Does seem incongruous for the BBC to demonise a full blooded democrat – but par for the course – they see a Kennedy as worse than a traitor to his clan –
And with so much money floating about through big pharma they are bound to try to stop him … one way or another – being a Kennedy must be a magnet for loopy would be assassins too..
EXCLUSIVELabour’s latest plan to ‘smash the smuggling gangs’: World-first policy will see financial sanctions used on organised crime and terrorists imposed on boat kingpins in bid to ‘cripple’ networks
Nice to have a government desperate to keep its propaganda mouthpiece going…
‘It has been reported that the government is planning a shake-up of the licence fee, which could require viewers in the UK who only watch TV via streaming services to pay.
Currently, UK residents only have to pay for a TV licence if they watch live TV, and not if they only watch pre-recorded programmes via streaming services such as Netflix, Disney Plus, Apple TV+, Prime Video and Paramount Plus.
However, Bloomberg has reported that ministers are considering extending the fee to those viewers, so as to secure funding for the BBC.’
But have no fear…the BBC is interested in your views….
‘Meanwhile, a BBC spokesperson said: “We want everyone to get value from the BBC, which is why we’re focused on delivering what audiences want from us – trusted news, the best homegrown storytelling and the moments that bring us together.
“The public cares about the BBC, and this year, we will launch our biggest ever public engagement exercise so audiences can help drive and shape what they want from a universal and independent BBC in the future.’
Probably use the Guardian’s subscription list for contact numbers.
I bet there’d be a provision in the Act to require all streaming services to notify TV licensing thieves of those prescribed to Netflix and the rest … I’ve only got ‘prime ‘ and between you and me I could go without it as it’s too woke for me and most recent films are for kidults …. ….
“The public cares about the BBC, …” and we want to ensure this continues by making every single person in the country pay for it, dead or alive, whether they watch TV regularly or have never even seen one before….
TOADY Watch #1 – (from yesterday) Labour Party ignoring the elephant in the room ….
…. by ‘bigging’ up the Far Right. Music to the BBC’s ears because they do not like the Far Right and the BBC also fear the Far Right. Apparently, Mrs Balls (a.k.a. Yvette Cooper) ordered her Home Office officials to ‘look into’ the possibility of widening the definition of terrorism beyond Islamists and Far Right groups to include the likes of environmetal protesters like JSO and ‘wimmin haters*’ in order to make our security services work a little bit more. The Home Office officials most of whom work from home or a beach in Spain said “No”. So that’s that. What is the real threat to community cohesion? An increase in anti-Semitism. And where does that come from? The Far Left and their fellow travellers such as Islamists and pro-Palestinian demonstrators.
* Who could possibly hate wimmin? I think they are luvvly. 🙂
Vast majority of fires in California were started by man one way or another, dead brush was cleared for environmental reasons, state action led to water shortages and there were massive cuts to the fire services…but the BBC is telling us that climate change made the fires in LA worse….
‘Climate change was a major factor behind the hot, dry weather that gave rise to the devastating LA fires, a scientific study has confirmed.
It made those weather conditions about 35% more likely, according to World Weather Attribution – globally recognised for their studies linking extreme weather to climate change. ‘
Is that climate or weather? Droughts come and go…next year California could be knee deep in snow….this is the BBC that ramped up the scare-mongering when the Somerset Levels flooded [more due to human factors than climate] and told us it would be happening more and more….and yet….have you heard anything about it since?
It’s deliberate and knowing fear-mongering designed to gets us all in an utter state of panic about a planet that is about to burn to death…unless we do something…and that just happens to be what the Marxists want us to do…shut everything down and live in caves whilst they live it up like kings and rule over us…they being far more intelligent, moral and superior of course….the Berlin Wall came down and the lunatics escaped and brought their lunacy with them. Communism is alive and kicking and nut zero is its latest incarnation.
pug, I take your point about the BBC’s obsession with climate I also find it annoying. “…next year California could be knee deep in snow…” it usually is but only at higher altitudes. I have been in California admiring the giant redwoods while treading on snow, albeit not knee deep, although it may have been in winter. It was April time. Even back then the Forest Service were paranoid about the possibility of fire and notices were all around stating ‘do not discard lit cigarettes or clear glass beverage bottles or do not park your car in long grass with a hot exhaust touching the grass’.
In LA, my friends said when winter comes they might put on a sweater. Fortunately, the fires have not reached them. They are in Los Alamitos about 30 miles from fires.
If you watch GB News and you want a cup of tea, the time to make it is 15 minutes before the hour, every hour.
This time is filled with ad breaks then what’s coming next then a recap of what you’ve just seen followed by more ads up to the ad for the show which will be on after the news on the hour.
Athens, I misread your post, I thought you said there’ll be a dagger for all. Idris says knives should not have a point. Most actors are pointless anyway.
Quite something to watch Democrats moaning the ICE have been deporting illegals without the usual murder rape robbery convictions … who get scooped up in raids . The true president want a thousand a day on planes …
Former Doctor Who star alleges newspaper deleted evidence in his High Court libel claim
Noel Clarke is suing Guardian News and Media over a series of articles, which included allegations of sexual misconduct. Noel Clarke accused the publisher of The Guardian newspaper of “perversion of the course of justice” by deleting evidence in his High Court libel claim against the publication.
The actor, 49, is suing Guardian News and Media (GNM) over a series of articles, including one from April 2021, which said 20 women who knew Clarke in a professional capacity had come forward with allegations of sexual misconduct.
But working at the BBC really does stretch credibility. But Dr Who – a children’s program! full of now gay innuendo was immune, if only he had chosen Strictly Come Dancing…..or Blue Peter…
Most people have difficulty in believing that broadsheet newspapers would do that.
I saw the Telegraph delete 2 articles about this court case I foolishly assumed that since the articles detailing what looked like perjury by HMRC officials and more had been published – they’d been lawyered over and would stay there…
One deleted article laid out the antics of one Louise Brttain – who should’ve had her collar felt for a stretch in Holloway…
I’m no fan of the Farage show format with Lloyd Russell Moyle and Kwasi Kwartang.
Most of the time they are both talking over each other, sometimes all three are talking.
This means that for a lot of the show it’s difficult to understand what’s being said. A waste of time.
I don’t remember it being like this and it seems to be a fairly recent change.
A lot of GB News have this problem and it’s invariably the lefty shouting over the others (apart from Carole Malone who interrupts all the time)
Maybe it’s a price to pay for the novel way that GB News has of presenting both sides of the topic of conversation as opposed to the msm only giving the left wing perspectives.
Hey Starmer as a bloke who likes to hand out instant retribution here’s a suggestion…. Announce a change in the law that means everyone using a knife in an attack causing injury serves a minimum of 20 years unless it results in death which would mean automatic life.
Meanwhile anyone caught carrying a knife without good reason would get automatic 5 years, 10 years on second conviction.
I think that would sort out the vicious bastards as most of them would end up in chokey where they belong because they are sub-human animals who have no place mixing with normal folk.
Democracy in action. But the far-Left BBC don’t like the result so just look at this article they have written.
Their mandate says they should report what happened without bias. It should be a simple relating of what the elected politicians decided and what the outcome is.
Instead we get:
‘far-Right’ (which is 100% used by the BBC as a slur) in there 8 times.
‘Germany’s parliament descended into heckles and recriminations on Wednesday after a “firewall” against working with the far-right cracked.’
No suggestion of course that this ‘firewall’ is totally undemocratic. Imagine how they would describe such a thing if someone like Trump did it to make sure the Left had no say in things.
‘Conservative CDU leader Friedrich Merz, who tabled the plans, defended his actions as “necessary”. But Chancellor Olaf Scholz slammed the move as an “unforgivable mistake”.’
‘Referring to the AfD’s support for the motion, the CDU leader told the Bundestag that a policy wasn’t wrong just because the “wrong people back it”.’
‘”Thinking about how the AfD fraction will cheer and their happy faces makes me feel uncomfortable,” he told lawmakers.’
Just like Starmer, instead of accepting they do not have the support of the people and changing what they do – which is what ‘democracy’ is all about – they are doubling-down to oppress the people they don’t agree with.
It makes me laugh when Left try so hard to say the Right are the Nazis while THEY are the anti-semetic fascists trying to remove the opposition.
Meanwhile here in the UK, saying quite truthfully that Starmer has two-tiers of justice now makes you a far-right extremist.
The Afd manifesto is here. I don’t see anything to justify the ‘far-right’ label. It’s all just ‘not far-Left’.
This story pricked my attention because it does not include ‘Far-Right’ in the headline and I know the BBC would have dearly loved to have done so. So instead we are given no information whatsoever about who is doing all these antisemetic attacks in Australia. None.
Which of course menas it’s not the Right. It’s wither some hard-left group or our old friends the people of peace who live at Akans snackbar.
And sure enough, after some browsing and searching, I learn:
‘Detectives investigating the anti-Semitic attacks across the country have concluded that foreign actors have been paying local criminals to commit them, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said on Wednesday. However, he declined to comment on the source of the suspected funding.’
Perhaps you should have included that in your report BBC because THAT is the story, not the attacks themselves.
And of course we all know why you don’t want to go down that path. The same racist double standards which mean you don’t tell us Hamas is using civilians as human shields.
Major aviation incident currently unfolding in Washington D.C. – collision between a helicopter and a commercial jet coming in to land. The Beeb’s headline in currently “Jet carrying 60 passengers collides with helicopter and crashes into Washington DC river,” though video footage suggests it was the other way around. Hope everyone doesn’t think that outrageously pedantic over a tragic incident, but you have to wonder how a helicopter, seemingly military, can fly straight into a large commercial jet without it being a deliberate act. I guess we’ll (maybe) find out the truth over the coming days.
What’s more likely with it being American military is that the helicopter flew across the flight path of the jet.
It sounds too sophisticated for our enrichment friends : they much prefer fertiliser bombs and up-close decapitations followed by death as a martyr and eternity raping young virgins (from age 9 upwards going by their prophets example).
BBC are out peddling empathy to the max which is what their ‘new generation’ of staff do best. They love these kind of disaster-porn stories. Their articles consist exclusively of other people extensively describing their feelings – which has nothing whatsoever to do with the story. They are pretty much worthless – these situations are the ultimate chance for people who don’t give much of a shit (Democrats and the BBC) to virtue-signal.
Plus – with it being Washington who voted 71% for Kamal Harris – they can include lots of their far-Left heroes and heroines. The top-tier even get their pictures shown to smear the BBC’s far-left agenda with a bit of that empathy – such as the mayor here:
Lets see who the BBC assigned to this once-in-decade, empathy-fest opportunity:
Jemma:
Christal:
and last but not least, Caitlin:
The BBC’s finest I’m sure.

Unusually for the BBC they haven’t covered the confirmation hearing for RFK to become the health secretary … the democrats flailed him . It was a sort of post inauguration rage against the true president but applied to him .
Even democrat voters have commentated that the democrats have lost their minds because of what president trump is doing ( delivering ) ….
Today the nominee to run the intelligence operations is up for confirmation – she ll get the same treatment – again – unreported by the BBC – which usually over interested in US politics .
What makes Trump different is that he said exactly what he would do if he was elected, got elected on those promises then is doing precisely what he said he would.
You can’t get a more honest, democratic election than that. Contrast it with the far-Left liars in No.10 and 11 Downing street.
It shows the Left up for what they really are : spiteful ethically-barren children. And that applies particularly to the current generation of BBC staff who are clearly nearly all left-wing activists.
I do wonder about the level of intelligence in the government / civil service . Today the water companies have announced huge rises in water bills this April …. On top of increases in council tax …. And Rachel from accounts thinks there will be ‘growth ‘ – well the ‘disposable income ‘ of average people will be falling …..
Interesting to see what happens in Wales where most of the water simply comes up through holes in the ground and starts of freshwater rivers that flow to the sea.
Welsh Water is a non-profit organisation. When the increase is known, could it be seen as a measure against which all other increases/rip-offs are compared?

… sorry if this makes you feel sick or generates hatred, but why aren’t the BBC interested in Maria Ladenburge’s killer being brought to justice and why the killer did it ….
The Trial of Hussein Khavari (murdered Maria Ladenburge) Becomes Even More Sordid {gatesofvienna.net sep2017}
The accused entered the courtroom with shackles on hands and feet at 9:05am. First he read out loud a letter of apology, and he asked the family of the murdered Maria Ladenburger for forgiveness, Focus reports.
“I wish I could undo everything. What I have done, I am deeply sad about that from the bottom of my heart.” (Hussein K.)
Then he went on to recount the events of the night of the murder:
He had been drinking with three friends and he had smoked hashish. Because he was extremely drunk, he was thrown out of the bar. At some time after that, he was on his way home. At the [river] Dreisam, the girl on her bicycle approached him.
He kicked against the bicycle, which caused the girl to fall off. She screamed. He held her mouth shut. Then he strangled her with her shawl until she was unconscious.
“When I saw how pretty she was, I wanted to have sex with her.” (Hussein K.)
Apparently he thought that he had already strangled her to death. The judge questioned him concerning “sex with a dead girl,” and the offender said:
“It didn’t bother me to have sex with a dead girl.” (Hussein K.)
Germans were outraged by the murder of Maria L, a student in Freiburg who volunteered for a refugee charity.
On the air crash – was that a terrorist attack ? Suicide by the pilot ? The audio and video doesn’t really explain how a helicopter could fly straight at a jet during clear conditions ….
None of the above have been mentioned yet …
If some girlie can drive her Chelsea tractor into a Wimbledon kindergarten and kids then could a helicopter pilot fly into an aeroplane for similar reasons?
The families had said they remained “unconvinced” that the investigation was conducted thoroughly after it was announced in June that the driver had suffered an epileptic seizure behind the wheel and would not face criminal charges.
Atlas – I’ve a bit of experience in flying a small helicopter in day light at fairly busy international airports – and there is an absolute need to ‘have your wits about you ‘ – what the crew on that army helicopter was doing ? Beyond me – I don’t think it will take much time to apportion blame …. Gets light in DC about 0730 local …
An airline pilot, on GBNews, said there is a helicopter corridor near the airport. The height limit in that corridor is 200ft, the helicopter involved in this incident was at 400ft. That’s what the pilot said, unverified by me.
The video is indeed more alarming than I expected : the helicopter aimed at it and flew straight into it. It’s hard to believe it was an accident.
I notice the BBC show the video but cut it before the moment of impact. Why ?. I can only assume it’s to protect their snowflake audience from being upset or something. This is BBC all over : we can see what they decide is enough for us to see. They want to control our perception of the world. It’s pure left-wing social engineering.

However, I have to warn you that there are serious problems with the woke Left and I worry for the future. The gynaeceum that is BBC news staff like to tuck the Daily Star at the bottom of the press pack in their online line-up of print frontpages.
The jokey blokey Star is the perpetual bridesmaid, the habitual ‘and finally’ – so BBC don’t go telling us the order in which the papers appear is by luck or happenstance.
I’m oddly reminded of Woody Allen’s porn mag scene in the movie Bananas [1971]. Our hero, in the comic character of Fielding Mellish, goes to the news stand, surreptitiously perusing the nudie papers, cautious of the disapproving glances of other shoppers: “I’ll take a copy of Time Magazine, I’ll take Commentary, Saturday Review, and er, let’s see, Newsweek, and… I’ll grab one of these…”
The man behind the counter shouts “Hey Ralph, how much is a copy of Orgasm?”
“Just put them in the bag will you. I’m doing a sociological study on perversion. I’m up to advance child molestation”

Disturbing news from Sweden as an apostate is murdered while livestreaming —
“Salwan Momika, Iraqi, known for burning the Quran, was assassinated in an armed attack in his apartment in Södertälje, Sweden, last night while livestreaming. Salman Rushdie, Charlie Hebdo, Theo Van Gogh, David Amess, and several others attacked in the name of Islam and against free speech.”
BBC’s short piece is more interested in his court case for “agitation against an ethnic group” and the Swedish gov looking to abolish protests that involve burning texts.
Quite right Terminal, the whole tone of the article is that he sort-of had it coming.
After all, he was charged with “agitation against an ethnic group”, and he “sparked violent protests” and he “sparked outrage in many Muslim-majority countries.”
Whole lotta sparking going on.
The blame seems to be his, not the savage murderers who get ‘sparked’ at the drop of a hat.
One can read scholarly tomes on Islam, but bottom line, any cult that kills you for leaving it or criticising it – or that is committed to wage war against non-believers – is evil.

Reference the possible building of a 3 rd runway at Heathrow.
It will add 50% to the capacity of the airport.
About 40 million passengers annually.
We’ve head about air pollution, noise pollution, CO2 emissions.
But not a single person has asked this question.
How are the passengers actually going to get to the airport?
The M4 and especially M25 are already frequently gridlocked. The unlamented and thankfully cancelled Western Rail Access to Heathrow aka Wrath, was only ever planned to take 2 million journeys annually , half of which were workers making daily trips.
So such a scheme will barely make a dent.
Yet another mad scheme not thought through.

How come BBC use title “Trump’s health secretary pick and vaccine sceptic RFK Jr faces Senate grilling”
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cwyw5l584knt
But don’t say “David Lammy foreign office who called USA president a Nazi but ignored Xi Jinping?”
> How come BBC use title
It is because the BBC love to lie. If RFK Jr was a vaccine skeptic he would not have had his children vaccinated for various things.
RFK jnr does not want to have DANGEROUS vaccines. Nobody should. As he repeatedly said in the hearings he is interested in safety.
The BBC do not like safety which is why they want to have children injected with poisons and abused by pedophiles etc etc.

In a statement at the time, the former Doctor Who star denied sexual misconduct or criminal wrongdoing.

Most people have difficulty in believing that broadsheet newspapers would do that.

Far-right vote on asylum rocks German parliament
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/ceq901dxjnzo

I find it hard to disagree with any of it and nowhere does it say ‘Establish the fourth Reich’ as the BBC are inferring.
Australian police find explosives for possible antisemitic attack
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/ckgn1dd6g1po

I do wonder about the level of intelligence in the government / civil service . Today the water companies have announced huge rises in water bills this April …. On top of increases in council tax …. The Trial of Hussein Khavari (murdered Maria Ladenburge) Becomes Even More Sordid {gatesofvienna.net sep2017}

Man bags and porn mags edition
Oh the irony, I hear you say. But one tries to separate one’s judgement of the artist – his character failings or indeed his politics – from one’s evaluation of the art.

The West isn’t having enough babies so we need to import migrants to pay our pensions and slave over us in care homes.
So we’re importing Blacks and Asians to work for us and keep us in the style to which we’ve become accustomed?

Wonder who they’ll import when all those Blacks and Asians grow old?

Oh no! Salwan Momika. I’ve seen his X posts numerous times. Burning the Koran. I am always glad to see someone find their way out of Islam.
RIP

I suppose they could bulldoze Windsor Castle and build a large offsite car park. Though personally I would oppose that.
We are now in the middle of Idiocracy Meets Armageddon.

All with their media fan-bois in tow, plus personal photographers. On the same friggin plane, taxpayer funded, plus peanuts.
Closing Heathrow and building a new airport on the Isle of Sheppey was the solution..
But as even a new runway takes decades to ponder over, a big project is unimaginable.
What would be wrong with using an existing airport that used to be Londonistans 2nd airport e.g. Blackbushe (now a civilian airport)
This airport is 30mins away from Heathrow by car or 1hr50mins by Boris bike or 2hrs47mins by ‘safe-and-effective’ public transport.
Southend ….. with two tier runways… same routine as last time ….10 year public inquiry …. Nothing happens ….

Theyll build another airport so you can fly the Heathrow – simple – luckily i reckon unless you are under -say- 40 you will never be seeing Terminal 6 of the khan international..
More flights from Pakistan direct to London!
Today, London accounts for almost 40% of the UK’s foreign-born population. A wave of Commonwealth immigration followed WWII and the independence of Britain’s colonies. Until 1962, all Commonwealth citizens could enter the UK without restriction.
Key advice during someone telling an offensive joke:
Run to a place of safety. This is better than trying to surrender or negotiate.
Hide it is better to hide than confront. Barricade yourself in, turn phones to silent and use only when it is safe to do so.
Tell the police – phone 999
Make sure you know the local emergency numbers when travelling overseas. For all EU countries it’s 112.

Well that didn’t take long.
Precisely one day after the speech by Rachel from accounts about economic growth, a judge has ruled that permission to extract oil and gas from two new North Sea fields has been overturned by a judge in a case brought by eco-fanatics because the companies did not explain properly how the CO2 created by burning said fuel would be mitigated to help with global warming.
Shell have already spent £800 million on the project, presumably because they thought they had managed to jump through all the hoops.
Economic growth Rachel? Don’t make me laugh.

‘Gender care’ or is it criminal abuse and mutilation of children?
‘In the order, Trump said federal support for such care would end. He called on the Health and Human Services secretary to “take all appropriate actions to end the chemical and surgical mutilation of children”.’
The BBC is all-in for Trans….and doesn’t like to admit there may be problems…and even less keen to show the evidence….

The latter recently received a death threat, live on air. The cowardly authorities will take no action of course.
PS. Hatun Tash escaped death by inches after a savage knifed her in the face at Speakers Corner. There were dozens of witnesses and cameras and police, yet they never found the attacker. I doubt they tried very hard.
I’d call that 2-tier policing, but that would make me a far-right terrorist according to the Home Office’s latest report. So instead, I’d like to compliment the Met for their sterling contribution to harmonious community relations. Well done, chaps.
Want the police to attend an ongoing crime ? – just mention the word “gun” they’ll be there before you get off the phone. Of course there wont be one so you say “I thought….” or “I’m certain ….”,
. But at least it got their attention.
