Comrade Corbyn has declared his support for the rapidly failing BBC but suggested that there be a ‘British digital corporation’ to rival Netflix or Amazon. Meanwhile , back on Planet Earth , the BBC has not commented about the thoughts of a potentially future Prime Minister .
He also seems to want beeboids to declare their Social Class. Now there’s a giggle . Maybe users of this site should assign a five star system to those appearing on BBC output and have a special category for no class at all…

Even through all the Blair Mandelson years when every Today programme started with, ‘Today the government will ……..’ my radio alarm stayed on. Not this morning. The thought of listening to all the new dire warnings about Brexit the BBC have found overnight picking through the government papers released yesterday have beaten me. Silence is golden.

Everything the BBC say on Brexit needs to be viewed from the prism of them having received hundreds of millions from the EU over the years.
Everything SkyNews have to say needs to be seen from the prism that they use a EU based satellite for broadcasting purposes, alongside their German and Italian operations.
Their fear of a no deal Brexit is compounded by the impact this will have on their takeover by Disney/ Comcast/ Fox.
None of these influences (some might say vested interests) are ever declared by either BBC or Sky of course.

America is at war within itself
America’s Two Parties: Traitors and Patriots
By Peggy Ryan
Battle lines were drawn, traitors versus patriots, Democrats-RINOs-media-Hollywood-corporations, indoctrinated students, fake news viewers, and one-world-order versus we the people. The war is fought daily, battles on every front.
Even against such overwhelming odds, my money’s on Americans to once again defeat tyranny for the same reason we’ve always prevailed. America is worth fighting for. Freedom is worth fighting for.

Corbyn like any good communist/socialist would like to see a controlled media.
As someone remarked ” the price of liberty is eternal vigilance”
But it has to be “Armed” vigilance! Otherwise “vigilance” simply earns one a quick trip to the Gulag or worse. That is why the American Founding fathers, primarily Englishmen, created the Second Amendment.
And “Informed” vigilance too. The left has control of Google, Facebook and Twitter. Google caters to 90% of all querries. If Google continues with no real competition, then we lose the information war. Game over.
We are witnessing an existential war currently ongoing in the USA. The massed ranks of the media ( Fox excepted), politicians, Hollywood, in alliance with the major information controllers, Google, Facebook and Twitter, against one man – Pres Donald Trump – a Quixotic figure, with a handful of followers. The battle is over the Second Amendment, and whether the USA is a nation of laws or a nation founded on immigration, and for unrestricted immigration.
The BBC and the EU are on the side of the marxist/globalists
I posit that the West’s future lies in the outcome of this war.

No names no packdrill (as the old army saying used to go) in BBC TV news this morning concerning the convictions in a huge cocaine smuggling case.
Whenever the BBC uses their old saying “four men” one needs to do some research.
I’m afraid I’m going to link to the Guardian or to pass the frittata as one of my old sayings goes.
https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/aug/23/farnborough-airport-cocaine-smugglers-found-guilty
‘Martin Neil, 49, of Poole in Dorset, Italian national Alessandro Iembo, 28, and Spaniards Victor Franco-Lorenzo, 40, and José Ramón Miguélez-Botas, 56, were found guilty by a jury at Woolwich crown court in south-east London on Thursday’
Interesting to see our trade with the EU has been flourishing. Perhaps there was something about the phrase free movement of goods and people which they took to heart.

I cannot comment on any Toady derogatory remarks about President Trump earlier than 0730 today. No doubt there were many. However, I give tribute to Kamal Ahmed who clearly feels increasingly comfortable in the Toady surroundings. Is he hoping to persuade the BBC management that his calibre will fit in with the Toady team when, in respect of Pres. Trump and his tax affairs, he drew a comparison between the POTUS and Al Capone. Not bias but just really annoying. I very rarely watch BBC Breakfast but had it on this morning very briefly. In the ‘old days’, one presenter was enough to introduce an item. Can anyone remember when this system began?:
Presenter 1: “Today we’re going to be looking at…”
Presenter 2: “Why it takes two people to introduce an item”.

It seems our present BBC current affairs in-house lite-presenting style (as exemplified by the likes of Charlie Statist, Matt beta-male Baker, whoever the latest Celtic fringe feisty femme on the One Show happens to be and Naga Munchetty) exhibits a direct line of evolution out of these origins:

Reference the attention span.
One very strong piece of evidence for this is that the BBC efforts are 100% directed towards Remain.

The MSM are not even trying to hide their bias against Brexit anymore. Sky news has the headline “Tory cabinet rift as public opinion shifts against Brexit”
https://news.sky.com/story/tory-divisions-exposed-by-hammond-letter-as-sky-data-poll-reveals-shift-against-brexit-11480562
Yet when you read the article the public opinion they refer to is nothing more than a biased survey Sky conducted, asking people if they think a “no-deal” would be good or bad. That’s completely different from asking whether they think Brexit is good or bad………a deliberately misleading headline.
What’s more, the article says that the “right-wing media have turned on the Chancellor”, implying that it’s only right-wingers who are in favour of Brexit.
When have they ever referred to “the left-wing press?”

One of the things I find interesting – amid all the talk of FakeNews and FalseNews and trolling and Russian influence on social media – is the number of new User names appearing on BBC ‘Have Your Say’ and Editor’s Blogs that are open to comment.
You would expect in the normal run of things that the ‘new voices’ would be fairly evenly split between Remain & Leave with a bias toward the latter. It appears to me that an overwhelming number of these ‘new voices’ are pro-Remain.

LCS, are you suggesting the BBC has created these new accounts using their moderators to do so? Shock! Horror! Scandal! Deliberately falsifying HYSs? What a scurrilous suggestion! Defamation of the BBC.

Er, actually I did briefly wonder whether it was an ‘in-house-job’ but the problem with doing something like that is that you would only need a BBC worker who knew about the plan, who voted Leave and then fell into some dispute with the BBC over their employment to blow the lid off the whole affair.
It would probably sink the BBC.
In any conspiracy, you have to limit ‘those that know’ to three or less, preferably less! It would be hard work for a Beeboid Moderator to create false User accounts and then come up with original anti-Brexit posts for each one. There were over six thousand posts there on that one Thread.
It would be in the scope of a well financed campaign group, however, who could hire temporary staff. Ten accounts and posts an hour x8 x25 people, say ….
Or work on the Facebook multiplier. No.1 Remain has 2 Remain friends, they recruit 2 Remain friends each and so on, all signing up to new User accounts at the BBC.
Wonder what a FOI Request directed at BBC Online after next March might reveal?

The speech made by JC, but surely created by a logographer.
“irony” From what I have seen of his attire, during the past twenty years, JC would not even associate “irony” with something used to remove creases from clothes.
“irony”; JC would not understand this if a flat iron, attached to a thesaurus, landed on his head, and he was given a year to think about the association.
Remember JC’s PMQ with Theresa the Traitor? Two dummies in search of a ventriloquist.

YOUR COMPLAINT:
Complaint Summary: How much will Radio 2 visit to Orlando cost me?
Full Complaint: I heard on the BBC Radio 2 that you are sending the Alan and Mel show from a room in London to a room in Orlando. How much will this cost me in total? To the nearest thousand is ok. Can anyone stop this from happening and wasting more of the BBC TV Tax Payer’s money?
Thank you for contacting us about upcoming episodes of BBC Radio 2’s ‘Alan and Mel’s Summer Escape’.
We understand you’re concerned about the cost of the programme’s trip to Orlando, Florida.
While we don’t generally discuss programme budgets due to commercial sensitivities, be assured that we’re aware for the need to maintain value for money at all times with regards to the licence fee.
The programme team have explained that the trip will be taken during the 60th anniversary of the formation of the NASA and will feature interviews with astronauts at the Kennedy Space Centre. The programmes will also include some insight into the tourist industry in Florida, and a visit to Orlando’s only active volcano.
We’re sorry to note that you believe they do not offer value for money as a licence fee payer.
Please rest assured your concerns have been raised with the production team and senior management on our audience feedback report. These reports are among the most widely read sources of feedback within the BBC and help inform both current and future decisions.
Once again, many thanks for taking the time to get in touch.

Demand for treatments involving donated sperm is rising steadily in the UK but fertility experts say a shortage of donors is particularly acute in the Muslim community and other ethnic and religious groups.
Birmingham was chosen as the site for the unit because of central location and large population as well as its diverse ethnic make-up.
More than 100 men have been screened as possible donors but so far only about five have been cleared, according to leading figures.

BBC title: No alcohol safe to drink, global study confirms
Report : Alcohol use is a leading risk factor for death and disability, but its overall association with health remains complex given the possible protective effects of moderate alcohol consumption on some conditions.
BBC: No alcohol safe to drink
Report: Possible protective effects of moderate alcohol consumption on some conditions
Oh dear, BBC has lied once too often … platform for pedophile on national TV and it continues … maybe trying to stop everyone from drinking will be the end of the BBC.

I thought that the BBC liked a drop of bubbly, when things went their way…

Oh it`s the BBC.
What else would they say.
They have nice little wine cellars for themselves, but want alcohol free-butcher free zones like Bethnal Green for the rest of us.
But we`re welcome to send our underage daughters along in summer shorts to try and buy some booze for us, if we want to.
Why would ANYBODY listen to Martha Kearney when it comes to science?
Who else keeps bees then nearly dies with a sting, one she knew would set her off?
Last I heard , she was flummoxed about whether her honey could replace cough medicine for a tickly throat or not?
She`s then BBCs effort to welcome less intelligent types into the BBC “special family”.
Swig an extra bottle tonight, leave the empty on the BBCs naughty step locally.

This sums up the report which I will read later – which is more than the BBC have done.
Prof Saxena said: “Most of us in the UK drink well in excess of safe limits, and as this study shows there is no safe limit.
Hmm, if there is no safe limit then how can we drink in excess of it?
I read these Global Burden of disease reports all of the time and often they are looking to confirm what they already think. We all know too much is bad but too much water is bad….typical BBC lack of thought but jump on a bandwagon..

JA, you ask a good question.
The answer is that all alcohol consumed kills something in you. God, however, has blessed you with so many cells in your body that you can spare a few every time you drink one, say perhaps two, small glasses of wine, or the equivalent in beer or spirits, on occasions. Note the qualifications carefully: one – maybe two / small / on occasion.
Make it regularly and/or make it more than that and the risk increases of alcohol dependency and/or serious damage. A half to full tumbler of pure alcohol will kill the average person. It is a deadly substance.
This latest study is correct to say the safest option is no alcohol. However, it overlooks Psalm 104 verse 15, ” And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man’s heart.”

Paul M quotes Prof Spiegelhalter the UK #1 stats guy
\\ shocking that alcohol paper … broke Lancet guidelines in only reporting relative risks: needed fine press office to extract absolute risks from them //
\\ ‘no safe level of alcohol’, but Lancet study means 25,000 light drinkers need annual equivalent of 400,000 bottles of gin for one serious health problem among them each year //
The confirmation I see is #CONFIRMATIONBIAS in the reporters mind.

Spiegelhalter spoke some sense on Evan Davis hopeless “Sweet Reason” yesterday.
Not that Evan learned anything from having him on the show, any more that the BBC ever learn from Claire Fox(also speaking sense).
The trouble is that Evan and his BBC caste. know nothing, can`t ask anything useful or sensible and can`t stray from the pre-approved line.
Evan wanted to look at “expertise”-but had silly soundbites that only show that the BBC only does “fake news”.
Their choices were on Brexit, gobal warming and a Trump spokesman…as opposed to Blair, Carney, Osborne or Merkel for example.
Think on balance I`d rather have the open sewer and the BBC lies that some pretence of reason-they don`t know how to be impartial any more.

For every stupid tweet from a UK politician (650 of them) (like policing JERK) they lose £1K of their 77K? Applies to House of Lords (797) as well, they lost £10 of their £300 daily allowance.
I will be paid to police it … or will it be Corbyn?

We discussed Nottinghill Carnival Crime
… Nick Farrari mocked a black caller who tried from his bubbleworld to say that Glastonbury is the same
… Nope Glastonbury doesn’t have the same level of stabbings and 7,000 police

I think Lenny Henry is trying to prove that people like him are a thing of the past yet the BBC are ‘cutting edge’ in making a show with him in it. Some sort of Zionist irony I expect, but then, as he says, no-one, (well me anyway), is watching it. (But he still gets paid!).

Now! I see why men open their legs and why modern women don’t!
Going of this lot of wannabes it’l soon be the other way round.
This is why I never watch any UK TV (except, news sometime) prefer Netflix etc.

Wonderful !
An excitable journo on a walkabout asks 2 ladies in Ireland whether they are ‘excited’ at the Pope’s intended visit. She said ‘no’, then the flummoxed journo pushed further … “you are Catholic, attend Mass and yet you’re NOT excited ?” Says she “No, its good he’s coming, but hardly excited”. He cut the interview short.
That’s the type of interview I love. Does anybody get ‘excited’ about anything anymore ? I ‘look forward’ to events, but ‘excited’ ? nah !

This month is a sacred month of pilgrimage where Muslims from all over the world congregate for Hajj. The simple attire worn by pilgrims expresses the equal status of all mankind before God, and strips away all distinctions of wealth, status, class and culture. It is this very same equality that we all strive to live by, where no one should be judged by what social class they come from, race, culture, or any such distinction (SEE SIGN BELOW). Unity, respect and community are paramount to live in a peaceful and vibrant society, and this is something the Muslim Council of Britain works towards.

In the last thread we discussed the TEN Grenfell fraudsters convicted so far
On LBC news there were 2 cases today : Eritrean Yonatan Eyob, 25 (Also was charged with dealing class-A drugs from the Hilton Hotel in Holland Park.)
.. BUT one has a traditional British name Derrick Peters
It’s kind of strange that no establishment tweets include both name and picture of him, cos he does seem to be black.
FFS How can the counccil systems be so bad that random people can turn up and get months of free top class hotel accommodation, then it turn out that basic checks ould have shown they’d never lived in Grenfell ?
I think we are still waiting on Koffi Kouakou, 54, and Abdelkarim Rekaya, 28,

Be fair SG. It’s difficult to keep track of all the 25,000 residents of Grenfell.

Seems bona fide
but interesting the way http://www.SaveTommy.com defaults to https://www.therebel.media/save_tommy_robinson_again
which has a link to the appeal tool savetommy-therebeluk.nationbuilder.com/save_tommy_robinson_again?
Ah nationbuilder.com like 38degrees.com which people often use for petitions seems to be a leftylib org
eg their default template page defaults to a crowd image which has almost no white people in and is in fact from the cover of a book
“Migrants: Public Attitudes, Challenges and Policy Implications (Immigration in the 21st Century: Political, Social and Economic Issues)”
I still don’t think that means they are stealing TR’s campaign money
a tweet shows they’ve been using Nationbuilder for more than 2 years
\\ 22 Aug 2017 Hi @NationBuilder Will you please consider dropping TheRebel? //

I’m not a lawyer, of course, but surely that’s contempt of court? The very thing TR was banged up for.

TR retrial has been delayed AGAIN from 4th to Sept 27th
But I thought that the confirmation bias that libists used was that from Guido and the SecretBarrister saying the original 35 minute trial was 100% OK cos it was all very simple the judge had clear rules , and Tommy is thick.
Is delaying trial a kind of extra punishment
..guess it stops TR reporting further trials.
Ezra says the appeal judge had set a deadline of last Friday “for the government to furnish TR’s team with the details of their accusations”, and that since they have failed to this ..the retrial has been put back
..Ah @G I was typing at the same time as you.

It may well be that the state has had the transcript assessed by some independent QCs and haven’t had the result they wanted so are trying to either find a way of dumping the case or trying to find something else to do him for .
If I has TR crossing the road I would definitely look both ways. Same with driving into underpasses ..

A lot of coverage on the BBC of Stefan Sylvestre being released from prison for throwing acid over Katie Piper. Yet nowhere does it appear to say he is from Colombia, land of appalling gangster murder and tortures.
Is anyone vetted before they are allowed to enter the UK?

Lauren Southern, Brittany Pettibone , Martin Sellner.
You will remember the Communists tried to ban Donald Trump.
So yes, white people are vetted.
Everyone else is welcome, especially if they have no skills, a bad attitude, a criminal record and they were brought up on their mother’s knee to hate white people.

Corbyn has suggested that journalists should ‘elect’ their own newspaper editors.
So it begins, state control of our media by a Marxist government.
What he doesn’t explain is that those guiding journalists are likely to be members of the National Union of Journalists. Indeed, I would guess that in Corbyn’s brave new media world the left wing NUJ, his little lapdogs, would be given a major role.
So you would have editorial decisions made by leftie committees, naturally anti Establishment, with no independence of thought and probably sanctioned by a state regulated press watchdog.
At best, a closed shop. Yay, comrades, let’s get back to the 70s!
At worst, the Ministry of Truth takes over.
And, oh the irony, there was that idiot Owen Jones on Newsnight last night banging on about the supposed ‘closed shop’ of privileged, privately educated journalists who inhabit today’s media.
That’s those clever bastards up against the wall, then. Better hand over our free press to bitter little commies like him……

Now the tanks have been and gone from Prague August 21st 1968, I refer m`learned friends on this site to the tanks in Tianamnen Square June 4th 1989.
If we thought that Bolshevism died on shame in 1989, we were wrong-it`s only now in Chinese form.
Technological, totalitarian and all about massage, compliance, denunciation and re-orientation camps. Very soon, already here.
Yes, I look sexy in glasses-but am trying out contact lenses nowadays lest todays Pol Potheads like Corbyn take against specs.
Corbyns stuff yesterday in Edinburgh is a clear warning about what the left feel they can get past us all.

I understand, but yet the chinese psyche is stronger than most, how many countries do you hear how they have suffered , how many times do I turn on the history channel to be reminded again and again about the holocaust ? and how few people know what happened in Nanking ? PLEASE look, and make yourself aware of how some humans conduct themselves and we, as a community are called “Far right” ffs for objecting to a community that contains members of a community that are doing the same overseas NOW and those holding a british passport , my wife would like others to know it is known as the rape of Nanking for precisely that reason after they slaughtered the men https://allthatsinteresting.com/rape-of-nanking-massacre and there are those in OUR country that agree with that way of dealing with those they disagree with, and they are most certainly NOT associated with Tommy Robinson but rather those that he would like to hold to account for how they conduct themselves as members of the British Isles and our society.

Agree entirely Annunaki.
Have been to China, you learn big things in such places.
Like Islam, I don`t blame the Chinese at all. They`re only filling a Godless vacuum that Islam is also primed to take.
The Uighar stuff is probably the hinge or axis on how , where and when the next crank handle gets a turning.
The Chinese will win, but it won`t be pretty-Islam is banking of getting all its human and intellectual resources from the worn out, cringing west.
If we let Trump and Orban etc go cheaply, it`ll only speed up the decay.
