then have a nice trade negotiation about beemers, butter , cheese and wine . Then we can deal with the expat issue – all the brits in the EU versus all the EUs in Blighty . If the banks go that’s no great loss as they minimise tax anyway and have cost us enough already .

In the row over the ‘£350m banner on the bus’ the Remainers, including the BBC, have all been claiming that ‘the rebate’ never goes to Brussels and is spent instantly on very worthy projects in the UK that benefit poor, neglected, marginalised people. I think there is some truth in that, as far as I know, the money is held in escrow in the Treasury.
The BBC, with their short-term memory loss, have obviously forgotten that.
The BBC and other media probably do not know EXACTLY or even MOSTLY what the EU are suggesting, and it may even be based more on gossip rather than leak because Remain are still in full on battle mode to try to overturn Brexit.
