    Well I suppose the “working class” bit is right if it is defined by simple shortage of cash, but perhaps the father should have got himself a proper job from the outset. I have difficulty seeing struggling actors as horny-handed sons of toil.

    Does she say which charity is going to benefit from her £35m in order to protect her kids from similar angst?

    Sorry, deary, but as an actress reality and commonsense are not really your thing. Stick to what you do best but otherwise shut-up, there’s a good girl. And pass the message on.

    History of the events leading up to Apollo 11 landing on the moon. Instead the BBC are focusing on the black astronaut that was passed over.
    Shame on you BBC for weaponising this wonderful, positive and exciting time of my life.

    Nice publicity touch to post a black as 007 . Sure it would go down well in America – I thought the current 007 scheme was to have a black lady as ms money penny ? Or similar .

    Unfortunately when I watch a Bond film I find myself wondering about his expenses claims , working hours directive and what sort of pension he gets. I mean – does a 00 have to work to 66 or whatever damn pension age is now ?

    That’s a funny angle for al beeb to take . I would have thought that since the astronauts were all military flyers in their day job they’d be caste as war criminals for dropping the occasional napalm pod on an NVA or VC ‘freedom fighter ‘

      BTW I see Trump is now being called a racist but the BBC and SKY are referring to the Muslim terrorists who killed people in the name of their religion while shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ as ‘The London Bridge Attackers’.
      So the terrorists attacked bridges and people just got in the way, eh?

      I’ve an idea for a programme, “Smoking – The Sweet Smell of Sucess”.

      Look back at any of these old films, how we won the war, the first jets, the space race and we see men pass around the smokes, draw up a few designs and bingo!

      The pipe smoking men always seemed to be so wise. Perhaps they were, they kept their mouths shut and listened! Then the pipe would come out, silence all round, followed by words of wisdom emphasised by some stem pointing!

      Now it is all yapping women..

    Sigh. The BBC is still banging on about Trump’s tweets about “four women of colour” as they put it. And not much doubt from their tone where they stand. Nor is there the slightest look at what these “four women of colour” may have said to be accused of hating the USA.

    And what is it with this ridiculous phrase “four women of colour”? It sounds an utterly stilted bastardisation of the English language and reeks of agenda. The BBC (and, I may add, other news agencies) are using the language of one side and demonstrating that they are not disinterested observers.

      As an aside I am really surprised that the BBC has put unseen footage of coppers and civilians confronting the London Bridge Muslim Mass Killers before the armed police arrive and send them to burn in a hell of their choosing .

      For me, ‘AOC’ is White, of Hispanic origin. How is she a “woman of colour”? Even Rashida Tlaib is hardly “of colour”, though culturally Muslim. Ilhan Omar was born not in the USA but Somalia; she is “of colour” but the problem with her is her Islamic belief and anti-semitism.

      How typical of the BBC to make it about gender and race, when it’s really about Islamic culture in the USA, something the globalist Left doesn’t want to investigate but Mr Trump has to consider.

        The Hispanic cult in the USA bemuses me, as if they have bought into the idea that English is the language of the wicked European colonialists, that drove out the natives, represented by the Hispanics, and somehow it is good that the USA will become a Spanish speaking country.

        Don’t they get it that Spain is a European country that invaded and colonised the Americas and that is why the Mexicans a) speak Spanish and b) aren’t all native South Americans? Let in the Hispanics and the Spanish invasion will be complete!
