Is the BBC reporting the spreading protests by ‘truck drivers ‘ or is it trying to ‘non report ‘ as part of its’ propaganda programme ? Selective reporting and non reporting of events just makes it easier for people to see the bias in action . Time to end it .

Your question about the NHS backlog.
The answer is they dont have a clue.
There’s talk about targets…..it shouldn’t be targets it should be Quotas with salaries lined up accordingly.
A pareto analysis across the NHS would identify the regular repeat procedures….they should be segregated from the comet’s tail…..those myriad of more unique procedures.
No doubt the NHS would argue this is more or less being done…
But we wont know until what’s done is measured and reported
as a matter of daily routine……..v Quotas.

NHS’s diversity tsar is paid £35,000 more than its chief executive with her £230,000 salary enough to fund nine new nurses or 20 hip replacements
Prerana Issar joined NHS England as Chief People Officer in 2019 on £230,000
The sum is equivalent to the salaries of nine newly qualified nurses
The salary is far higher than that of Boris Johnson – who is paid £157,332
And it is £35,000 more than that earned by her now former boss Lord Stevens

The only problem is that if you decided that the NHS was no longer fit for purpose and decided to go private you would be paying the same bunch of Doctors anyway. It’s heads we win, tails you lose.
The only difference is that if you go private you will end up paying the NHS anyway as well for zilch.
The NHS needs to be put into special measures and all non-medical or health-care overheads should be pruned off. They are so slush funded and untouchable that they can indulge in this sort of box ticking without a second thought.
I was once told that the best way to advance your career in a public body was to employ more staff under your control and raise their salaries and benefits leading to the need to uplift your own at the same time for parity. A common practice in Local Authorities I understand.

digg,
I remember Sir John Harvey-Jones (d.2008) who had a BBC programme about ‘sorting out’ management structures to make businesses more efficient. Extremely entertaining (rare).
They gave him a 2 week ‘special’ on the NHS.
His conclusion was that it was impossible to reform without destroying all the internal ’empires’ that had built up; both in huge funding and staff levels.
Each had an ’emperor’ at the top trying to compete to gain funding and superiority over all the others regardless of patient outcomes.
No ’empire’ felt inclined to merge with another to create efficiency benefits for the taxpayer/patients as funding and staff numbers would then decline.
As would the number of ’emperors.
They were a ‘basket-case’ then and they still are….

This is an organisation called “Headspace” that the the new NHS diversity tsar hired for the NHS to (apparently) look after NHS staff mental health.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Headspace_(company)
Basically a bunch of californian inspired (very wealthy) pseudo “monks” no doubt hired at enormous expense to the British taxpayer to teach NHS staff stuff like meditation and mindfulness.
This is nothing more than jobs for the boys! A classic example of hiring people under your remit to exaggerate your own importance and worth.
There is an old saying “Where there’s muck, there’s money”
Muck = The NHS
Money = The UK Taxpayer
The NHS is long overdue for an external audit of cost versus value. I can only shudder at the thought of how much highly expensive dead wood is floating in the NHS pond.
Plus you have to google to find this stuff out, you will never be told by our National Broadcaster for instance.

The BBC have managed to get the Savile/Starmer reference into almost every article on their home page..
This is a typical extract for example:
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-60305006
“Meanwhile, No 10 has said the prime minister has no intention of apologising after falsely claiming that Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer had failed to prosecute serial sex offender Jimmy Savile when he was director of public prosecutions.”
This should of course read:
“Meanwhile, No 10 has said the prime minister has no intention of apologising after claiming that Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer had failed to prosecute serial sex offender Jimmy Savile when he was director of public prosecutions.”
Note the crafty insertion of the BBC chosen word “falsely” which they hope will add credibility to their attacks on Boris. (He is a liar!)
This is exactly how the BBC spin a story to meet their anti-government and anti-Boris agenda. They have no credible information that the allegations were false but they just stick it in anyway for effect.
They did it with Trump without producing any evidence themselves that Trumps claims were false and they got away with it.
Now they know OFCOM won’t do anything so they use it wherever it suits the agenda.
I just checked the ‘fact checker’ for the Saville case and it’s not as clear as the BBC want you to think.
Here are the main points which struck me:
‘Mr Starmer was head of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) when the decision not to prosecute Savile was made on the grounds of “insufficient evidence”. The allegations against Savile were dealt with by local police and a reviewing lawyer for the CPS.’
‘the CPS said that records relating to the decision not to charge Savile were not kept, which the service said is in line with its data retention policy.’
But what is very clear to me is that there is no way on Earth that the Lawyer reviewing a case of such magnitude did not consult with his boss about it before rejecting it.
So when the BBC say ‘no evidence’ the reason is that it was all destroyed. Not that it never existed. Weasel words – the same as they used with Trump.
And I’m absolutely stunned that they destroy evidence like this from ANY cases. Who knows when they might be re-opened ?.
As usual when the BBC and the Left are up to these tricks, it all stinks.

Without a doubt there is a obvious left wing agenda to protect Starmer and the Labour Party by whatever means possible, whether through the corrupt unions or biased media and in particular the BBC..
Im not a conspiracy theorist but i wouldn’t be surprised if all the above were in cahoots.

…BTW they’ve admitted something there that using renewables is NOT about making electricity cheaper.
What is not admitted, however, is that ever-increasing dependency on ‘renewables’ is both a danger to the supply of energy in the UK, and will make energy costs higher.
Of course, nothing like that gets a mention in the news these days, where it is convenient to simply label world supply shortages of energy sources as another ‘crisis’ (good grief has that word lost all sense of magnitude now), as if, at the swish of a wand, the current government is completely capable of independently solving this ‘crisis’….. at no cost to the consumer, and is simply in the thrall of the energy companies….. who simply must ‘do more’ for less of a return.

Wow, I have received the fiftth text from these heros telling me not to contact them due to staff shortages, unless it an emergency, sorry dont make sense, A and E is for emergencies so. just like the tube drivers, you have decided to not work

You got a text.
Mmmm. Interesting.
Because yesterday we had a leaflet through the door encouraging us to ring 111 rather than visit A and E at our local (named) hospital.
So not only do they want us to pour unlimited funds down the black hole of the unreformable unaccountable nationalised health service but they then don’t want us to use it !!!!!!
PS todays news is all about the government plan to clear the NHS non covid backlog.
I don’t suppose any BBC reports might focus on a few other countries and see a. Whether they have a comparable backlog b. What they are doing about it ?
Might the answers be a little bit……embarrassing?

Like G I was sat in an empty Surgery waiting room to see the Nurse. The young man who so adeptly dealt with me at the Reception area ( receptionists were too busy talking in the back room), again checked on me as I was waiting 20 minutes over my appointment time.
Eventually saw the Nurse, who decided on a doctors diagnosis of my complaint. In walked……… the young man I saw earlier !!! who as I said could have dealt with me in the waiting room !
So, we are told that GPs are too busy to see face to face consultations, yet here was evidence that one was floating about killing time on Reception and able to see me on demand. Good for me, but makes a mockery of what we are told about GPs workload.

Hmm the bbc have decided who is a victim and who is not in their far left marxist minds:
“On Monday such a group spotted the Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer. He became the latest, along with the shadow foreign secretary and Labour’s leader in the Lords, to be personally targeted and swarmed, before being bundled into the back of a police car for his own safety.
The experience, inevitably filmed and posted online in minutes, was another ugly reminder of what many politicians encounter in the name of this modern form of protest – abusive, personal, edgy.”
Whilst the far left marxist bbc will be happy to ignore

Vandals attack Jacob Rees-Mogg’s Somerset home :
LOCAL NEWS
Vandals have attacked the family home of prominent Conservative MP Jacob Rees-Mogg.
It happened overnight on 1 August at the politician’s mansion at West Harptree, Somerset, when the Rees-Mogg family were on holiday in the US.
Police said graffiti was sprayed “on a building and on a car” and damage was caused to a garden.
According to a report in the Mail Online, the words “posh scum” were written on windows of the house.
Mr Rees-Mogg’s office confirmed the attack took place but declined to comment further.
The MP’s 17th Century country home, called Gournay Court, is a listed building. He also owns a £5.6m house in Westminster
NOTE THAT he owns a big house in London, asking for being attacked ?

With a special link provided by the the UK Government for special names such as Muhammad, Mohammed and Mohammad (other names not so special)
https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/birthsdeathsandmarriages/livebirths/articles/thepopularityofthenamemuhammadmohammedmohammad/2016-09-02
We do not have a definitive answer for why the variations of the name Muhammad have generally risen up the rankings over time, but there are some possible explanations.
1. The increasing size of the Muslim community in England and Wales
2. The dominance of the name in the Muslim community combined with increased diversity in names for baby boys
3. The possible increased dominance of the name in the Muslim community
4. The possible effect of popular sporting figures with the names Muhammad and Mohamed
The term such as ‘increased dominance‘ is odd, when in maths you could use the term ‘increased occurrence’ instead.
dominance – power and influence over others
occurrence – the fact or frequency of something happening
Words do have meanings and some are more emotive than others.

Isn’t it amazing how when Boris’ staff arranged Christmas parties during lockdown, it was all Boris’ fault but when Starmers staff allowed peodophile Savile to continue his abuse, it’s not Starmers fault at all and Boris should apologise for even suggesting it ?.
The most blatant and shameless of double standards.
One thing I guarantee : the BBC will not open any topics about this up for HYS. They know they are pushing it.
The situation with these grotesque double standards of the Left wing media – and very particularly the BBC who have a mandate to be unbiased and impartial – is absolutely out of control now and it has been since Trump suggested the election was rigged – though it has been rampant since Brexit.
What can do done to stop it ?. Because as JFK said: “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.”

Hull Honour killing : “Marcia” and “Stephan”.
A review into the case of a woman from Hull who was murdered by her husband and dumped by a roadside says more needs to be done to tackle so-called “honour-based coercion”.
The woman’s body was found in bin bags by the side of the A15, near the Humber Bridge, in September 2017.
She was stabbed to death by her husband after telling him she wanted to end their marriage.
He had been abusive and violent while they were together and was later jailed for life.
The couple, who were from the Middle East, have had their names changed in a domestic homicide review carried out by a group of organisations in East Yorkshire.
It says the woman – referred to as “Marcia” – had made a number of attempts to leave her husband, called “Stephan”.
But the review says a lack of understanding of different cultures hampered attempts to help the woman and her children and says more needs to be done to tackle “honour-based coercion”.
It says: “In this case the honour of the family is preventing the victim from taking appropriate action against the perpetrator.”

Those who have forced this upon us did it for their own personal interests.
As it is all done through social media and it’s kangaroo courts, none of the unwanted consequences were ever allowed to be considered. Anyone speaking against it was bullied out.
So I sit with a smug smile on my face when I see pictures like this and listen to the whinging when a transgender smashes the previous womens records in sport.
Next of course is the tailoring of the rules so they get all of the benefits and none of the drawbacks. Just like feminists demand.
All or nothing feminists/LGBTQ++. If you want the smooth, you have to accept the rough. No special treatment because you are delicate, troubled souls.

The whole World should be worried about what is happening in Canada blubs one of the Guardian girlies.
https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2022/feb/08/ottawa-truckers-protest-anti-vaxx-canada.
The usual right wing bogey man shite follows…
What she really means is the whole bullying Lefty cartel including the MSM in both the US and the UK should be worried about what’s going on in Canada. Their left-wing controlled utopia is under threat from the common man who is becoming sick of their force-fed globalist Marxist bullshit.
It’s about “we have had enough and you ain’t going to dictate to us any more and there are a hell of a lot of us.”
If the fool Trudeau panics and calls in the army and they start using bullets, all hell will break loose and not just in Canada so I would advise Trudeau to get on a plane to Cuba if he does it.
Odd isn’t it that left-wing oligarchs who try to become like Nero in Rome so often end up in a bloody fight. You think they would learn.
It’s due to the fact that it doesn’t take many zealots to engineer governance over a population and the common man will go along with it as long as things aren’t too bad, but when they start to feel under the jackboot they will arise and this is what is happening in Canada and could easily spread to other left dominated countries like Italy etc. who have also tried to imprison their subjects with fist rather than persuasion.
Hopefully the convoy guys are just the start of taking back control from these freaks.

How could Nigel Farage sit there with a straight face? Yesterday he led the attack on Boris, it was all Mr Johnson’s fault that the crowd (how Polly the newsreader described the small group] circled Sir Kier and where one mentioned Savile.
Tonight he had on Tom Harwood who explained these anti.vaxxers had been hanging around Westminster and they had not particularly been looking for the Leader of the Opposition. Nigel mentioned Sir Kier could have used a tunnel. Nigel finished the piece with his pride in Tom putting the real story.
