    John Simpson describes Assad as weak and not wicked – in a tweet ? – guess that is the standard for bbc judgement – using chemical weapons and barrel bombs and the like is just a weakness ….

    Simpson must be getting on a bit .. so maybe he can be excused ….

    X is reporting US air strikes on ISIS targets in Syria – but not reported in the legacy media such as the BBC yet ….
