The BBC have got themselves into a spot of bother. Over Glastonbury and a punk duo called Bob – vile – Vylan shouting out ‘Kill the Israel Defence Force. Naughty BBC! The incident has attracted the attention of the Culture Secretary. Will Tim Davie be forced to resign?

But in real life nothing will happen , nothing will change – attention will be gone by Tuesday …

I saw that the IDF killer has gigs later in the week ..

    Here’s some bias for you.
On BBC Londonistan. A main feature about the 3 rd anniversary of a woman murdered in the street. A campaign for safe streets for women is ongoing.
    So why the bias?
Because the lazy useless BBC don’t bother to look at the homicide rates.
Three times as many men are murdered as women.
Most women are murdered in the home by a husband or partner.
Four times more men than women are killed by a stranger.

In other words, women have little to fear from walking home at night. I fully accept this is counter-intuitive.
An inconvenient truth which shows wimmin campaigns in a rather different light from that offered by the BBC.

I might also add that black people represent four times more victims than their population proportion. (Asian victims are proportionately in-line with their populations).and represent five times more suspects than their population proportion. But of course we can’t comment on this. It might be racist. So the BBC don’t.

      Dry road.
      Totally clear visibility.
      Light traffic.
      All lanes full width.
      No roadworks.
      No maintenance work
      No maintenance workers, vans, signage.
Yet for ten miles the speed limit was 50 mph.
      Why?
Because some lazy useless official had put them in place.
And whether valid or not, you will get a speeding fine if you exceed this brain-numbingly ridiculous low limit.
There is apparently no defence that the speed limit was wrongly applied.
The state is criminalising millions of perfectly ordinary decent people.
It’s just yet another racket to rake in the cash.

Sluff, It’s very simply deliberate – and it’s not a conspiracy theory – it’s absolutely in your face. The eastern part of the M3 was utterly farcical for about 5 years. I saw excavators and generators with tree seedlings on top….

I notice that the local rag media have been clearly told what to say / how to pitch articles and they’ve been culling any commenters that offer evidence and criticism.

The M4 / M5 around Bristol similarly has simply bonkers limits applied and odd hours. I’ve seen the gantry cameras flashing when no limit displayed and cars are doing ca. 60mph.

Melanie Phillips on the BBC’s antisemitism and Glastonbury.

“Both the BBC and the Labour government have played a key role in bringing about this wholesale hijack of conscience and repudiation of justice and rationality, and fuelling this current pre-pogrom climate of hatred of Israel.

Day in, day out the BBC pumps out Hamas propaganda — either from Gaza “sources” or laundered through the utterly compromised and complicit humanitarian and human rights establishment — that twists demonstrable facts in order to represent, entirely falsely, the Israeli targets of genocide as aggressors and human rights abusers.

Through serial lies and libels, through radical decontextualisation and selective reporting, the BBC has presented the IDF as demonic child-killers bent upon starving the Arabs of Gaza and wantonly killing them. Those screaming on innumerable BBC broadcasts about the numbers killed by the IDF in Gaza never acknowledge that, according to Hamas’s own statistics, more than 70 per cent of them were fighting-age males. If the BBC has ever reported on the Gazans being murdered by Hamas for the crime of receiving food aid from the Americans and the Israelis — as they are — or the Gazans expressing hatred of Hamas and gratitude to America and Israel — as they are— this must have somehow slipped under the radar.

The BBC is a principal engine of incitement to hatred of Israel. It embodies a hermetically sealed thought system in the cult of progressivism and, like the university humanities departments that closed the minds of its staff, it is beyond redemption.”

On October 2021, David Amess MP was savagely murdered by an Islamist. Three days later, Parliament paid tribute to him. According to some MPs, David Amess had simply ‘tragically passed’, as though he had died peacefully of old age or illness e.g. see Jeffrey Donaldson’s speech as reported in Hansard, 18/10/2021 (to his credit, Keir Starmer was forthright and honest in describing the circumstances.). Perhaps Kneecap would avoid trouble if they used a slogan such as ‘Encourage your MP to pass’, or Bob Vylan (real name Pascal Robinson-Foster) could politely ask IDF soldiers to ‘Please pass’ instead.

  18. Doublethinker says:

Michael Gove, the now editor of the Spectator, interviewed Matt Goodwin on Spectator TV last week.

Goodwin was outspoken in condemning Islam as being incompatible with Western values . Gove asked for examples and Goodwin delivered a killer reply , why has there been so little, virtually no, condemnation of the rape and torture gangs by Muslim communities , any Muslim community , in the country.
If the rape and torture of tens of thousands of young white girls isn’t totally unacceptable and the perpetrators deserving of ostracisation by a community , then the community clearly does not share our values.
Gove obviously felt this was a powerful point and seemed to accept it.
Goodwin called for a real points based system for immigration based on immediate ability to contribute high skills and , crucially, cultural compatibility with a limit of 50,000 per year . No Muslims allowed!!
He also wanted all Sharia courts disbanded , no cousin marriage , radical reassertion of British values in schools.

Gove didn’t agree or disagree but the fact that he chose to interview Goodwin himself on his magazine’s own channel demonstrates that he is at least aware that Goodwin speaks for a rapidly growing body of opinion.
Even as recently as two or three years ago such an interview would not have been possible even on an obscure but still high establishment outlet as the Spectator. Times they are a changin! Let’s hope it’s not too late.

The 50,000 should, of course, be backdated to the start of the so-called ‘Boris wave’. Three million people have arrived since then – at 50,000 a year that means we’ve just had 60 years worth of immigration since 2021. So, no more needed (sic) until 2081, subject closed.

Temperatures have once again hit 31C (88F) in London as a new heatwave continues to build. (Zahra Fatima, BBC News, Darren Bett, Lead weather presenter)

And we close with a serious issue buried beneath all the hot air and all that foreign bang-bang fuss…

Whitty signed off on Covid care home plan… told the Covid Inquiry he was “not closely involved”… scheme to discharge thousands of hospital patients into care homes… But emails show that Sir Chris’ office signed off guidance for care homes (Telegraph)

Have you noticed how some protests are good… and some are bad?

Some popular protests get the Red Light (those post-Southport anti-mass-immigration protests for instance) and some get the Green Light.

“Red light! Green light!” (Squid Game)

    Regime change in the offing…?

Serbia police clash with anti-government protesters in Belgrade… as student-led demonstrations mount pressure on the populist government. “We want elections!” the crowd chanted. (Stuart Lau & James Chater, BBC News)

Apparently this one gets the Green Light. Did you spot the giveaway clue: “populist” ?

President Vucic accused protesters calling for an election of being part of a foreign plot trying to usurp his country. (BBC)

Perish the thought. Why on earth would any shady foreign cabal want to interfere with internal Serbian politics?

As Saturday’s protest ended, organisers played a statement to the crowd, calling for Serbians to “take freedom into your own hands” and giving them the “green light”… has maintained close ties to Russia, and Serbia – a candidate for EU membership – has not joined the Western sanctions regime imposed on Moscow over its invasion of Ukraine. (BBC)

    That’s why.

I just thought I’d pop by and offer my two penn’orth (for what it’s worth) regarding Glastonbury and that hideous sub-human antisemite…

Yes, I’m irritated by this ugly brute, but I despise the audience even more. Look at them. Incredibly privileged, virtually all of them white, woke and well-heeled. FFS, tickets cost north of £373! They preach about “open borders” but they keep the riff-raff out with a huge fence and you have to pass through a gate to reach the festival.
And there they are all flying their Palestinian flags (though our own Union flag would cause a riot) and squealing their support for the missing link. Typical…

But I’ve seen it all before. Nigh on fifty years ago The Sex Pistols made their name by going on live TV and swearing. It cost Bill Grundy his job, but it gave these talentless tossers endless publicity and while Bill drifted into obscurity and alcoholism the Pistols were feted by the BBC and appeared on Top of the Pops.

This repulsive creature at Glasto’ is pretty much the same, just five decades later.

And he’s even uglier than Johnny Rotten…

Jeff – i – too was around when the sex pistols were causing ‘outrage ‘ … but I’d judge it to be sort of ‘ceremonial outrage ‘ – Malcolm McLaren getting them to do it for the publicity ….

.. but the latest version is far more sinister – political . But hands up – I didn’t see any of the ‘event ‘ – but there was enough political hate in it to far exceed what Mr Rotten got up to .

And I don’t think any of them will be doing butter adverts in 30 years time .

Glastonbury will be forgotten by Tuesday …. It will be ‘Wimbledon outrage ‘ by then …

When it comes to illegal immigrants I apply some basic psychology to the type of person that crosses the channel. That person is prepared to carry out an illegal act in order to get their way and to impose himself on a largely unwilling host country, an indication of narcissism and sociopathy. I would say a good number these people have sociopathic tendencies. They aren’t people we want here or should welcome.

Sociopaths, or individuals with Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD), often exhibit a persistent disregard for the rights and feelings of others, characterized by manipulation, deceit, impulsivity, and a lack of empathy or remorse.

On the BBC’S main internet news page. They advertise a
49 second viseo clip for “What is the controversy around Bob
    Vylan’s performance.”
In the 49 seconds we are told that Glastonbury consider
it to be appalling. The Prime Minister. BUT not the BBC.
    and you may ask why?
Because the BBC knew exactly knew what they were doing
by showing this vomit live! The reason being is that they
support Hamas, Hezbollah, The Houthis and Iran in
their holy wars against the Yids. And why? Well what is
    the elephant in the room?

You probably hadn’t heard of Bob Vylan before this week — I hadn’t either.

But somehow, this unknown punk act found himself centre stage at Glastonbury, spewing hate against Jews and Israel, chanting “Death to the IDF” while tens of thousands of white progressives clapped along like mindless fools.

And it’s becoming a sick new fad in entertainment: washed-up musos and talentless comedians realising that the fastest way to go viral is to spew hate at Jews and Israel.

Ans: Activist and/or faith corrupted and dominated media. Plus symbiotic profile/ratings. A sick combo.

BBC chief must go over Glastonbury’s call to kill Jews

The crowds at the Glastonbury music festival comprise of over 1,000 BBC staff who wave rainbow (pro-gender bending drugs) flags, Ukrainian (pro-war) flags, Pakistani (pro-rape) flags, Islamic (pro-immigration) flags, European Union (pro-elitism) flags and Palestinian (anti-Semitism) flags, but BBC staff only burn Union Jacks and Israeli flags. BBC staff stay in hotels that ban illegal imigrants, but still cost the licence payer £400 per night: https://www.conservativewoman.co.uk/bbc-chief-must-go-over-glastonbury-anti-semitic-rant

Ok — so the BBC has apologised . So did Lucy Connolly – but unlike Lucy Connolly – put through a show trial and appeal – nothing will happen to the BBC .

The TTK effect in action . At the minimum the DG should be fired ….

But let’s hope it damages the BBC ….

Apparently Alex Nowrasteh — the ‘well-respected’ Cato Institute’s vice president for economic and social policy studies, has tried to classify fentanyl drug deaths as being purely ‘voluntary transactions’, which therefore cannot be counted when looking at deaths as a result of the trafficking of such drugs across the southern border of the US. Of course, he just wants to minimise deaths categorised as caused by the illegal ventures into the US via their southern border for the purposes of the Cato Institute’s own policitcal ends, i.e. so that no-one knows the true cost of the Biden ‘open borders’ screw-up.

Hmm – given the ever-increasing number of illegal drug overdoses in the UK these days (especially in the central belt of Scotland), should we therefore just leave anyone idiotic enough to have a ‘voluntary transaction’ to just get on with it, and not involve any medical intervention when they do overdose. I think it would not be difficult to get a reasonable consensus on that.

This is the heart of contemporary antisemitism.
So long as the lie is accepted that Israel is carrying out genocide, like Nazis, and that the overwhelming majority of Jews are complicit, then people will treat Jews as one would treat Nazis.

Yes shouting “genocide” is a trick

Novara and their head gob were prevalent a while ago across all TV producer guest panel lists, but the latter went a step too far and they got sidelined.

Champion endured as a vaguely separate (from reality) entity but dropped off too.

This must represent a serious drop in personal revenue, so the spreader of so much good will and other things must see the new BBC cubicle garden % as being enough now to get back in and on.

The QT panel and bussed ins will be to die for this Thursday.
