I’m still concerned about the 13 year old girl who was found by the roadside in East Yorkshire on Friday. There has been no update on her condition. How is she? Apparently her assailant was known to her. I’m not sure what that piece of information is supposed to tell the general population.

As far as I can tell, the attack must have happened near the Humber Bridge where there is public space (a park is too grand a name). The young girl and the 6 who were arrested were all of school age. I think half term has now finished. What will happen as children go back to school? Are they not expected to discuss one or two empty desks in a classroom.

And David Lammy? I still haven’t found what he studied, for how long and what qualification he received at Harvard Law School. I know he was the first Black Britain to study there (his spelling not mine). Perhaps BBC Verify could find out.

And did I hear that over the years he has claimed £3 million over the years in expenses.

And the man who couldn’t afford to pay for his own spectacles. Has his wife, Victoria Sponge appeared yet? I believe she hasn’t been seen for some time. Could the BBC do an item on the News, maybe we could see her walking into No 10 just to put our minds at rest.

On the last thread I alerted readers to the insanity of a new war-on the- motorist cycle lane in Doncaster. A policy achieving nothing except virtue-signalling left wing dogma.

Well, here’s another one. The BBC webshite fairly features that the SNP is woefully inept in its stated aim to make the A9 between Perth and Inverness into a dual carriageway. It has done only 10 miles in 100 after years and years. They are just not really committed. It was supposedly about safety.

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c0rgqlnnx5po

But what they are committed to is s****** on the motorist. So we’ve had a decade of average speed cameras along the A9 for over 100 miles. Mind-numbing, brainless, lobotomising boring motoring.
The excuse for this was safety, but guess what? Fatalities are now the highest in over a decade!!!!! Despite the ‘safety’ of 100 miles of speed cameras.

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-63835914
Crash deaths on notorious section of the A9 reach 20-year high

Sadly the BBC don’t join the dots. Could the cameras be causing the fatalities? Stuck behind a slow lorry for miles and miles, eventually you can’t take it any more, so you take a chance out of sheer frustration.

    Take away the damnable cameras!

Not a chance of course. The whole aim is not safety and never was. It is to get you off the road, collectivise transport, and ‘tackle climate change and global warming’

As I was very interested in your previous Doncaster story, Sluffy, I gave this one a go to…

But reading the Beeboid ‘report’ on the first link spends ages farting around with committees doing this and that, discussing delays because of Brexit, and all the usual suspects getting their grubby hands in the trough to string their non-jobs out further – all issues the W1AA Cubiclists love to dribble about, I’m afraid I’ve lost the will to live!

As the sums of deaths are correct, I reckon your analysis sums it all up in just one sentence, and we can easily ignore the piles of gobblegook normally associated with any government/highways/local authority obfuscation!

Although I’ll never use that road, I can easily feel frustrated for everyone who does!

Even if they didn’t know on day 1, you can be sure they knew shortly afterwards.
What I find most disturbing is how the ENTIRE MSM kept quiet about it.
How did that happen ?. I can only assume it was on some directive from the government. But on what grounds ?. It seems like they don’t need a ‘proper’ reason to suppress stories like this now. There is no national security implications – it’s pure politics.

It’s the purest form of fascism.

The most insidious part is the astonishing clampdown on the Right when they went out to protest. Everyone who even attended – no matter what they did – was given a mandatory prison sentence. And nobody questioned it. The ‘free press’ have utterly failed in the ethical duty. Is there any way back from where we are now ?. The checks-and-balances are gone. Anyone who does not conform is removed.
      The Nazis truly are back.

    2 tier policing continues:

“Met Police U-turn as force launches terror probe into protester carrying sign glorifying dead Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar after officers refused to make arrest.

She was pulled aside by the entrance to Vauxhall Bridge, after she was spotted carrying a piece of wood with the words ‘Sinwar Stick’ written on one side and ‘Spirit of Resistance’ on the other.

It was held at a mass pro-Palestine demo attended by thousands in central London. The officer claimed that an allegation of inciting hatred had been made by a member of the public against her.

Despite being threatened with arrest, the protestor declined to provide police with her name and address. The testy dispute was brought to an abrupt end after senior officers opted to let the protestor go, despite her insistence on not providing contact details.”

“Volunteers staged a mass walkout after an RSPB manager of a nesting island was sacked over unfounded allegations he mistreated a Syrian refugee colleague.

Dr Paul Morrison, 72, had worked on Coquet Island, off Northumberland, for 38 years but was suspended following claims he treated Dr Ibrahim Alfarwi like a modern-day slave.

Dr Alfarwi was then appointed the new manager, prompting a furious backlash from colleagues who said Dr Morrison – who was also accused of ignoring safety protocols after a bird flu outbreak – had been a ‘truly devoted’ worker who treated his team ‘like family’.

Mr Morrison, who denied the claims, was reportedly paid a sum of damages following a lengthy legal battle with the charity. It led one volunteer to accuse the RSPB of pushing their ‘diversity agenda’ by replacing a ‘privileged old English white man’, it was reported.”

I rumbled the RSPB about a decade ago. They had a stand outside the local supermarket, staffed by a young black woman who engaged me in conversation and politely asked if I was interested in becoming a member. I said something along the lines of “Excuse for mentioning it, but it’s quite refreshing to see a young person like you volunteering for the RSPB. You know, it’s normally older geezers like me”.
‘”Oh, I’m not a volunteer” came the reply, “I’m paid to do this.”
“Well, can’t be much money in it, so it’s still good of you” was my naive response.
“No, no, I get £10 an hour plus commission for anyone who signs up” she said.
I was astonished. At the time the minimum wage was about £6.50 an hour, so clearly the RSPB had money to burn and didn’t need mine. Or, like the RNLI and now the Royal British Legion, anybody else’s money.

‘We are not military – why are we being hit?’
    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c4gzp91wl66o

Another utterly appalling article from the BBC using their latest trick of quoting totally biased parties without question.

Here’s yet another person who lives in Lebanon but commands excellent English to get the BBC’s point across perfectly in ajust a few words:

‘“We are not military,” he says, “we are not terrorists. Why are we being hit? The areas that are being hit are all civilian areas.”

It’s directly accusing Israel of targeting innocent civilians when the BBC know as well as the rest of us that if they hit somewhere, they had a reason to believe it had terrorist activity. And as they know that- as in Gaza – most of those civilians actively support those terrorists, I doubt Israel worry too much about collateral damage.

The whole article is full of exactly the same kind of cheap empathy and totally misleading inferences we now expect.

Here’s who wrote it (who again looks exactly like the hard-nosed Lefty we expect):
    1637389554066_Orla-Guerin-2-e1606597088892.jpg

And once again a quick search discovers:
‘“Orla Guerin’s report on the Holocaust and forthcoming 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz should be widely condemned,” he said. “The attempt to link the horrors of the Holocaust to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is deeply offensive and upsetting. It was unnecessary, insensitive and particularly ugly in the days before Holocaust Memorial Day. Adding insult to injury, the report uses pictures of Holocaust victims in Yad Veshem during the sequence in which this link is made. This is inexplicably and unjustifiably offensive.”’
    https://www.theguardian.com/media/2020/jan/24/former-bbc-executives-criticise-orla-guerin-holocaust-report

This was 4 years ago but she is still right in the middle of it doing exactly the same thing. Because the BBC and their monumental racist double-standards are fine with it.

Given the backdrop of our growing lack trust in corporate opinion polling: Trump attacks ‘fake poll’ after Harris late surge… If the reported swing towards her is accurate… she would win the election by a landslide (Telegraph) – and given the now all too familiar and almost universal cry of ‘foreign intereference’: Pro-EU leader claims Moldova victory despite alleged Russian meddling (BBC)

Can one imagine anything more pointlessly manipulative an exercise than a poll purporting to tell us who the people WANT to win an election – and mind you, who they guess WILL win – in one country – yet conducted in another separate second country?

Britons hope for Harris win – but most think Trump will be president… 47 per cent of Britons believe Kamala Harris winning would be the best outcome for the UK (the junior pound shop Guardian that is the ‘i’ newspaper)

Well, think of it this way – our left-leaning media don’t want to headline opinion polls highlighting what we think of our own local Labour-branded government just now, do they?

One discerns something of an officially sanctioned psy-op going on here: Russia and other ‘bad guys’ could try to whip up ‘militant action’ by Trump supporters if he loses the election, British intelligence officials warn (‘i’) – stick to the day job, lads.

Of course we all recognise the ‘bad guys’ so feared by our security forces – they wear big black furry hats – call one another Comrade – and probably still have snow on their boots after they rock up on our shores clandestinely from their submarines – in their small dinghies.

After a brief budgetary flirtation with the FT, and a saucy one night stand with Prince Andrew bashing Daily Mail headlines, the gynaeceum that is BBC news staff rebounds back into the arms of the Guardian for their top pick in their online press line-up.

Border crisis – admits Number 10 via the Guardian: Starmer’s new crackdown… PM will unveil plans to tackle ‘national security threat’ of people smugglers

The Guardian tone may of course be construed as critical of the man the harder-left nickname ‘Keith Der Stürmer’ for not being pro-immigrant enough (what with those scare quotes).

The left-liberal Times tends to be his go-to mouthpiece: Starmer: World must wake up to severity of migrant crisis (Times)

Small boat smugglers to face fast-track justice like rioters (Telegraph) – oh the irony.

The Labour spin team are out in force this Monday morning – attempting to fight back on all fronts: Reeves: We can’t afford farmers to die tax-free (Telegraph); I was wrong to say that I wouldn’t put up taxes (Express)

The Daily Express by the way flies the poppy on its masthead with motto: We shall remember them – the Express being the title that has quietly forgotten how it used claim to be United with the people of Ukraine

Hallowed national institution the National Trust advertises: Free family pass… worth up to £50 atop the Express frontpage – and the family protrayed in the ad looks rather more akin to the cast of The Cosby Show than your typical National Trust vistors – but hey-ho.

Birds of a feather will tend to flock together – Kamal Ahmed appears to endorse the new Tory leader: Badenoch vs Starmer – at last a proper political battle (Telegraph)

Just to cheer ourselves up somewhat – the globalist elite cabal feel the cost of living crisis: Guests in world leaders’ entourages at Davos face 10-fold price increase (FT) – well, you gotta keep out the riff raff

“Lawfare, and its increasing use against the people of Britain by their own government”

Nb. Seems there is a number of definitions of, “Lawfare”. The definition to which Simon Webb refers to is directed toward a country’s OWN PEOPLE.

I recognised this particular Lawfare situation many years ago. I then coined the expression: “Diced & Sliced” i.e. the scandalous growth of, not just legislation to deal with a social problem that has occurred maybe for the first time, but a Government proactively searching for/conjuring up perceived social wrongs to legislate against beforehand. Their relentless search of ‘New’ law applies to all the Governments in power since about the end of WW 2.

This growth in Government effort to ‘dice & slice’ the population has been helped by immigration. The influx of people with differing social attitudes i.e. muslims toward women and the butchery of a women by FGM. The legal net thus thrown includes the criminalisation of the white population as well. Needless to say, the imports don’t care about law which, in turn, can lead to further intensification of any existing laws.

I see no end to this state of affairs. The end goal? A more restrictive form of communism.

That was my thinking pug until the children at ‘BBC Verify’ did a special analysis of it and told me we cannot do that because we have to ask France’s permission first. And it would be an act of war if we didn’t.

So they seemed to think that that explanation made accepting all these boats is just how it should be.

They didn’t then ‘verify’ if indeed we HAD asked France’s permission or what their response had been. I think we can assume we DID ask them if we could bring the boats back (and hence stop the boats completely) and they said ‘Non’. But they clearly DID say we could give them lots of money and they would try their very best to stop them. And if that didn’t work, we could give them more money to try other ways.

What a complete and utter f*cking joke it all is. With the British taxpayer footing the bill to the EU. As we always did.

GB News has been bowing to the pressure for some time now and like the Daily Mail will take the easy route as they are told to do by regulators and advertisers.

GB News made it all too easy to pluck them with stupid mistakes and rash commentary that gave their critics ample ammunition. A bit of thought and intelligent articulation and they could have said the same things but in a way that wouldn’t allow the haters to attack them….moderate language for ideas that may not be so moderate…the Left do it all the time dressing their radicalism and extremism up in the trumpery of ‘human rights’ and DEI.

Of course this is the same for anyone who works at the BBC…if you’re right-leaning you have to keep your views hidden and nod along to the orthodoxy.

You’re right about GB News. It isn’t the channel it was when we had Steyn, Wooton, Oliver and the like.
The thing is, there’s no alternative.
Talk tv is ok at times but no longer on a mainstream platform.

I find that if I pick out some of the presenters it’s ok.
Michelle Dewberry, Nana, Daubney and a couple of others are good to watch and they have guests like Ben Habib and Matt Goodwin on.
The lefty guests are just an embarrassment.

Patrick Christy’s heart is in the right place but his show is unwatchable because the guests just shout over each other all the time and it’s just noise. Patrick can’t control his guests and just says at the end of a load of shouting something like “That was lively”.

What do you watch for your news Fed.

Why is it that nearly every [or so it seems] BBC report from Gaza or Lebanon is solely about any civilian casualties? It’s more like ‘Casualty’ than a news channel now as Guerin embeds herself in hospitals and emotes about the dastardly evil Israelis bombing civilians.

This is where we are maybe heading, it may seem like tinfoil hat conspiracy stuff but, as noted by many on here, it has already started with the plethora of quangos and NGOs governing every aspect of our lives:

“Some comments about war. Under the surface of almost every sociopolitical and economic event in the world there burns an ever-raging, but often unseen, war. It’s often a HIDDEN war.

It’s not fought with tanks, soldiers, battleships and missiles. Instead it is fought behind the scenes, and through manipulation of the public. This war is conducted covertly.

This war, at least for now, is fought with fiction and with truth, with journalistic combat and with quiet individual deeds. It is defined by two sides which could not be more philosophically or spiritually separate.

    Side “A” – Globalists

On one side is a pervasive network of the wealthy and powerful. They believe that they can dictate the direction of the world or a given nation. This network is often loosely organized (we assume, though indications are that the Obama Presidency had indeed organized and weaponized it).

This side consists of corporate moguls and other monied elites, banking entities, international financial consortium’s, think tanks and political puppets. They are the rich and the powerful.

They are the people who eventually (though their surrogates and proxies) raise your taxes. They have made arrangements to place the burden on responsibility on you. They have decreased your standard of living, and make everything subject to fees and tolls. This includes requiring you to have a permit to fish, a prescription to get medicine, and registration to get a license to work. These people are the ones who have done that.

Oh, certainly not directly. Through their legions and armies of paid surrogates.

They work tirelessly to reshape public psychology and society as a whole into something they sometimes call the “New World Order”. It is a globalist ideal. Where they believe that once the world has one single government, true harmony can be realized… by THEM.

The NWO idea or concept is of a completely and scientifically centralized planet in which they control every aspect of government, trade, life and even moral compass. I often refer to them simply as the “Globalists,” which is how they at times refer to themselves.

In the globalist’s worldview, the idea of the United States of America as a sovereign nation, One Nation Under God, is an anachronism. It is but a quaint artifact left over from an earlier age.

We are all citizens of the world, Obama proclaimed in Berlin in 2008, united by our participation in the brave new “global economy.”

Side “B” – Liberty and Freedom Movement

On the other side is a movement that has developed organically and instinctively, growing without direct top-down “leadership.” This side has it’s various teachers and activists. All of whom are driven by a concrete set of principles based in natural law.

It is composed of the religious, the agnostic and even some atheists. It is soldiered by people of all ethnic and financial backgrounds. These groups are tied together by a singular and resounding belief in the one vital thing they can all agree upon — the inherent and inborn rights of freedom.

I call them the “Liberty Movement.”

There are those who think they do not have a dog in this fight. These are the ignorant, the blissful and the mentally impaired. These people are those whom ignore it and those who are completely oblivious to it.

However, EVERYONE can and will be affected by it, no exceptions.

This war is for the future of the human race. Its consequences will determine if the next generation will choose the conditions of their environment, or not. The conflict will determine if one has the ability to reach their true potential as individuals or if every aspect of their lives will be micromanaged for them. Micromanaged, by the way, by a faceless, soulless bureaucracy that does not have THEIR best interests at heart.

A soulless bureaucracy that exists at the pleasure of the few that control the globalist society.

    Quick Summary

Technology has developed to a point where we can control and genetically engineer our offspring. If the world is one where freedom and liberty reigns, our offspring will cohabit a world equally with others.

However, if the world is controlled by a globalist society, controlled by a precious few, then the world will be genetically engineered into a stratified society. There would be classes of people, genetically mandated. They would be bred to be complaisant as sheep. Some would be genetically designated as warriors. Some as docile workers. Some as breeding machines. While others as disposable automatons.

It would be a world where there would not be any opportunities to leave the life-prison that you were genetically programmed into at birth.”

It’s a budget for ‘growth’ that doesn’t promote growth but increases costs for business enormously, reduces wage rises and may cost jobs and reduces consumer spending power, increases mortgage costs and massively loads on the debt and borrowing costs for government [ie us]

From X – a straight ‘gotcha’ for BBC not verified on guido

STARTS BBC Verify Fails to Mention ‘Independent Expert’ is Senior Labour Activist
The BBC is busy promoting its ‘fact-checking’ article on Reeves’ new farm tax. The Verify team consulted with “independent tax expert” Dan Neidle who pooh-poohs claims from farmer groups that the tax will be highly damaging to a high number of family farms. The article finishes that section by saying Environment Secretary Steve Reed “confirmed the ‘vast majority’ of farmers will not be affected by changes.” He would say that, wouldn’t he…

What the top fact-checker sleuths over at Verify have failed to mention is that their “independent expert” is a senior and longtime Labour activist. Dan Neidle wrote in his successful pitch for election to Labour’s National Constitutional Committee in 2022:

“I’ve been a member of the Labour Party for 35 years and have been a ward secretary, ward chair and CLP Secretary. More recently, I’ve been the agent for two MPs and dozens of local councillors, and helped turn seats that were once marginal into Labour strongholds. I’ve practised law for 22 years and have advised candidates, MPs and campaign groups on electoral law, successfully fighting off attempts by other parties to use the legal system against us. I know the Labour Party rulebook.”

The NCC is “a senior organ of the UK Labour Party concerned with discipline.” Neidle was election agent for both Stella Creasy and Emily Thornberry, for whom he deployed such savvy electoral tricks as sending letters from fake neighbours urging a vote for Labour. You’d think with a combined salary of £3.2 million the Verify team may have noticed that one…

Guido’s not saying the BBC shouldn’t consult people like Neidle, just that the readers might like to know who they actually are. It always conducts its due diligence with right-wingers – funny that…ENDS

Here’s an interesting YouTube channel saying the sort of things you’ll never hear on the Islamic Broadcasting Corporation.
It’s hosted by a disaffected Pakistani Muslima in the UK. I think she’s still muslim, just, but at this rate I doubt she’ll remain so for long (if her fellow religionists don’t kill her first).

Among other things she exposes the innate misogyny in islam; the innate paedophilia (“a child starting to menstruate is NOT a woman”); the innate violence; the innate extremism; the innate antisemitism; the dangers of unbridled immigration from muslim countries; the danger of Sharia and the refusal of UK muslims to denounce violence, terrorism, grooming gangs and all the rest. She also exposes the threats, violence and abuse she receives every day from you-know-who.

Coming from a non-muslim, her channel would have been banned by now, and she quite possibly arrested by Starmer’s Stasi’s.

May I urge readers here to like or follow her channel in order to support her. She is extraordinarily brave. People have been murdered for far less. She deserves support. She may not be around for long.

As a woman she is particularly vulnerable. Women speaking out seem to enrage those Religionists of Peace to paroxysms of hate like nothing else. Almost as if it were an evil satanic cult.
Fortunately, we know it isn’t thanks to the likes of the BBC.

This story is old, but still deliciously fresh and hilarious.
A Cameroonian ‘poet’ claimed to be the victim of persecution in his homeland because of his articles on human rights.
Poland (who I thought knew better) fell for his story and granted him political asylum.
He became fêted by the ‘progressive’ liberals of the lefty arts establishment.
There, he proceeded to write more poetry and articles decrying the racism he faced in Poland. (There’s gratitude for you!)
But it gets better. He then fornicated with literally hundreds of Polish lefties who thought they were thereby striking a blow against racism; and anyway it would be racist to turn him down, would it not?
But it gets better: our poet had Aids, and knew it, but didn’t tell the hot Polish chicks he was shagging.
Furthermore, they didn’t dare demand he wear protection as this would be feeding into racial stereotypes!
And guess what: at least 40 of them contracted Aids as a result.
Forgive me if I don’t feel a single ounce of compassion for the ladies – though I am fond of Poles, generally.
Oh, and needles to say he hadn’t been a writer back in Cameroon, nor an activist, nor a poet, nor persecuted.

What’s it got to do with the BBC? Well, he is exactly the sort of person the BBC would have fawned over, and interviewed adoringly on their arty-farty arts programmes.
And the imbecilic attitudes that led to all those Polish women contracting and dying of Aids are exactly the sort pf moronic values the BBC are pushing, day in and day out.
You’d need a heart of stone not to laugh.

Poland has its fair share of thick leftists, sadly. It is a shame that these ladies got a dose of reality, as well as something else.

UK: Muslim teen accused of aiding al-Qaeda gets harsh punishment: limited PlayStation use.

Shattered, staggering, dhimmi Britain gets tough on crime.

A 16-year-old from East London, accused of raising crypto and offering cyber expertise to Al Qaeda, has been granted bail with restricted digital access, allowing him to use his PlayStation offline only.

Prosecutors allege the teen, who cannot be named for legal reasons, attempted to raise approximately $1,300 in crypto for extremist groups, including Al Qaeda and the Pakistani Taliban, according to a Wednesday report by The Standard.

Appearing at Westminster Magistrates’ Court, the teenager pleaded not guilty to five charges, including fundraising for terrorism, providing training, and possessing documents of a nature useful for terror-related purposes.

Under his bail conditions, the boy must adhere to a night-time curfew, avoid social media, and restrict laptop use to educational purposes only.

However, he retains limited use of his PlayStation console, with conditions prohibiting online multiplayer or any interactive gaming platforms….

Can anybody tell me if the proposed increase in
tuition charges at Universities apply to indigenous
undergraduates as well? On the BBC feature today.
It looks like it only applies to ethnic students, so
far as the imaging is concerned.
