Perhaps you mean NATO membership? If so there is apparantly a 54% majority in favour, but as far as I know, no absolute decision has yet been made.
Might be of more interest at the moment to take a look at the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad sandwiched between NATO countries Poland and Lithuania. They have closed their borders to Kaliningrad, so no road transport is getting through, but there is a rail link running through Lithuania.

It appears the rail link is still operating, but this is a very real flash point between Russia and NATO and if any incident is going to happen, here is the most likely.
Most people probably aren’t even aware about Kaliningrad, although they’ve heard the name, and media aren’t doing much to inform people about its importance either.
