Figures released this week show that across BBC ‘platforms ‘ the decline continues . Both Radio 2 and Radio 4 suffers big losses – the woke kidult stuff doesn’t work . But never mind – the BBC gets state funding whatever it does or says. But someday that must change .

Israel has unleashed its hate on Gaza and now we probably have that seminal moment in history like the assasination of Arch Duke Ferdinand.
This is not a war between Israel and Hamas, it;s a war between the West and the rest of the World, and I’m no longer convinced we are the good guys.

Ecclesiastes 3
There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

I observe that the psychological make-up of the muslim suggests that if the Gazan’s were not happy with their rulers, they would already have taken action against Hammas. It’s the nature of the animal.

However, where the unit encounter content which meets the two criteria below, content may be referred to the platform concerned for their consideration:
The content poses a demonstrable risk to public health, safety or national security
Is assessed to breach the platform’s terms of service
No action is mandated by the government and it is up to the platform to independently decide whether or not to take any action in line with their terms of service. The Online Safety Bill will require the biggest platforms to have transparent terms of service and to consistently enforce them.
…………..
How does the CDU ensure freedom of expression?
Preserving freedom of speech is extremely important as part of the CDU’s work. It does not monitor political debate and the CDU does not refer any content from journalists, politicians or political parties to social media companies.
The Online Safety Bill will put in place legal protections to ensure that platforms enforce their terms and conditions and cannot arbitrarily remove content.

Dear God Deborah,
That’s horrible.
It’s still shocking even though I can see we’ve been heading down an evil road for some time. I hate what is happening in the country I love.
How did we get here?

It’s what happens when we let the world and his wife (not forgetting the dependants)
settle here, and we’re supposed to agree to it without being asked or voting for it.
What’s happening with all aspects of life from a collapsed NHS, woke police forces, knife crimes and criminal gangs, a disregard for our culture and public monuments, is all down to the never ending gallop of unwanted migrants that have unfettered access to all we have to offer.
We are hearing sadly so much of anti semitic attacks here, but not who are carrying out these atrocities. Is it Islamists? or white British thugs? Because is it only since the Islamic migrants settled here that British Jews have had to set up their own security ?

Deborah,
I am ashamed of my country for allowing these anti Israel , anti Jewish demonstrations to take place. It is terrible that the Jewish community should be frightened to walk our streets and feel the need to hide their identity. Yet those who hate both Jews and Brits are allowed free reign. It is disgusting.

Yes you are correct. About 15 years ago I had to go into Bradford , no alternative and my car didn’t have sat nav. My AZ got me lost ! I ended up in a Muslim neighbourhood at about midday. At street corners there were groups of middle aged men dressed in the usual clobber staring at me . I daren’t get out to ask directions and just kept on driving until I reached a white neighbourhood.
This was 15 years ago , maybe longer and I don’t expect that things have improved .
My discomfort lasted five or ten minutes . For a Jew living in the UK or France or several other European countries, at the present time , that is a fear they experience 24/7 and our governments , police, judiciary, MSM , local politicians and of course ourselves have allowed it to happen.

I had the same problem some years ago, when, to save money on parking in central London, I’d go to the multi-storey in Brixton, and come into town on the Victoria Line.
Walking to the tube without thinking, I turned into a cul de sac with all the hideous painted garbage on the walls, filthy streets and run-down shops, and realised I couldn’t remember where the exit was.
Just like being in a foreign third-world ghetto…
Frightened the s*** out of me and I never did that again!

Was the CDU a secret?
No. The work of the CDU was publicly announced in a press release and the then Culture Secretary discussed the workings of the unit with Parliament in an April 2020 Select Committee evidence session.
It has been talked about more than 200 times in Parliament and has been scrutinised by the DCMS Select Committee with public hearings – and we welcome this scrutiny from MPs on the CDU’s work.

“violent engagements”
The Hamas statement says “violent engagements” are taking place on the ground near Beit Hanoun in northern Gaza, and Bureij in the centre. It did not give further details about what form the clashes were taking.
The BBC cannot verify these Hamas claims, and while Israel said earlier tonight that it was intensifying its attacks on Gaza, it has not released any details of what the “expansion” of its ground operation involves.

14 “Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say to Gog: ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: In that day, when my people Israel are living in safety, will you not take notice of it? 15 You will come from your place in the far north, you and many nations with you, all of them riding on horses, a great horde, a mighty army. 16 You will advance against my people Israel like a cloud that covers the land. In days to come, Gog, I will bring you against my land, so that the nations may know me when I am proved holy through you before their eyes.
When Gog attacks the land of Israel, my hot anger will be aroused, declares the Sovereign Lord. 19 In my zeal and fiery wrath I declare that at that time there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel. 20 The fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the beasts of the field, every creature that moves along the ground, and all the people on the face of the earth will tremble at my presence. The mountains will be overturned, the cliffs will crumble and every wall will fall to the ground. 21 I will summon a sword against Gog on all my mountains, declares the Sovereign Lord. Every man’s sword will be against his brother. 22 I will execute judgment on him with plague and bloodshed; I will pour down torrents of rain, hailstones and burning sulfur on him and on his troops and on the many nations with him. 23 And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord.’
39
2 I will turn you around and drag you along. I will bring you from the far north and send you against the mountains of Israel. 3 Then I will strike your bow from your left hand and make your arrows drop from your right hand. 4 On the mountains of Israel you will fall, you and all your troops and the nations with you. I will give you as food to all kinds of carrion birds and to the wild animals. 5 You will fall in the open field, for I have spoken, declares the Sovereign Lord. 6 I will send fire on Magog and on those who live in safety in the coastlands, and they will know that I am the Lord.
7 “‘I will make known my holy name among my people Israel. I will no longer let my holy name be profaned, and the nations will know that I the Lord am the Holy One in Israel. 8 It is coming! It will surely take place, declares the Sovereign Lord. This is the day I have spoken of.
12 “‘For seven months the Israelites will be burying them in order to cleanse the land. 13 All the people of the land will bury them, and the day I display my glory will be a memorable day for them, declares the Sovereign Lord. 14 People will be continually employed in cleansing the land. They will spread out across the land and, along with others, they will bury any bodies that are lying on the ground.
Isaiah 17
“See, Damascus will no longer be a city
but will become a heap of ruins.
2 The cities of Aroer will be deserted
and left to flocks, which will lie down,
with no one to make them afraid.
3 The fortified city will disappear from Ephraim,
and royal power from Damascus;
the remnant of Aram will be
like the glory of the Israelites,”
declares the Lord Almighty.

Ezekiel 38 is describing the defeat of what we call in Christian terms – The man of Lawlessness. Or “the antichrist” or The Beast. The seed of the serpent.
He is laid to waste on the mountains (in the vicinity) of Israel.
This is an act of God not an Israeli army.
In Christian terms it happens at the 2nd Coming of Jesus when he comes in vengeance.
“Then they will know that I am The Lord”
The world will know “I am The Lord”
It isn’t a call to arms, it isn’t achieved by human effort.

Thank you. I’m an atheist so I don’t necessarily believe the bible , although I do recognise and strongly believe that Christianity teaches us what is by and large the best way to live in a community or society.

Britain arrests seven times as many people for thought crimes as Russia does and this is a prime example of them doing that.
As I said earlier I along with many others are seriously doubting that we are still the good guys.
Look at the state of the West today and I,m sure I don’t need to go into this, how Socialism’s depraved beliefs have destroyed a once great bloc. Everything that was good was declared to be bad and vice versa.
Now we have drag queens reading stories to kids, rampant crime, divisive race baiting politics, the list goes on & on, yet I look to a country such as Hungary where they have a centre right government and leader, and their country has none of the problems we currently have.
Now we have the Demonrats in power and never ending perma war for no other reason than making themselves corrupt money.
Ultimately the whole rotten festering lot is going to come crashing down, and when it does many people will lose everything including their lives, and many of them will deserve nothing better.

Thoughtful,
I agree that the West has been badly corrupted from the ‘Shining City on the Hill’ that it was during the Cold War, when it almost always was the ‘good guys’. Nowadays on many issues it is nearly as bad as the ‘bad guys’ .
But Israel / Gaza / Hamas isn’t one of those issues where you can’t tell good from bad. Nor , if it happens , will be the invasion of Taiwan by China
7 likes
We will only be the good guys in Gaza if we and others stick to the rules.
We are dealing in America with a massively corrupt government which feels it is free to break it’s own laws and also international laws. To this end they utter hypocritical nonsense such as it’s wrong for Russia to take down power & water to Ukraine, but perfectly OK for Israel to do the same thing.
It should be obvious even to an idiot that there are countries which are itching to have a pop at Israel and the US, and they are far better armed than they ever were before.
This has to be handled in the most careful kid gloves manner imaginable or we will all end up in a war, and that’s something I’m not prepared to die for all because some idiot gung ho Israeli wanted to go in all guns blazing.

Thoughtful,
The Muslim world and the Left don’t care one bit whether Israel stick by the rules or not. Israel are the bad guys period. Look what Hamas did and they are now the victims according to the BBC.
Israel have decided they are going to destroy all the Hamas infrastructure to stop them attacking again next week or next month. And they are going in to do it whatever anybody else says because they have learned the hard way how to deal with terrorists. You cannot negotiate or be nice to them.

Hate crime soars in London during conflict
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/world-middle-east-67246761
This piece shows how the BBC push their bias perfectly:
Antisemitic hate crime has continued to soar in London, with 408 offences recorded so far this month, compared with 28 in the same period last year.
Islamophobic hate crime is also on the rise, up from 65 offences last October to 174 so far this month.
Firstly, why is it not ‘Anti Islamic’ ?. Why do they get the ridiculous ‘phobic’ word at the end. It’s a made-up Leftist label. It’s false.
Then we get:
The Metropolitan Police says it has made 75 arrests linked to the Israel-Gaza conflict, and is investigating 10 potential breaches of anti-terrorism laws.
How many of those are Muslims do you suppose ?. About 75 ?. No more information – we are supposed to think it’s about 50/50.
‘The new crime stats come amid warnings from security and community figures that domestic hate crime and radicalisation could be fuelled by events in the Middle East.’
And once again a generalisation – but in reality it means ‘Muslim radicalisation’. And it’s not radicalisation at all. They hate us already. This is just an excuse for them to let it out.
Apparently there is ANOTHER large pro-terrorist protest today. I suspect they will be ‘mostly peaceful’ : violence is going to start soon.
Those of us who have been watching society change over the last decades know that this is nothing unexpected. It’s simply that the pot is full enough to start boiling over. It’s just the effect. The cause was uncontrolled mass immigration.
And of course it’s just the beginning. There is no going back now. We now live under the constant fear of ‘radicalisation’ whenever they get angry.

‘And more now from Asmaa in Rafah, where she lives with her son who has Ewing’s Sarcoma cancer.’
‘We told you earlier about Asmaa, whose 10-year-old son Firas has cancer’
‘Asmaa, whose 10-year-old son Firas has Ewing’s Sarcoma cancer’
BBC empathy porn at it’s worst.
Of course it’s tragic. Of course everybody hopes he recovers. But in the context of what is going on, looking through these tiny keyholes the BBC searches for is at best absolutely insignificant and at worst it’s gross misconduct by attempting to cover up much greater issues using cheap tricks.
This war is all about cause-action- effect. The cause is what matters. The effect is just a consequence of the action it invoked.
But the BBC agree with the cause so they are ignoring it. Instead they are desperately trying to blame it on the action by concentrating on the effect.
It’s quite simple: No terrorism = No Israeli response.
Every single time I have seen the BBC accusing Israel of killing Palestinians, it has been in response to a terrorist attack. That is the key point about all of this and one the BBC do their very best to hide with their usual tricks.
The only good thing coming out of this is that we are finally seeing the true face of the Muslims who live here. It’s drawn them out of the woodwork and we now see Khan and Yousaf for what they really are.

Terrible for the poor little chap. He should be given the finest of care. However, he should not receive any treatment involving medicines or medical appliances developed in Israel, or with Jewish personnel or money.
I don’t think that leaves a lot. We could apply the same methods to pro-palestinian protesters in this country.
Do you still want your cancer treatment? It was developed by Jews”

Humza Yousaf hits back after Elon Musk brands him ‘racist’
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-67241312
First a pathetic example of the BBC trying to direct us back to the original George Floyd articles (remember him : the career criminal drug addict who resisted arrest and who Nancy Pelosi thanked for dying).
The article is the usual BBC hate directed at Musk and sucking up to Yousaf because he’s a Muslim. I kind of lost interest half-way through but figured I should check what he said as I’ve basically ignored the SNP since Krankie was exposed for what she is.
It’s here:
https://twitter.com/i/status/1627665953705062401
Just watch him calling everybody ‘white’. He starts to lose control and we see he REALLY means it. This man is 100% anti white racist.
What they all magnificently fail to tell us when demanding lots more blacks are abitrarily given senior positions is that they only make up 0.7% of the Scottish population.

Going back to mid week’s PMQ’s. The questions from the SNP’s deputy leader, Mhairi Black, were about the problems in Gaza Perhaps the big issue for the SNP is Gaza rather than Scotland or Israel.

Yep, you can’t beat a drive along the A83 through Glencoe with demonstations around bloody Palestine on every corner
Maybe I’ll try Loch Lomond next time, or Inverary, if it’s not full of rioting Pakis burning flags and dancing around like angry monkeys.
Scottish culture, you can’t beat it

Point of order, Mr Zeph.
The Glencoe road is the A82.
I’m sure it was a typo and not BBC fake news.
To be fair though, the A83 does go to Inverary ( from Tarbet), when landslides permit.

https://www.visitscotland.com/info/towns-villages/tarbet-p235011
Actually there is a serious point here. The road north of Tarbet clings to Loch Lomond – a main artery on a road unchanged since goodness knows when. Blind bends, narrow, too narrow in places for two-way traffic. Get behind a caravan and you are stuffed for miles. It is crying out for an upgrade but……….the anti-car lobby would have apoplexy. So we have to survive on 1920s road quality 100 years later. There are of course a whole three trains a day on the West Highland line. Even the buses are quicker and more often. And they wonder why the economy isn’t growing….

John,
The Scots have a reputation for being, “Canny”. So how did a muslim rise to such an extent within the political system? Could it be for the same reason that Khan rose in Londonistan? Overwhelming support from non-brits-whites? Beats me.

First interview – a Scot’s woman from some ‘£charity£ called ‘medicine for Palestine ‘ . She was ‘interviewed’ by meesh – the screachy woman was about as anti Israel – pro Hamas/ Gaza as you can get . Poor meesh had to ask her where her figures ( 3000 dead kids ) came from -“doctors “ says the screachy woman – no challenge to that.
Meesh sounded awkward because of her personal bias so it was poor fare – but it was early in the day so I think maybe I was the only to hear the brazen propaganda .

When you start seeing reports about Russia executing retreating soldiers instead of what Ukraine have done, you know Russia are winning.
Ukraine war: Russia executing own retreating soldiers, US says
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-67234144
Of course there are reports of Ukraine doing the same but the BBC don’t report those. And I’m sure both sides do. The two cultures are not dissimilar.
As usual that article rambles on about how many people Russia have lost (according to Ukraine anyway) and doesn’t go near the enormous elephant in the room which is how many Ukraine have lost. It’s a propagand piece worthy of North Korea.
Brought to you by another of the BBC’s experts on warfare (who also writes about travel & for The Guardian) who probably also dives under the table when a car backfires:

Anarcho-tyrany, the cops get strict punishing gimps (and the gimps presumably enjoy it?) plus gags borrowed from Harry Hill and Matt Lucas in this weekend’s pounding unprecedented long read edition – cheer up things could be worse – today the Mail presents a 30 hour long audiobook promotion
A majority of our news media like the same dramatic photo of: Gaza City last night during raid (Daily Mirror); POUNDING: Blasts in Gaza last night (Express); At our BBC online news you can watch the scene animated with a 21 second clip; and so it goes on – same spectacular nightscape reproduced frontpage in the: ‘i’ Weekend; Daily Mail; and FT Weekend
The Financial Times – true to their long-winded form – captions their iteration of this typical topical pic with an entire paragraph of verbiage. But Mr AsI’s jaded eye was caught by the opening line of the FT’s veritable stanza on Gaza: Balls of fire rise above Gaza City during a bombardment last night…
“Great Balls of Fire” [1957] was recorded by American rock and roll musician Jerry Lee Lewis on Sun Records and featured in the movie Jamboree – there’s one for the teenagers – as was Jerry Lee Lewis: Lewis’s turbulent personal life was hidden from the public until a May 1958 British tour where Ray Berry, a news agency reporter at London’s Heathrow Airport (the only journalist present), learned about Lewis’s third wife, Myra Gale Brown. She is Lewis’s first cousin once removed and was 13 years old when they married (thank you Wiki) – moving swiftly on…
So they all have the Gaza nightscape photo, meanwhile we appear to have moved on from reference to the Gaza Strip and the style now tends to be the capitalised Gaza City – and we discern that our media are most keen that we see this as THE news item of the moment (Kelvin MacKenzie’s former heartfelt plea to our liberal journos for a tad less of the Foreign-Bang-Bang has fallen on deaf media ears) We have the picture and they do say those speak a thousand words – almost to emulate an FT report – yet the nuance within the explanitary headlines and captions are important.
The Labour-supporting Mirror – when it comes to a cause for concern, it’s never knowingly undersold (as John Lewis the department store used to proudly claim as their trademark – that’s until diversity hire Dame Sharon White took over)
John Lewis drops ‘never knowingly undersold’ pledge (Guardian, February 2022)
John Lewis seeks to woo Middle England after Sharon White quits… “We’re not actually surprised about [White’s] end point but we are surprised by the apparent suddenness,” said one senior employee who works with her. (FT)
But we digress
It’s the Mirror that’s now not knowingly being undersold in terms of headlines: CARNAGE LOOMS… Flames of hell… Israel ramps up attacks on Gaza
The Mirror is of course a Labour supporter but doesn’t toe the leadership line in the same way that the Express is a Rishi lackey loyalist. Despite Sir Keir’s sitting on a powder keg of Labour pro-Palestinian sentiment: Labour divisions deepen over Gaza ceasefire stance… increasing pressure to change his position on the Israel-Gaza war (BBC) – the Mirror enthusiastically goes all-in, feet first, with emotive language, depite Starmer’s blushes, referencing: Israel… launching a deadly blitz… more fears civilians would be killed
Naturally the Mirror’s highly emotive frontpage catches the eye of BBC online newspaper review pickers and gets the Labour-supporting title top billing in the BBC line-up.
You still believe the order in which the papers are laid out is random? Then expain to me how come the jokey blokey Daily Star always holds the ‘and finally‘ spot?
The youthful left-leaning ‘i’ weekend frets: Internet and mobiles cut off as Israel Defence Forces [capitalised] unleashes heaviest bombardment so far – Internet and mobiles cut off… oh the humanity!
Speaking of never knowingly undersold… did we get the point that this is the heaviest bombardment so far…?
‘Unprecedented’ Bombardment (Express); Gaza pounded as invasion looms… Israel unleashes unprecedented strikes (Daily Mail)
There now exists a term anarcho-tyranny: Anarcho-tyranny has become a favorite expression for proponents of a new populism on the right. Tucker Carlson has used it to explain everything from the prosecution of Kyle Rittenhouse to Democrats’ nonchalant reaction to classified documents at the Penn Biden Center. (New York Magazine Intelligencer)
Inevitably the left-leaning New York Magazine Intelligencer is disparaging of the notion but attributes the coining of the phrase to conservative columnist Sam Francis: In North Carolina, he explained, a “law-abiding citizen” was arrested as part of a media stunt to improve seatbelt enforcement even as violent criminals were being let out of state prisons on parole … Here, he suggested, was a government imposing on us while allowing them to do as they pleased. (New York Magazine Intelligencer – as typically the first resort of the leftist calls racist emphasising and implicitly colourising us and them)
These next reports, juxtaposed, brought our own Anarcho-tyranny regime to mind: Sir Bobby Charlton: Boy, 17, charged over Manchester City chants… Greater Manchester Police has investigated footage… 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had been charged with a public order offence… The force… added that a 14-year-old boy had been “voluntarily interviewed” in connection with the chanting and would be “dealt with out of court” (BBC)
Meanwhile: Hate crime laws may need redrawing, says Met chief Mark Rowley… as he faced questions about the policing of a pro-Palestinian rally in London… A video posted online appeared to show a man shouting “jihad” at a separate event from the main march. Having reviewed the clip, the Met said they had not identified any offences. (BBC)
Time to set aside the anarcho-tyranny and the Foreign-Bang-Bang for a quick Calm Down Dear…
‘My deepfake porn hell’ (Guardian)
For balance, here’s a Calm Down Sir…
Mandelson is married at 70 (Times) – from Tony Blair’s éminence grise to romance gris
And how about a new feature we might like to give the unisex title Steady On…?
Daily Mail: Jilly Cooper’s raciest ever interview… PLUS free* audiobook of her classic Riders… Thirty hours long (Phew!)
How’s that for an overdose of domestic-bang-bang, eh Kelvin?
And as we take a moment to catch our breath… there’s always some small print: *Online access, Mail account and one Unique number required. Terms apply.
Back to the serious stuff
The Telegraph is serious, factual and measured: Israel’s ground forces advance on Gaza
The Times meanwhile does some (voluntary?) community cohesion work for our anarcho tyranical regime and tries to excuse our local recently imported mass of nutters and crazies with the line that they are just misguided innocent and child-like and being led astray: Iran hijacking UK protests… police tell of Tehran agents inflaming tensions in Britain… counter terrorism officers have privately said – unattributed, off the record… tosh!
I’m sorry but you have to see the funny side sometimes…
We all, hereabouts, ought to be aware of the term Pallywood: a portmanteau of “Palestine” and “Hollywood”, is a derogatory label used to describe supposed media manipulation, distortion or fraud by some Palestinians putatively designed to win the public relations war with Israel. (Thank you Wiki)
Meanwhile: Paltel, the Palestinian telecoms company… (FT)
Well I’ve heard of the Al Qaeda Network
To borrow a gag from Harry Hill – he hedged his bets with his mobile phone on the Al Qaeda Network but his mortgage with the Northern Alliance (anyone remember invasion of Afghanistan refrences? Perhaps that’s another one for the teenagers by now?)
And we close with a funny little juxataposition
Lockdown sceptic Isabel Oakeshott comments in the Telegraph: Face masks are a menance – we should ban them
Looks as though we already have, luv…
Oddball terrorised village… the Asda gimp (Daily Star) – was he the only gimp in the village? (gag credit Matt Lucas) A man held for being a suspected gimp told cops “I am not a gimp…” made his bargain suit from gear he bought at Asda, was fined for scaring drivers. – I’m guessing Asda were underselling John Lewis
Scaring drivers… seems they can do you for that. That’s the way to do it, Mr Rowley

Hostage negotiations off as Israel launches new operation in Gaza
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/world-middle-east-67246761/page/2
I have to admit I’m starting to seek out Jez Bowens reports because they are so utterly lop-sided, they are becoming a source of amusement to pick out his deliberate deceptions. And of course I enjoy his narcissism when he inevitably makes it all about him and what he thinks.
He wrote this:
The talks had stalled in the afternoon over what seemed to be some minor details, and since the announcement of Israel’s new offensive, it appears they have stopped.
With the implication of course that it’s Israels fault.
Then I see this from our own foreign secretary:
“Of course we want to see Israel safe, peaceful and secure,” he says in an interview, but there is no indication from Hamas that they would accept or abide by a ceasefire.
It’s increasingly obvious Hamas want this to continue because they want the devastation to be so complete, it will bring other Muslim countries into the war against Israel. I don’t see any discussion of this at the BBC because that would make Hamas the bad guys. Which the BBC seem to be going to great lengths to avoid saying.
Instead we get pure speculation like this presented as near fact by the BBC:
Blackout in Gaza could hide ‘atrocities’ – HRW
The “near-total telecoms blackout” in Gaza could create a cover for “mass atrocities”, a senior research at non-governmental organisation Human Rights Watch has warned.
HRW are a completely politicised Leftist group who only take up cases which suit them and shamelessy ignore all the others. Just like the BBC. Along with a completely irrelevant Getty picture to make us think ‘Poor Palestinians’. It’s beyond ridiculous.
Had to add this picture of the brave Jezza in Ukraine I came across:

Good morning.
A (nearly) Gaza -free post, continuing my thesis that the Far Left Marxist strategy is to destroy western society and their market economies hoping that socialism will emerge from the ashes. Elections are not necessary to win to achieve this and any cause will be supported tactically if it helps towards the long term goal. The latest just happens to be the Palestinian cause, helped hugely by years and years of open door immigration from Islamic countries.
I am indebted to Alistair Heath and separately Sam Ashworth Hayes in the Telegraph last Thursday.
Heaths writes this- ‘ many of our institutions are broken : the Met Police, the CPS, the disgraceful BBC, numerous corporate HR departments. The Far Left’s March through the institutions has wreaked too much havoc ……the police are quick to arrest people for ‘offensive’ language but not when they chant slogans implying the destruction of Israel or calling for jihad’.
From a different angle, Ashworth-Hayes writes from a perspective noting first Argentina’s economic collapse, then that national debt has risen from 30% of GDP to 100% since 2000.then reflecting on the black economic hole that is the NHS. He writes: ‘any shortfall (in NHS performance) is likely to be met by simply pumping in more resources. The NHS will keep growing, sucking in workers from more productive parts of the economy, and funding itself with tax revenues. It’s a picture of the state in miniature- a growing burden crushing the life out of the British economy. Across government, the pressure is for spending to keep rising…..’
There they are. The two pillars of the Marxists. Take over the institutions quietly (taking advantage of woke agendas where available), and burden the state with so many massively expensive ‘essential duties’ that it cannot cope.
I leave you with the following factual information from the 2021 census for Tower Hamlets. Only 51% of the population were born in England, 40% are Muslim (versus 22% Christian), and 27% do not identify as British.
https://www.ons.gov.uk/visualisations/censusareachanges/E09000030/
The Far Left can win without winning any election- they just have to wait patiently and let normal British society commit suicide through its own indifference and inaction.

Sluff, good post. I once posited, while giving a retired teacher a lift to hospital, that I thought the NHS was performing badly because they in the NHS wanted a Tory Government with an 80 seat majority to privatise the NHS. I expected this would be met with some hostility and pushpack but the retired teacher, who had a friend at their church who worked for the NHS, agreed and thought that that was what was indeed going on.
If the Government, rather reduced majority than two/three years ago, did indeed privatise the NHS then all the staff, I think, would expect to be given shares in the new NHS Enterprise and then of course the consultants and senior nurses would all expect end-of-year bonuses for meeting targets and doing better than evvah befowah.

Leicestershire Police sacked officer for harassment of Harry Miller the Fair Cop guy

#0 PC Watson by numbers:
7 sock accounts
1200 tweets directed at Harry
3000 retweets directed at Harry
18 months active
60 reports about Harry to the anti terrorist unit
5 weeks for Leicestershire Police to admit Watson was it’s officer.
18 months for Leicestershire to do anything about it
65 thousand pounds earned by Watson during this period
1 arrest of Watson
O days suspension following that arrest
O criminal charges brought by CPS
1 sacking
#2 One of the many deranged accusations made by PC Watson was that Fair Cop is an international terrorist organisation aided and abetted by the Home Secretary.
Apparently, we were responsible for a shooting in Colorado.
#3. PC Watson claimed he had evidence of perjury in the Miller case and that it would soon be overturned.
He also claimed he had evidence that Harry had committed blackmail. It’s all news to us.
#4 PC Watson threatened @TalkTV with legal action if it allowed Harry to mention him. Watson also contacted LBC, GBNews, the BBC, and, bizarrely, Louis Theroux with his conspiracy theories and/or threats of litigation.
#5. Leicestershire Police refused to confirm that Watson was it’s officer.
It took them 5 weeks. They lied to hide him. @leicspolice
Then, once they could deny no longer, they advised him to set up sock accounts to continue his campaign of harassment.
This was confirmed by the tribunal.
#6 PC Watson claimed that Harry has a record of assaulting women.
To that end, he doctored photographs, and reposted them.

Message to all those at the BBC who are now shedding tears (real or crocodile) for the Israelis and the Palestinians.
(I’m going to put it as simply as possible so even imbeciles like you can understand.)
If the man you demonised and ridiculed and calumnied non-stop for 4+ years had been in power:
– The USA would have had an energy surplus, and been economically and militarily powerful.
– Russia would not have grown rich and strong and aggressive on energy sales to the West.
– Western Europe would not have been so dependent on Russian oil and gas, and therefore would have represented more of a deterrent in Putin’s calculations.
– Afghanistan would not have been the absolute shambles it was, leading to a perception among her enemies that America was weak.
– An impoverished Russia would not have attacked Ukraine knowing the US to be strong and that Europe – sufficient in energy from the US – would respond robustly.
– Biden could not have unfrozen and sent billions to Iran / Hamas.
– Iran / Hamas would not have attacked Israel.
– A lot of dead Ukrainians, Israelis and Palestinians would be alive today.
And we have yet to see how all this plays out with China and a possible World War.

Sometimes the spin the BBC puts on events just makes me laugh
At the moment the news is leading with the ‘ concern’ of relatives of hostages because of military action by the IDF . Hamas killers don’t get a mention at all ….

Imagine a hospital full of sick patients lying helpless in their beds, men, women and children.
If one of these two sides entered the hospital they would machine gun, decapitate, burn or take hostages.
However,
If the Israelis entered the hospital they would tend and care for all in there and not harm any person.
There’s one of the huge differences between the two sides.
Yet.
The bbbc is against the Israelis and fully supports the others.
No wonder lots are now taking the piss out of the bbbc (like the Israeli video)

BBC 1 pm news. They are not happy. Israel has cut communications with Gaza so little information can get out. Like the police at the station where burglars stole the toilets, BBC reporters and editorial have nothing to go on.
This creates an interesting left field thought. Since the BBC cannot navigate its antisemitic agenda around carefully selected but reasonably accurate facts, it will have to make more guesses. The weird result of this might be that, like the monkey accidentally typing Shakespeare, it will occasionally, inadvertently, report the truth impartially!
I’m not holding my breath.

Apparently it’s ok to go about shouting “jihad” because it has more than one meaning.
So.
The swastika originated in Eurasia almost 7000 years ago and meant ‘good fortune’ or ‘good luck’
Logically you can now go about waving a swastika flag or use the swastika symbol as much as you want and if anybody is against this you can simply tell them it has more than one meaning and the police will rush in to back you up.
