It would not surprise me that EU fishmongers are already doing that and making a lot of money from our fish.

So where will the EU get its shellfish from ? They will still want shellfish.

On a similar matter , Yesterday I purchased a punnet of raspberries from the local market and they had come from the Netherlands but the label stated “Origin Morocco”!
Surely it is not beyond the capabilities of our fruit merchants to source these fruit direct from the growers ?

Contact your local BAME, according to the bbc they are prevalent throughout the countryside and can surely find a source for you with their indigenous knowledge

the strange thing is, they always seem to be hiding over the last twenty years I have been walking through the countryside, but always pop up on the bbc, thank goodness, with their ever complaining gobs about racism of squirrels, stoats and foxes

Funny, not many recipes for jerk pheasant or kentucky fried rabbit around, or hallal venison. I wait with anticipation for the bbc to fill that void with their plethora of countryside BAMES who are never seen in the countryside until a bbc camera turns up.

Victoria Coren is not BAME, but she is a fully paid up member of the metropolitan leftie elite, hates the Tories, Trump and Brexit, and has a column in the newly woke Daily Telegraph. As far as the new ruling class is concerned, she is one of them.

    BBC Online News:

“Germany and Finland bring home women from Islamic State camps”

“…human rights groups have urged governments to take their citizens back, arguing that leaving women and children in the camps puts them at risk of illness and radicalisation.”

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-55387991

But, they are already radicalised for being in the camps??
For ‘human rights groups’ as above, include our BBC.

All of a sudden according to the bbc women are “victims” ? that need different treatment from men ?

when they want to be firemen we lower the fitness standards to let them in etc etc etc, and the bbc goes beyond demographics to promote wimmin

We are continuously told they are equal

but now the bbc intimate that wimmin terrrorists should be allowed back to the country they despise because thay are wimmin through promoting that opinion with no objections allowed

the bbc hypocrisy is astounding and beyond parody

Monty Python could not do it better

Women are the perennial victims while also being the stoical warriors. Hypocrisy is baked into feminism like a sausage in a toad in the hole. Take ‘ironic misandy’ as an example – the f*ked up, warped idea, that hatred of men is somehow funny and ‘progressive’. Hatred is hatred, it shouldn’t matter how the package is wrapped or who delivers it, it’s still hate.

The BBC are at the forefront of this sh*te and we need a strong government to rein in their devisive, socially destructive, propaganda. This current government is not it.

Will the bbc censor the Queens Christmas message ?

Or follow it with Dianne Abotts race baiting comments, drinking alcohol on the tube, with her criminal police assaulting son alongside whilst sacking any labour MPs who mention muslim rape gangs and abusing Jews, next we will find something Donald Trump has said …

    happy Xmas from the bbc

I think it is plausible that something strange has popped up
    – One scenario is that a superstrain has popped up
    – or maybe the same chains that got the first wave are getting infected.

    Where were we ?
Liverpool had in bad, but was coming out of it.
Manchester still had it, Hull was getting a second wave.
But 2 weeks passed and they were both well down .

Then we look and something was happening in Italy, Germany and Sweden
.. was it just the winter effect ?
Then we look and we’d expect with the northern towns falling the UK numbers should fall
    but they didn’t
.. next thing Boris Gang are running around like headless chickens.

Our neighbour has swallowed off Sky
“You stand a one hundred in 240 chance of getting it”
    …Well that is meaningless
cos over a 1000 years most of us would get it.
In guess he means that this week in some areas 400 in 100K have it ie 1 in 250 people in that area.
Now his daughter is not coming now on Saturday
cos they go to her partner’s family on Christmas Day.

Al Beeb – “New coronavirus variant: What do we know?”
    In reality they know nothing.
I am very suspicious about this new strain or ‘Mutant Virus’ as it was referred to earlier.
The EU will use this news put out by our Tory Government to shut down food supplies to the UK . An own Goal !
Do they mean to starve us into surrender as a test of things to come should we dare to leave?
Stand by for fortress Britain .

    Pug,

It seems that the ‘new’ strain of Covid has been doing the rounds for at least three months. Boris and co. would certainly have known about it – and its supposedly greater potential for transmission – when the plans for easing restrictions at Christmas were announced.

So what’s changed? Boris and his coterie of fellow incompetents will no doubt say that the new strain has been responsible for a huge spike in the number of cases in the South East of England in recent days.

But is this right? Or might it be that (a) people are massing in considerably greater numbers – in shops, public transport, cafes, restaurants and homes – due to the approach of Christmas, thereby facilitating transmission and (b) we’ve now reached the time of year when respiratory viruses tend to thrive. In other words, are the ‘experts’ yet again misinterpreting the data?

And might there also be political elements to Boris’s volte-face? Might he and said coterie be concerned about the number of people who are reluctant to be vaccinated (hence the creation of a situation which ‘encourages’ people to consent to being jabbed)? Could there also be concern that allowing Christmas to proceed as originally planned would ‘upset’ adherents of other faiths, whose own annual celebrations were curtailed?

As for the ‘new’ strain, it’s to be expected that a virus will mutate. Indeed, that can often be a good thing, as mutant strains have a tendency to be less hostile to their hosts than the original. It might be even be that Covid-19 eventually becomes little or no more serious than the common cold.

One suggestion is that unlike the first wave
many hospital operations are going on these days
So that provides a bigger pool of possible NHS-Covid infections.
