This is what happens when you speak out and then get a barrage of righteous complaints about you…and you crumble and surrender to them…now ever more afraid to speak the truth. Phillips is now telling a huge lie and dressing it up in pseudo morality and pious tones of outrage.
I remember during John majors’ time an order being given to stop the practice of multi language form – in order to encourage foreigners to use and learn English ( I exempt welch here ) .. that order – of course – was ignored by civil servants and council staff – many of whom don’t have the engleesh as their first language ….
