Some think this site is a target for such treatment . It would be good to get ideas from users how the work of the Biased BBC website could continue should enemies of free speech succeed .

No – I’ve been hoping to hear and hope he is recovering as well as possible but I’ve seen a few people after covid and it is a long slow haul – which frightens me .
Fed, it sure can be if it gives you the equivalent of ME otherwise known as ‘Long Covid’. I would be very interested to know if my permanent, usually unproductive (a.k.a. dry) cough, is the result of Covid five years ago.

My answephone picked up some character wanting me to have a free health monitoring device. All I have to pay for is the monitoring service.
I did first think it was the next stage of ‘virus’ (people) control, but a bit of research suggests its a scam to get bank account details.
(The government already has the means to access all of our bank account details and near total location monitoring of the muppets carrying a tracking device in their hands – they even pay for it, [cackling tin men split their sides laughing]).

After 10 months Arriva bus company finally decides having the windows open might be a good idea.
They were still all closed on this near empy double docker bus running the Scarborough to Middlesbrough route.
They are unheated buses and the North Yorkshire moors is rather cold
Maybe just have one fixed permanently open at the back,
where the chavs are hard wired to sit, because they think its gangster or something.
The advice to keep windows open seems odd to me. Presumably we want any COVID in vapour in the air to float it’s little way down to the floor so we can’t breathe it in – but surely open windows will create lots of turbulence to spread it around ?.
I have to admit I sit at the back like the hardest lad in school. But only because the other seats have so little legroom, I have to sit with my knees well apart to fit. For some reason, I’m the last person anyone else sits next to :-).
