Before I knock off , I have come to the conclusion that every Tory MP in the Kingdom is aware of Al Beeb’s blatant bias and of the general public’s opinion and perception of the broadcasting ‘outfit’.
Yet I find it amazing that they, the politicians with such a parliamentary majority , do nothing about it ?
    Anyone ?

      Taff,
Its because they are either not Tory or just puppets of a bigger controlling cabal..

For example, don’t be fooled by the tough talk on Europe, I am assured that Boris will ride to the ‘rescue’ at the 11th hour.

He will stich us into a ‘great deal for the UK and EU’ proudly proclaim from the rooftops about how wonderful it all is.

The analysis will, sadly reveal something far different and our betrayal by the political class will be complete.

Of course I am still hopeful that this will NOT be the case, but you only have to look at their inaction and mithering over:

      BLM racists
      Knife crime
      Illegal boat terrorists
      Mixed message over COVID
      Paralysis regarding the BIASED BBC and MSM generally;

      …..to know the outcome.

I don’t know if anybody has pointed this out . The BBC’S web pages
has what I can only describe as a Monty Python or Not the 9 O’Clock feature on the Chinese Epidemic. There is a QUIZ in
which you get two attempts to name two of six countries with
the most virus deaths!! Yes you couldn’t make this up , but it’s true.
In a way it reminded me of the Rowan Atkinson sketch on Not
the 9 O’ Clock news, when a hospital bed was being auctioned.
“Going ,going gone to the man with deep depression. Wait, he
has just jumped out of the window, so we will start again.”
Just look at this quiz “feature” on the website. I don’t know
if your going to laugh or cry. The BBC enemy of the state.

Although I don’t have time to check the quizzes the BBC puts on their children’s channel, the very few headlined quizzes I have checked revealed them to be another method of brainwashing British kids to the BBC agenda.

A quick perusal of the BBC website and one news story dominates everything:
    Taylor Swifts new album
    Taylor Swifts new album
    Taylor Swifts new album
    Taylor Swifts new album
    Taylor Swifts new album
    Taylor Swifts new album
    Taylor Swifts new album
    Taylor Swifts new album
    Taylor Swifts new album
    Taylor Swifts new album

The BBC have TWO separate headline stories on it on their homepage.
It is also a “featured story” which means it appears in the margin of EVERY single BBC news report you read.
It is also a top story in the BBC children’s news channel.

Meanwhile news of the shooting of three people in London yesterday (one man critically injured and two boys seriously injured) is well on its way to disappearing in terms of visibility from the BBC website.

I was in the process of creating a Taylor Swift montage of headlines and as I was doing this the BBC were constantly changing the Taylor Swift headline to make it more appealing.

Meanwhile news of the triple shooting has completely dropped out of the BBC main website (only now find under regional news). Since the BBC originally published their report 18 hours ago it has remained unchanged and forgotten.

Compare that with the team working on promoting Taylor Swifts new album:

Much time this morning given over by the BBC to the huge new Mosque opening in Istanbul, needless to say jammed packed shoulder to shoulder (or face to bum) with devotees. The reporters in awe and reverence with hushed admiring tones.

Apart from now expecting a spike in infections in Turkey the BBC total adoration is a bit like watching chickens admiring Christmas decorations.

Our politicians are unable or unwilling to:
recognise or admit that we are at war,
accurately identify who the enemies (plural) are.

There are undoubtedly all sorts of psychological or venal reasons for this, but none are justified.

Not on topic. But “It does make you rather gag and vomit. A bit like listening to the Jeremy Vine Show.” applies to a lot of BBC output these days.

@NadiaWhittomeMP writes in the Indy about Trans rights
We must not fetishise “debate” as though debate is itself an innocuous, neutral act.
The very act of debate in these cases is an effective rollback of assumed *equality*
and a foot in the door for doubt and hatred.

So she makes ASSUMPTIONS about the state of the world
    People challenge her
She says ‘STOP, you are not allowed to doubt me
If you doubt me , you are a hater’
.. That seems anti-EQUALITY to me

Isn’t a man wanting to dress up in women’s clothes “a fetish” ?

Stew, there used to be a school of thought that classified it as a mental illness rather than a “fetish”

I don’t post so much these days as I don’t watch, logon to their Webshite or hardly listen to the Biased BBC, I feel unqualified to comment.

I did however dip into TMS for the start of the Cricket, only to listen to Agnew describing the blithering gimps ‘taking the knee’ whatever that means.

FFS. The radio went into orbit better than a SpaceX rocket.

    • Broadcasting-on-Behalf-of-the-Caliphate says:

Thanks, that is useful to know. This means “taking the knee” is being practised in a special ceremony at the beginning of all professional cricket matches involving England, all English Premier League matches, all FA cup matches, all Grand Prix races … maybe others can tell me if I am missing anything else.

It will no doubt be introduced at morning assembly in English schools and before lectures in universities etc.

I think cricket and football would be much more interesting if they played it whilst still on their knees..whilst those that didn’t agree with BLM could use their legs….

There’s no problem any liberal, especially the UN, has met that can’t be solved by throwing money at it.

Anyone who believes that this would be “temporary” is:

    A) Deluded, and/or

    B) Ignorant when it comes to history.

Here we go again. That little word “COULD” is one of the turns of phrase that the brain washers use in the hope that the public will perceive it as meaning WOULD. Big difference.

TalkRadio : Nottingham Uni expert Afzal Ashraf
    “Isolate radical Islamic terrorism prisoners,
… we are getting Right wing terrorists affecting them, the groups feed off each other”
Mike Graham made the point there are hardly any “far right” terrorists.
The expert countered “it’s increasing”.. but was unable to give any stats “I haven’t had chance to look it up”
“James Goddard pleaded guilty to harassing Anna Soubry”

    .. MG came down hard
“Are you really calling him a right wing terrorist ? You have to have to be careful with your language”
Too right , it’s clear slander to cll James Goddard a terrorist
He doesn’t even accept that he harassed Soubry , rather he says they offered him a choice ‘plead guilty or else we’ll jail you’

Ashraf, ” but he is in the Commissioner of Extremism report.”
FFS It is a bit lazy to stick a label on a guy labelling him as extremist” and then do a raw number count where he is equivalent to a guy who killed 20 people .
There were right wing people who plotted to kill an MP
so they are equivalent to an Islamic terrorist who only ever want to kill one MP.
Kevin Crehan and his wife protested Islamic culture by putting bacon on a mosque doorstep, he died in jail.
Yet had a Muslim protester ever protested against a new church in an equivalent way, he would probably be not be jailed.

So – barrow was a covid hotspot . Reason ? Ignoring precautions? No . Bad PPE? No

It was because it seems the hospital trust were more enthusiastic about testing than anyone else and were effective and efficient….
…….. whereas the third world areas now going onto lockdown … well is there any surprise that track and trace doesnt work in these areas if people ‘ dont exist’ – are illegals and on the mass fiddle ….
