The telegraph reports the Tommy Robinson case – apparently if he survives he is to be released on 26 July . It’s a shame the judge doesn’t have the discretion to release him now …..
But as I wrote that I reminded myself that we are in TTK world now so they are more likely to kill TR than release him .
Comments on the telegraph report are very supportive – but you always get the kidult likening TR to Hitler – locked up in the 1920s and writing Mein Kamp….
Apparently there is a big Netflix drama about a white stabbing someone . The the original story line had a coloured kid being the stabber … no one seems ‘concerned ‘ about this change
I’d have thought any opportunity for the ‘coloured community ‘( ugh ) to discuss the continuous blood shed by their ‘yoof ‘ would have been useful – you know – rolling old idris on to rant about pointed knives …
“Boston man” featured in ITV local news
I had to wind back and slow the speed down to catch the name A shopkeeper who sold illegal cigarettes in three counties has been sentenced to 3 years and 8 months in prison and ordered to pay £20,000 in costs.
Officers from Lincolnshire County Council’s Trading Standards raided Ismail Amin’s store in Boston in February 2023, and uncovered illicit vapes, cigarettes and tobacco worth £3,000.
Some of the dangerous products were even found in an electronic ‘hide’ disguised as a wall. https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/news/article/2295/illegal-cigarette-selling-shopkeeper-jailed-and-ordered-to-pay-20-000
The raids were in Feb 2023
Did people serve more time for social media posts ?
seems so
Have you noticed that the 7pm show on GB News, Farage, looks like it’s been replaced with GBN Tonight.
I think they will probably have different presenters on each night so, depending on the presenter, I may well not watch, Christopher Hope for example.
I must admit I am starting to have doubts about Nigel. I will be voting Reform as they are the least worst but there seems to be a creeping move towards the centre.
It’s a pity Lowe will not be able to get a real Party going and even if he does it will split the right vote even more.
Another item that I buy has increased in price by just over 13%. Rachel from Accounts and her PM are going to be getting the typical headlines that Liz Truss received in her short lived premiership. But not from the BBC, I guess. So cozy with the Labour Party are the BBC. 🙁
TWatO Watch #2 – hmmnn … that is the BBC view is it?
The Local Elections, Mayoral Elections and Police & Crime Comissioner Elections that Angela Rayner hasn’t messed about with … yet, to ensure that Labour do not get wiped out by Reform! The Montacutie reckoned that the Conservative Party will do badly in all these elections that is the view of the BBC and a contributor to this item – sorry, forgotten name – a former opinion pollster that now sits in the HoLords.
£25 more to pay each month for diminishing services, fewer bin collections, potholes from over-weight electric cars, farting around in Tunbridge Wells on ‘vanity projects’.
Not a peep from our trusted State employed broadcaster – they can all afford it sitting in their cubicles with the ‘agenda’ tattooed on their chubby arms!
I can’t…
The awful Far Left BBC NEVER challenges the profligacy of a Labour government, they piddle around at the edges, give Vitrify a few ‘cases’ to waste tax payers money on their sixty useless snivel serpents, and never the truth will get out!
“£25 more to pay each month” That’s £300 pa
There’s a 4.99% cap on council tax rises in England,
So for you if 4.99% is £300 … then 1% is £60.. therefore your old 100% bill = £6K
New one is £6.3K
However about £2K is normal here ..
Do you live in a palace ?
Scrobs is not alone. Mine had increased by £30 per month. I live alone so get the %25 concession but up until this month it was 6p shy of £200 – now it’s £229.86 pm and no I don’t live in a mansion or Palace.
Not sure I understand your sums, Stew, but I do get some additional support, after the same issue as Brissles as I’m now a sole resident.
Kaiser, the percentage change here is: –
KCC – 5.00%
Police – 5.5%
Fire and rescue – 5.5%
TWBC – 3.0%
Parish – 3.3%
(TWBC and parish %change – 3.1%)
That apparently adds up to 4.8%
So already, the ‘rise’ in state pension of around £35.00p.m. is wiped out by 2/3! And yes, Flots, it is over ten months, so there is some respite in Feb and March.
Rachel from stapler supplies will presumably take the last third to pay for the climate scam and dei waste.
Scrobie, you have my sympathy on various fronts. I received the bad news last week. Council Tax up by 4.8% for a Labour run Council – that Canterbury is now, so not too bad, could be worse! The Police and Crime Commissioner for Kent, imposed on us by ‘Dave’ (another layer of bureaucracy that we could do without has his or her budget increased by 5.5%!) and Kent & Medway Fire & Rescue Authority also by the same amount.
I wonder if the world’s most trusted state broadcaster features?

Explosive new documents expose a massive government-backed censorship operation orchestrated by USAID, the Global Engagement Center, the UK government, and media firms to manipulate public discourse and silence Americans.
‘Lord Lawson says ‘Stalinist’ BBC has banned him from returning to talk about climate change’
The BBC was never interested in Lawson’s, and the GWPF’s, main focus, which was how to adapt to and pay for climate change rather than stopping it…if it was happening….or rather if it was man-made CO2 that was the cause.
Maybe if they’d listened to more voices rather than push Stern’s pie in the sky calculations that we can afford the green zealotry we wouldn’t be heading for ‘national suicide’…..
‘The BBC has extensively covered Lord Stern’s work and his views on climate change, including interviews, news reports, and documentaries’
We all knew and know…but the BBC refused and refuses to admit it was and is madness….
I do wonder if the climate crap thing will be a bit like the Biden dementia cover up ? I know the Green crap is deeper with more at stake but sometime some one will have a stronger case against the Green crap than the current Green crap industry – and suppression will fail …
BBC North America might be in trouble there Insh’allah…

We mentioned the Netflix drama Adolescence a few days ago
Tonight BBC Hull local news opening item was a promo for the series.
Whilst GBnews at 8pm has an item against the film
presenter @AlexhArmstrong tweeted
According to the left, this is who women should be afraid of…
12 year old white boys,
who the equality report stated “get the worst start in life”.
Meanwhile:
– Afghans are 22x more likely to be sex offenders
– Foreign nationals are 71% more likely to be sex offenders
– 50 nationalities more likely to sex offend
When will the drama highlighting these facts be released on Netflix?

I’ve seen incels as a problem being “seeded” by CPS lawyers about 8 years ago. Ditto so-called campus rape culture going from the US, to Canada to Universities UK and MPs 10-15 years ago. I’m assuming activist/NGOs are shaping the narrative to get more funds (?).

The inquiry team found examples of “children who had been doused in petrol and threatened with being set alight, threatened with guns, made to witness brutally violent rapes and threatened they would be next if they told anyone”.
Prof Jay said the first of these reports was “effectively suppressed” because senior officers did not believe the data. The other two were ignored, she said.
‘Harvard Law Review found that the judges who issued the injunctions against the first Trump administration were overwhelmingly ordered by judges who were appointed by a Democrat.’
‘Democratic-appointed judges ordered 92.2% of the injunctions against the Trump administration’
This is for his first term, but I am sure it will be at least as bad for the wave we have now.
Just imagine how the BBC would have wet their panties if it were Republican judges forcing all these orders against Biden. They always remind us of the supreme court republican majority with the inference they are biased – but never go near the real important things like this.
This is why Trump is bulldozing his way through these people in his second term. The rot is so deep, there is no other way. Democracy is very nearly dead : he won despite the massive efforts to stop him even running. And we have a far-Left government of or own because they did the same thing here to the Conservatives.
I run a few chainsaws and other 2 stroke garden implements. I regularly service them and was working on a Dolmar saw when I looked up some internet stuff on the Walbro carburetor fitted to it. I was watching a Walbro video on youtube and found out that recently Walbro carburetors have been made with locked adjustments. I further found out that the carbs are locked for environmental reasons ie pollution and global warming etc. Further to that, the carbs can be adjusted with special tools only which are illegal to sell to anyone other than an authorised dealer. This was all said with a straight face.
Firstly, is all this necessary? OK there’s a few million 2 stroke tools around but can anyone seriously suggest that a small percentage of badly adjusted tools are really going to affect the planet? Secondly, what we see is that environmentalism is going to remove any control we have over our lives and hand it to Governments and Corporations.
The use of bioethanol in petrol for environmental reasons has resulted in many poorly running and faulty tools.
That’s sharp practice, Flotsam, but also relates to the issues regarding vehicle repairs, where even the slightest nudge or minor accident makes the car a write-off. Nobody seems able to pull a dent out these days, and anyway the built-in computers will all need reprogramming as well!
But thanks for the reminder to get my 2 stroke strimmer out and give it a few pulls, just to enjoy the waft of smoke – rather like my old Mobylette actually!
My lawn mower conked out last year. I’ve had it serviced and the cause was use of E10 petrol, which damaged seals and diaphragms. Repair man said E5 should be OK.
I am too tired to explain fully
but earlier I had an unexpected stunning conversation with Twitter AI (Grok)
where I treated it as the professor and asked it to check a BBC local news claim which sounded fishy
It then started telling me things which I then demonstrated were false
I went back to the human way where you track down the original source speech and watch it yourself to get full context
I then showed the AI my technique and logic
And it answered me back, First asking me questions
then with praise.
As if treating me as if I am the professor
saying yes I had got 4 of the 5 points, but maybe was wrong on the fifth
I suppose learning from used and flattery , are built into its programming
The headline for this article is so bad, I went to read it just to gauge the level of how for into the gutter the BBC have become now they are 100% extreme-Left , anti-Trump activists.
The BBC are blowing this EU ‘reassurance force’ (as they now call it) story up way beyond it’s worth at this point. It’s clearly to make Starmer look like some kind of great ‘statesman’ – but he’s just ridiculous.
The whole article is just terrible. It’s a disjointed attempt to cram in as many agenda points as possible. Sifting through all the rubbish, it looks to me like the EU are proceeding without any involvement of anybody else to make their own decisions about how the peace will be enforced.
Meanwhile the actual attempts to stop the war are almost being ignored. The ‘coallition of the willing’ are now planning ‘at the granular level’ how the ‘reassurance force’ will work.
Of course it will all be simply swept aside if Trump and Putin decide something else. They are nobody in these negotiations : they are the LAST people who should be talking about peace after what they have done.
It’s not the first article I’ve seen on this war which smacks of somebody who has no clue what they are writing about. So I checked the author:
Hollie Cole:
‘As seen in: Yahoo Entertainment, Yahoo Life, BBC, BBC News, MSN (US), MSN Singapore, Yahoo Canada, Yahoo News’
Prior to this one, her previous articles on muckrack were:
‘Dancing on Ice winner announced after delivering ‘brilliant’ performance’
and
‘Player was ‘overwhelmed’ after World Cup kiss, court hears’
‘Coleen Rooney, GK Barry and Danny Jones in I’m a Celeb 2024 line-up’
It’s hard to believe just how far the BBC has fallen. I summarise all of it now as ‘Shit for idiots by other idiots’.
I’m wondering if these articles are AI generated and the ‘journalists’ you show are just random images?
I can’t imagine any of those girls could point to Ukraine on a map.
Anyone who scaremongers that Putin intends to invade NATO countries goes straight to the top of my list. Whether it’s the ‘Shameless liar’ list or the ‘Groupthink idiot’ list depends on who is saying it.
Without any other information at all, his difficulties and losses just in Ukraine make it clear it is absolutely out of the question. Despite what they say, Putin is a pragmatist looking after his own countries interests. Not a lunatic.
We just don’t know it yet. The cancer has already taken root. It’s just a matter of time. When it dawns on them what they have done, it will be far, far too late.
And then of course it will anybodies fault but the Left.
JohnC
I suppose the only people who know how many people are leaving the former UK is HMRC – and when the Marxists shout about a ‘wealth tax’ the planning to leave will just speed up .
It definitely is a failing / failed state will all elements infiltrated or being infiltrated – with the rate of change / control speeding up .
Now that the ‘pressure valve ‘( hope ) of Reform having been subverted there is nowhere to put a vote ….
Ironically the uninformed will probably vote Reform in coming elections thinking that it is a party for them – the legacy British …
@ John C 05.11 I’ve had just one list for a while now and it’s people I would like dead list, I find it’s easier for my sanity rather than sort into idiots and liars.
I used to think of all the media and public ar*eholes I see on TV every day, and thought ‘wouldn’t it be great if they all went to the Ukrainian front line along with Just Stop Oil, The Unions, HOC, Scottish Parliament, Welsh Parliament, Boat People, etc
So a ‘fire’ in a local substation has wiped out all Heathrow flights for the foreseeable future.
First what needs to be hammered home is how public transport should be renamed unreliable transport.
Second our barking mad policy of switching everything to electricity. This is only perfect from a mad-marxist idea of centralisation.
Thirdly and ironically mad-marxist everything and making it centralised will make the UK a perfect place to attack by mad-marxists. For example by using cyber warefare or EMP devices.
Quick blame the Russians …. But I think even they wouldn’t believe that one power thingy could take out the whole of Heathrow ….
I was going to use the word ‘surely ‘ as in ‘surely they’d have backup or two – for ‘nationally important infrastructure ‘ – but I guess they have DEIs in charge of that who job share from home for 3 days a week when not on leave ‘ or ‘training courses ‘…”
You can imagine an exercise where the weaknesses of Heathrow are identified and then acted on – or maybe not .
On the upside – sends out a really damaging message about third world britainistan ….
It seems someone has told TTK that his chest beating about ‘boots on the ground ‘ in Ukraine is just hot air and in fact britainistan hasn’t the ability even to do the catering .
Plan b is ‘air cover ‘ … considering it has now been established that they cant even keep a big airport open ‘air cover ‘ might be a bit empty too ….
We can’t do much on the sea either Fed, as it seems to be evident that most of them are carting illegals over here all the time!
Perhaps we should introduce conscription on all these doctors and atomic engineers, so they can then be sent back to their former s***holes, and start beating the s*** out of the supposed regime who didn’t like them and ‘forced’ them to leave!
Hello Scroblene – I need to be careful about what I say about things military – especially the Royal Navy and those very excellent aircraft carriers ( about to be sold to the Swiss or used as a replacement Heathrow ) …. But seeing the likes of deluded TTK or macron strutting about is just too much.
Maybe britainistan has finally stopped getting involved in other peoples. ‘ wars and used the ‘defence force ‘ to continue suppressing free speech ( right 77 brigade ?) …
A BBC correspondent, quoting a government spokesman who wishes to remain anonymous, said: “There is no evidence that the Russians were responsible for the events in West London, but likewise there no evidence that they were not. So, we must be open minded and assume that it was them and they were acting on the personal instructions of Putin. It is clear that he is worried and frightened by the bold stance taken by Sir Keir Starmer, who has now rightfully assumed the leadership of the West as America under Trump descends into racist and transphobic-fuelled chaos. Putin knows that Heathrow is a lifeline for many vulnerable migrants seeking to enter the UK to help build our country, as well as to those already here having escaped persecution but wish to go home on holiday. We stand with Ukraine! Diversity is our strength! Net Zero and poverty for all by 2030! Watch Adolescence on Netflix today!’
Possibly. But watch out for something along the following lines before the day is out:
‘The events at Heathrow have shown how vulnerable infrastructure can be. Thankfully, apart from some inconvenience to travellers, we are well on the way to resolving matters within a month or two. But think of Ukraine, where vast swathes of its infrastructure are attacked every day by Putin’s thugs. This is why we support the Prime Minister in his efforts to… zzz… zzz…’
I bought an automatic power switcher to switch to a generator if the mains supply fails. When I looked at the reviews, they were all from people who bought it in Ukraine.
It made me sad because it told me of how much normal people are suffering because of this entirely politicial war. It’s not about Russia trying to rebuild the Soviet Union, it’s about the West wanting Ukraine in the EU and in NATO to expand the empire and weaken the opposition. Russia started it. No argument there. But the USA and EU caused it.
‘Expats to be cut off from BBC radio within weeks’
‘The BBC said: “BBC Sounds is a UK licence fee-funded service. To offer better value for our UK listeners, BBC Sounds will be repositioned and made available exclusively to UK audiences.”
Kirsty Lang, the broadcaster who fronts Radio 4 shows – including Front Row, Last Word and Round Britain Quiz – described the decision as “devastating for all our overseas listeners”.
She added: “BBC Radio is a vital lifeline to so many overseas listeners. I have no idea why they’re cutting it or why they can’t introduce a subscription for people living outside the UK.”’
And yet the BBC provides an ‘Asian Network’ here at home for our erm, British citizens. A network that is racist and divisive by its very existence separating out ‘Asians’ as people who won’t listen to the same material as the British. So…are they British or not BBC?
Excellent news – anything which diminishes the propaganda reach of the BBC has to be better . Although the BBC is one on the long list of why British people leave britainistan for so many better places … …
Any possibility of the BBC cutting off people in Britain from BBC radio, BBC television and BBC websites as well? Preferably within hours or days rather than weeks? I think it could be quite a popular move.
More excellent news – the DT reports that the office of budget irresponsibility ( 2 blokes with a dice ) is forecasting year growth reducing from 2% to 1% … just before the tax grab budget next week ….
Apparently Rachel from accounts is finally going to be permitted to blame her arch enemy – president trump …..
With the outrageous ‘green climate scam’ in full swing now, Rachel from stapler supplies could easily help everyone at a stroke, by committing the fallacious ‘net zero’ prognosis to the bin forever!
She could just tell the manic clown Milliband that he’s not helping anyone anywhere, and the huge addition to power bills for all this c**p is causing most of the financial problems faced by the working public!
The Heathrow thing reminds me of the one not long ago where the computer failed . The bloke with the key was on his day off so they had to go find him and get him in to fix said puter costing huge delays ….
And they don’t learn ….
Confession – I had a job long ago to identify and test the ability of an organisation to deal with foreseeable and ‘unforseeable’ events .
It was i nightmare because it required me to learn everything and try to get those responsible for different things to talk –
That’s when you find out how people would rather keep their own power ( no pun ) than work for the good of their organisation ( how naive ) …
… maybe a ‘van ‘ drove into the power plant thing … def not terrorist …
Heathrow, terrorism? We’ll wait and see but would they tell us anyway?
I’m very surprised they don’t have distributed backup generators. They’ve probably spent £millions on green crap.

Pertinent reply given BBC SOP (see latest insincere, moving on apology yesterday):
“it’s to drum up drama in my opinion as your reporter felt the need yesterday to post it into groups asking how people feel about it and to cause a stir . He annoyed so many people that he was actually threatened with being banned from the said group for it . No need for that really . You can report without deliberately muck spreading and stirring .”

Mr AsI suspects the phrase ‘last male (probably)’ might perhaps be appropriate in such cases.
Poor old middle-distance champ, middle-of-the-road, Tory MP Seb Coe.

It may not have been just his penis that upset the Olympics top squad.

Obviously there’s scarcely sufficient space on the cover page for the photos of the entire ton of perps in the Met’s hot 100 – suffice to say, of the five featured – four are “chaps of a darker hue” – as black comic Felix Dexter’s posh-speaking lawyer creation ‘Douglas KC’ might have termed them – while your Mr AsI would tend to deploy his catchphase “you guessed it, they’re black”. I wonder how long the ‘disruption ‘ at Heathrow will take to fix ? My money is on a standard daily mail ‘catastrophe ‘ headline of ‘Easter is cancelled ‘ …..we could also bet on the next key piece of infrastructure to mysteriously fail leaving the country without something like electricity or gas …
One substation fire brought down a huge airport
that doesn’t seem credible to me .
#1 Surely many airport circuits have backup generators
#2 Surely airport power is setup so it has duplicate supply points
So if the East supply goes down, power comes in from the west, north, south etc.
Of course once one side is down , you might restrict operations in case there was an attack on the alternative supplies

I do not know when it happened exactly, but between Sue Gray’s resignation on 6th October 2024 and Lord Mandelson’s installation as the new British Ambassador to the USA on 20th December 2024, Tony Blair pulled off a silent coup of the government in broad daylight. When Starmer became Prime Minister, it initially looked as if my predictions of the coming Blair Reich might not happen. Gray had her own ideas, and as I pointed out at the time, Starmer seemed in open mutiny against the Dark Lord. Starmer tried to defy his master, on digital ID, on AI, on putting woke away, and so on. As ever, amateur analysts, such as those at Unherd (who is it for?) confidently asserted that this meant Blair was done, on the outs, and that there was a New New Labour made in the image of Gray. I held steadfast in my view that this was a blip, that, when all was said and done, Blair would destroy Gray, discipline Starmer and bring the government back under control at which time the Death Star would be fully operational. All this has now come to pass and is proceeding exactly as I had foreseen. I will outline four main areas in which this can be seen.
Type your email…
Subscribe
First, Blair has Starmer surrounded with his cronies at every level. Not only Mandelson, but also Wes Streeting in at Health, John Healey (an actual Fabian) in at Defence, Pat McFadden (a Blair hatchet man) generally just lurking about and Jonathan Powell as National Security Advisor. Furthermore, Blair has been holding ‘secret meetings’ with MPs in the Labour party looking to tap up new talent, as well as notably sidling up to the Deputy PM, Angela Rayner at some Christmas event. I have said that Rayner is the only current front-bench MP with charisma and a common touch, and that, even if it sounds insane now, I would not put it past the system to cycle her in at some point if Starmer alienates too many people. For some reason, I have an idea that Rayner’s human touch will do well with Trump and Vance – there are hilarious scenes waiting to happen there, mark my words. But Blair taking time out of his busy schedule and lowering himself to sit with Rayner, someone of whom he had not previously been fond, is a signal that he might have taken out some insurance.
Second, since his disastrous start, Starmer seems to have come to heel. The objections to Blair’s advice and the attempts to ‘forge his own path’ have disappeared and now his government is carrying out Blair’s plan to the letter even down to seemingly insignificant details. For example, back in January, Blair mentioned during an interview that the British public need to stop self-diagnosing on mental health issues. I happen to agree with that, but this is irrelevant: what matters is that, as of a couple of days ago, this became official government policy after Wes Streeting repeated the words of The Master almost verbatim. Similarly, after initially being rejected by the upstart Gray-led government, now Blair’s AI plan is being enacted to the letter. That is not all, however, Tone’s plan for the NHS also appears to be going ahead as Starmer has just axed NHS England and is gearing up for a radical reconstruction along the lines Blair has advocated for years. Digital ID is happening, whether or not anyone agrees with it, official policy since 1st November 2024. The brutal cuts to welfare and foreign aid announced this past week, which have sent shockwaves across the left, and are more substantial than anything the Tories would ever dare to do, are following the blueprint the Tony Blair Institute outlined in a document last September called ‘Reimagining Government in the 21st Century’. As I’ve pointed out a number of times, there is absolutely nothing in these plans with which someone like Elon Musk disagrees, because the vision is that of Musk’s fellow Silicon Valley billionaire, Larry Ellison, Blair’s chief financial backer. You can watch Blair and Ellison together in this impossibly evil-looking event last month. Many people have spotted that Starmer is essentially doing the same thing for the British state that the much hyped DOGE under Musk is doing in America, Morgoth even dubbed it ‘DOGE UK’. This Anglo-American harmony is not an accident, you must try to ignore the window dressing those wedded to party politics want to put around it. All this stuff is happening, ostensibly, to make the state more agile and more efficient, and to integrate the ‘private’ and ‘public’ more tightly in those ‘private-public’ partnerships so favoured by WEF types. There is absolutely no divergence between Trump and Starmer on this. We can watch both meeting with Larry Fink, setting up deals for Blackrock, and generally carrying out an identical agenda. Free your mind: cast off the slop and ideological justifications for it all. See things as they really are! These things would be happening no matter who was in office, because power needs them to happen.
Third, Starmer was dogged for months by scandals involving gifts, Lord Alli, rumours and innuendos about his private life, and so on. Since Blair has been back in the saddle, all that has mysteriously disappeared. Presumably, it can all come back should Starmer start getting his own silly ideas again. It seems unlikely now, though, as Starmer is locked into playing Churchill in the Ukraine saga, even down to using old Blair-era slogans such as ‘The Coalition of the Willing.’ These people love their symbolism.
Fourth, Blair has become much more vocal and aggressive in isolating those who remain in the Starmer’s cabinet who are not fully loyal to his vision. The two people he has earmarked for destruction are Ed Miliband, the Secretary for Energy and Climate Change, and ‘Rachel from Accounts’, also known as Rachel Reeves, the Chancellor. Miliband has not been forgiven by the Blairites for his abject stupidity in allowing ‘democracy’ to have a voice and temporarily ceding control of the Labour party to Momentum and the Militant Tendency during the Corbyn era. Miliband must be punished for this. In addition, Blair has voiced strongly that current Net Zero plans for Britain are pointless when China’s carbon emissions make ours completely insignificant. The Tony Blair Institute has called Miliband’s Net Zero plans a ‘mistake’, ‘moronic’, ‘false’, and ‘wrong’ with those old sandwich pictures back on the front page of The Sun. These things do not happen by accident, when the Dark Lord is gunning for you, your days are numbered. Bye Ed, enjoy your bacon sandwiches on the back benches. Reeves, meanwhile, is constantly being scapegoated as the person responsible for Britain weak economic performance in a re-run of Blair’s constant attacks on Gordon Brown when he was the Prime Minister himself. It is obvious Blair wants Reeves gone, and he has already lined up the replacement, Pat Mcfadden. It is less certain this will happen, but should Miliband or Reeves go in any reshuffle, these will be sure signs Blair is tightening his grip. These are the last hold outs of the Labour left. So be it. They must be destroyed.

Quite a lot of engineering goes into these spots, and you need a certain amount of skill to design and build such an important issue such as power at the right place at the right time.

“Boston man” featured in ITV local news
I had to wind back and slow the speed down to catch the name
A shopkeeper who sold illegal cigarettes in three counties has been sentenced to 3 years and 8 months in prison and ordered to pay £20,000 in costs.

INFLATION WATCH #1 – yet another price rise …..
Poll (council) Tax up again in a letter today…
A lot of Council Tax payment schemes are based on ten monthly payments to pay in full. I’m not sure if that sorts it out.
Scrobs is not alone. Mine had increased by £30 per month. I live alone so get the %25 concession but up until this month it was 6p shy of £200 – now it’s £229.86 pm and no I don’t live in a mansion or Palace.
so my bill is
county council +5%
borough council +3%
police +5%
fire +5.7%
town council +24%
not sure that all comes at 4.99%
Not sure I understand your sums, Stew, but I do get some additional support, after the same issue as Brissles as I’m now a sole resident.
Correction, Stew, there is a 4.99% (5% in practice) cap on Local Authorities in England unless they have a Local referendum on increases above 5%.
THIS SHOULD BE BELOW STEW GREEN’S POST @ 9.42 PM ON 20 MARCH BUT THE SITE SOFTWARE HAS PLACED IT HERE.
Out pedants the pedant – nice one …. 😀

Explosive new documents expose a massive government-backed censorship operation orchestrated by USAID, the Global Engagement Center, the UK government, and media firms to manipulate public discourse and silence Americans.
Like I keep saying … there’s those in UK government circles that think it’s still 1940 and that they can influence events like was done back then.
I’ve got news for them – it isn’t – and Mister Carney is no William Stevenson
Stern ?
Another conceited, arrogant academic who’s as credible as Perfesser Pantsdown the cooties expert.
I do wonder if the climate crap thing will be a bit like the Biden dementia cover up ? I know the Green crap is deeper with more at stake but sometime some one will have a stronger case against the Green crap than the current Green crap industry – and suppression will fail …

And the DPP…?
Anneliese Midgley MP
I could have sworn I saw Anneliese up in space recently. Getting rescued and all.
And of course statistically in the UK, a black person is 7 times more likely to stab somebody than a white person. An dmostly they stab each other.
But it’s because white people are racist according to the Left. We don’t give them enough for free.
When I grew up, nobody had much. But we didn’t start stabbing anybody.
Is it too late to start?

Number of injunctions halting Trump policies trounces predecessors by double
https://www.yahoo.com/news/number-injunctions-halting-trump-policies-211203598.html

Moving on. Again.
Another ‘honest mistake’ ?.
Because they are always ‘mistakes’ with the Left. Never deliberate political agenda. And they are ALWAYS in favour of the agenda.

Putin would breach Ukraine deal if it is not defended, says PM
https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cwyd0v3344qo

At least they’re pleasing on the eye. Apart from that stupid pout they appear to be born with nowadays.
Must take some skill to look that ‘vacant ‘..
Add Growler and enough room between them inside the M25 for 4m affordable free 14 person houses.

I’m wondering if these articles are AI generated and the ‘journalists’ you show are just random images?

Anyone who scaremongers that Putin intends to invade NATO countries goes straight to the top of my list. Whether it’s the ‘Shameless liar’ list or the ‘Groupthink idiot’ list depends on who is saying it.
Without any other information at all, his difficulties and losses just in Ukraine make it clear it is absolutely out of the question. Despite what they say, Putin is a pragmatist looking after his own countries interests. Not a lunatic.
Putin is far less of a danger to this country than Starmer and his bunch of top tier morons.
The Left have already destroyed our country.
We just don’t know it yet. The cancer has already taken root. It’s just a matter of time. When it dawns on them what they have done, it will be far, far too late.
And then of course it will anybodies fault but the Left.

I used to think of all the media and public ar*eholes I see on TV every day, and thought ‘wouldn’t it be great if they all went to the Ukrainian front line along with Just Stop Oil, The Unions, HOC, Scottish Parliament, Welsh Parliament, Boat People, etc
This country would be a better place.
The main thing TR is that when they come back, they will have a completely different outlook on life.
I personally would love to watch the homecoming of all the BBC clones after serving a compulsory 12 months living among Hamas.
Do I detect a degree if sarcasm here, Ian…;0)
.. just waiting for ‘Gatwick evacuated ‘…
No no no : it’s GOOD news isn’t it ?.
‘We’re replacing BBC Sounds outside the UK and bringing you BBC.com, a seamless way to read, watch, and listen – all in one place.’
Lucky for me it’s now all semi-disguised propaganda hosted by left-wing activists and I can’t bear to listen to it so I won’t miss it.
I have a good Chinese friend. He tells me the “Asian” Network does nothing for him, China being the biggest country in Asia…
Not to mention businesses are closing down because they can’t afford to exist.
‘Surely ‘ – continued

You’ll have heard of the movie No Country for Old Men [2008]
How about ‘no supranational sports organisation leadership role… for a man’ ?
This one does won’t be starring Javier Bardem as the remorseless villain who flips a coin to decide the fate of his victims.
Coe rejected in bid to be Olympic president… Coe, 68, had said occupying the Olympic Movement’s highest office was a role he had been “training for for the best part of his life”, but yesterday the IOC members gave their backing to… Kirsty Coventry of Zimbabwe (Telegraph)
Our BBC enjoyed the news – presenting our national broadcaster with the opportunity to deploy their prized trademark headline formulation ‘first feamle’: Coventry elected first female IOC president as Coe beaten (BBC)
Mr AsI suspects the phrase ‘last male (probably)’ might perhaps be appropriate in such cases.
Poor old middle-distance champ, middle-of-the-road, Tory MP Seb Coe.
Something of a fallen hero who fiddled (allegedly) while our western cultural Rome burned.
It may not have been just his penis that upset the Olympics top squad.
A little Wiki birdie tells me our Seb was a bit of a Russophobe – might have scuppered his chances a bit with the wider world Olympic voters perhaps?
Police post London’s least wanted
The giveaway freebie Metro frontpage highlights the mug shots of five of our: Most dangerous men ranked, tracked and jailed as force vows to make capital safer… Violence against women… Police target top 100
Meanwhile the 1-in-5 white guy does the mad eye akin to the look and persona of Charles Manson.

One notes our gungho Swiss Admiral Starmer has already flip-flopped on his ‘boots on the ground’ plan: Starmer has change of heart in plan for ‘boots on the ground’ in Ukraine… Air and sea support favoured (FT)
That’ll be the victorious Putin demanding no Nato troops in Ukraine – reminding the west of one of his primary war aims and a non-negotiable proviso before he signs a peace deal.
Firm message from Kremlin – observes the FT. From western capitals… not so much.

But the invasion will carry on ….

Dear Ed Milliwatt,
How to cause a fire in a sub station:
1) Make sure the facility is owned by overseas investors such as the Chinese or Russians who want to park a ton of money, pay nothing on maintenance, and extract the maximum revenue leaving a broken carcass before selling out.
2) Ramp up the loading on the sub station 24/7 by charging eVehicles and powering IT internet hubs.
3) Ramp up the local population via the illegal invasion so there is more power demanded by more houses.
4) make sure the sub station is located in a flood zone so gets hit by flash flooding.
5) Put more concrete everywhere to increase flash flooding.
6) Get the little khant to switch on the Alan Snackbar lights.

https://forbiddentexts.substack.com/p/tony-blair-has-finally-achieved-full
Ah McFadden a dead ringer for a Hollywood ghoul in the 1930’s vintage horror films.
The writer bigs up the likelihood of Raynor becoming PM … once upon a time I’d have laughed at the idea . But I remember laughing when boris was put up to be mayor of londonistan … im not laughing now ( to mix up that bob monk house one liner ) ….
Must put a bet on next PM after starmer aka Corbyn – she is only another disciple of Corbyn – who is now actually in charge …
R5 earlier — more liberal media puzzling over how best to screw up society with their superficial interventions.
Adrian Chiles considers the view that boys suffer because the state behemoth promotes girls’ achievements in schools. Chiles likens it to the BLM debate… but rather gives the game away by adopting a thick pleb accent to satirise those who complain “well there’s no white history month”. Woman pundit responds: “we study that in history… you do it at GCSE and A-Level so there is white history, well, year…”
Their grand vision of equality comes with a bigoted sneer and a load of bollocks. It’s the BBC way.

Rayner and Miliband surge past Starmer?
whut?
head scratcher that is?
Were one TTK*, one might be a smidge dismayed to find that as Prime Minister of the UK, those deemed a better choice are these two.
*Or his national client broadcast staff.
Earlier I noted the malign influence of ‘BBC Local Democracy’ funding.
I wonder if these guys were beneficiaries?:

We used to have several modestly interesting locals round here. Then things spiralled.
Folk wanted pix of their kids at footy and pub gig news, not the travails of an XR granny welded to a road three towns over.

Heathrow closure: Ryanair and easyJet provide update for patients travelling from other airports
More serious than imagined?
Guest who – I used a regular flight which is not connected to Heathrow – but the one out of londonistan this morning was 2 hours late taking off – which is ‘unusual ‘…as for ‘running a book ‘ – I wouldn’t bet on things getting back to the normal mess by Monday ….
I thought Ryanair flights to London would be arriving somewhere like Norfolk or Gloucestershire?
What – like normal ? Southend international …
I have no direct experience of Ryanair but I’m led to believe that their destination is often tens, if not hundreds, of miles from where the passenger wants to be.
More the ‘patients’ that caught my eye.
They could land at Manston, and watch the tumble weed waft by as the wheels lowered…
Perhaps Lydd Airport is the answer, after all, they used to take four cars a flight to Cheese country on Silver City!
As a former bookmaker. And would of considered
making a “book” on what was responsible for the
Heathrow “disaster”. I wouldn’t quite know what
or who to make favourites.
I suppose some might go for the “usual suspects”
Extinction Rebellion,” Just stop Oil,” Supporters of Hamas.
BUT I don’t think so .In my opinion . It was just an accident or
RUSSIA. Any other suggestions, for runners and riders?
I guess it just wasn’t built properly Fos…
Quite a lot of engineering goes into these spots, and you need a certain amount of skill to design and build such an important issue such as power at the right place at the right time.
Which is just another reason to get that clown Milliband well away from any levers of ‘power’ as soon as possible!
Can I propose “boyish” looking Alice Delahunty, responsible for building and maintaining the electricity transmission network in England and Wales
Bet she votes green …
I went for an unscheduled tour of National Grid’s web site about 2 years ago, looking for some technical documents – it was a dispiriting experience, they’ve gone the full DEI and more. Iirc, there’s some Oirish twerp who was CEO and his bletherings were off the scale wokery – just batshit stupid management flatulence. Lots of ladies in top jobs with what looked to me like wholly inadequate experience and the few men who got coverage seemed to be apologising…
I’d add that whoever’s in charge of publishing statutory information needs sacking.
– not good
