Andrew Marr assures us that both he and his paymaster, the BBC, are scrupulously fair in their coverage of all things political.
Based on this reassurance from the world’s leading broadcaster and one of it’s highest paid and foremost journalists, I tuned in to watch Marr’s interview of Jeremy Corbyn, knowing that he would be grilled in a robust, Nigel Farage type of way as to his past association with the IRA, Hamas and Hezzbollah.
I was looking forward to him being questioned on his continued support for Syria and Venezuela and their murderous regimes.
I was especially excited about how he’d explain his previous statements that he and the Labour party are not anti-semitic and how he could possibly have the unelected Shami Chakrabarti as a member of his shadow cabinet now that it has been proved, beyond any reasonable doubt that that she is a liar and a charlatan.
Sadly, Andrew was not on top form and failed to address any of those issues. He did however ask him a few puff pieces about nothing of importance.
Poor Andrew, must have been an off day for him.
So he didn’t go digging into out of context things Corbyn said years ago, like he did for Farage?

The Marr nonsense last week ( won’t call it an interview ) should be remembered by all right thinking people as to how far the BBC and its’ staff have gone into failing to provide the service those who pay for it deserve .
Marr should take his £400k of taxpayers’ cash and go somewhere he can put his bias to good use – like RT .
I won’t watch his programme any more – with the exception of Brillo I don’t do BBC propaganda politics programmes any more – except twitter extracts – so no need for a licence .

Mardell today at one pm . I put a formal complaint about him and his show last week because he interviewed a liberal who used the term ‘bo——cks to Brexit ‘ without editing , warning or apology – at 1310 on a Sunday afternoon . I was embarrassed because I was listening with some one of better manners than me .
We try to control bad language on this site and I’d expect the bbc to have a higher standard . As far as the liberals are concerned – who cares about them ?
As for today Mardell went on a jolly to France to interview the yellow vests who sounded as cheesed ( Brie ) off with their saviour – Macron – as we are with the traitors here . Marrdel very quickly retreated and interviewed some bubble friends – an American democrat – of all people who then preached about what Europeans are thinking – one Anne Applebaum. A safe reliable bubble dweller of no value .

It is just possible that Dan Snow picked up a leaflet and an envelope, envelope on top, opened the envelope and then shook it with the Brexit Party leaflet behind the envelope falling to the table or desk at the same time as the contents of the envelope.
