Just thinking of the US election result and if the new President is Trump. How the negative reporting will start again (although never really stopped)

I bet the likes of the bbc has teams ready to break the bad news if the electorate go against the wishes of the bbc

The Glover/Garvey Twisters on Times expressing shock and confusion at the US electoral system where even if you win the most votes you may not win the Presidency.

Hmmmm…oddly never any such shock or desire to change things when Labour wins a massive majority on a very small vote and Reform gets a mere 5 seats but more votes than the LibDems who get…..72 seats!

Reform got near half the votes that Labour got and yet Labour gets 412 seats.

The BBC is just as bad as the dynamic duo who are still shot through BBC values to the core…just better paid now. The BBC continually witters on about the US electoral system whilst also not expressing any such concern about our own….but…I imagine all such concerns will be forgotten if the chosen one gets elected.

The UK and Nigeria are united by shared aspirations for growth and our common interests in peace and security.

That’s why it is the first African country I have visited as Foreign Secretary.

Giving evidence, Mr Sharif told jurors he had never bitten, burnt or beaten Sara.

The court also previously heard Mr Sharif, Ms Batool and Mr Malik travelled to Islamabad, Pakistan, with other family members on 9 August 2023, the day before Sara’s body was found.
