I’m available and the BBC is in crisis. Trouble on the Set of Eastenders, trouble over Gregg Wallace, there is still trouble over Glastonbury and the D-G has not resigned – yet! You can help things along by not paying the TellyTax.

The BBC appear incapable of getting all the newspapers on its web-site and some are out of focus or distinctly fuzzy. The BBC believe everything that Hamas tell them and are constantly critical of Israel. The BBC now appear to be leading the so-called middle classes to be anti-semitic. Small wonder after Glastonbury and much of the BBC’s output. Defund the BBC!

The BBC tend to be mouthpieces for the Labour Party and attack Reform UK as the noxious Naughtie did on TWotWee today

I know about the Push Unit, but when did it become the politicians’ responsibility to control the population’s behaviour. If I like salt on my dinner and sugar in my tea, it should be my decision. If I want to run my tap whilst I brush my teeth, it should be my decision (when I didn’t I had to use soda crystals down the pipe to clean it, the crystals ate the pipe and I had to get the plumber) and if I want to watcher Clarkson and not the BBC, I shouldn’t need a license.

GBNews reporting the death of a child from measles. Although they admit the child had other medical conditions, the death is being linked to a rise in children not being vaccinated. I could almost believe the press release was prepared some time ago and it was just waiting to ink in the name of the city where the child lived. I assume they were really waiting for a child without other issues to sadly pass away but having waited a while, they had to go with this case. Cynical? Me?

      https://www.army.mod.uk/army-careers/careers/diversity-and-inclusion/

“Diversity, inclusion and respect sit at the heart of the Army’s values and ethos, and rightly so. To continue to be recognised as one of the leading army’s in the world we must be able to recruit and retain a diversity of talent and thought, drawing from all sections of society.”

The Army have four employee support networks to support serving soldiers and offer advice to the leadership and policy teams, they are:

      Army Servicewomen’s Network

      Army BAME Network

      Army LGBT+ Forum

      Army Parent’s Network

In addition there are a number of defence faith and health networks that offer more specialised staff support.

On November 5, 2009, a mass shooting took place at Fort Hood near Killeen, Texas, United States.[1] Nidal Hasan, a U.S. Army major and psychiatrist, fatally shot 13 people and injured more than 30 others.

According to eyewitnesses, Hasan then went around behind the desk and bowed his head for several seconds, before he suddenly stood up, shouted “Allahu Akbar !” and opened fire.

Gaza officials say children killed in strike as Israeli military admits ‘error’
    https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/c0rvxjnvv71o

It’s just relentless. The headline is 100% worded to make you think they did it deliberately and only now admit to making an error. When the truth is they said the missile had a technical error and missed the precision-point it was meant to hit – which contained a Hamas fighter.

The entire reason for this attack – the fact that this fighter was so close to these civilians – is quickly forgotten of course and not mentioned again.

Another from the BBC’s Muslim correspondent who lives in Gaza but has run away and now presumably gets all his information second hand from unidentified people.
Any notion that what this man writes is ‘unbiased’ is ridiculous. As is the fact that almost the entire BBC news output is now based on what the Muslims and Hamas in Gaza tell them.
They tell us what Israel say in response because they have to – but it’s basic facts only and nothing like the mountain of empathy we get with what the Muslims say.

Sources say that most of the Beeboid’s output is made up by AI, and all they have to do is ‘programme’ their output based on previous stuff they prepared before computers took over!

So, as they’ve always been anti-Semitic, etc., their ‘bulletins’ are just rehashes of earlier stuff, which of course, continues the bile they spit on Israel, and reveres the Hamas lies…

They do the same with the ridiculous ‘climate change’ borrocks, the rape gangs, illegals infesting our country, Labour’s pathetic financial mismanagement of the UK, and every other sordid little tittle-tattle they can plug into the system, regardless of whether it’s even true or not!

The Sith Floor don’t even have to do much more than press a few buttons, roll out a few far-left-infused biased ‘facts’, and a ‘report’ is made ready for the children downstairs, to turn into a ‘story’ at the flick of a switch!

The Telly tax pays for all this nonsense, and everyone in W1AA is happy to be a part of the Bulls**t Brigade’s thrall!

I never believe a word they say nowadays, and if the lumpen throng think it’s the ‘truth’, then they’re still part of the problem…

What I do notice Scrobs is how all their articles have a certain style and way of using words. Very often I examine the words closely and they are very cleverly written to say one thing, avoid saying another and/or leave an inference to make you think in a specific way about the story.

I have often wondered how all these narcissitic clones manage to churn out such similar articles. It points very strongly to some overall tool or supervision they all are under. I wonder if they use AI for that.

I’d be very surprised if the sausage machine of output didn’t have editorial guidelines and style guides driven by endless committee meetings feeding a Large Language Model….

I played around with Chat GPT and language for what seemed ages when it launched. It supported nuancing out of the gate and certainly took input text and twisted the meaning dutifully as instructed.

What has got my urine turned to steam over some years is the policy where they won’t publish an article that puts a local council in a bad light if the council goes full no comment. The same reticence applies to reporting antics of their own staff = omission unless a matter has gotten out to the courts / employment tribunals etcetera…

Reported in various places but not by the BBC. For obvious reasons : they are typical of thhe middle-class racists the report is about.

This should be a huge story : an entire section of the population is provably racist. It’s a left-wing activist’s wet dream.

Except it’s them who are the racists. So they invoke their extreme double-standards and hypocrisy and ignore it.

    They said, “If you teazle

1 ‘report ‘ -without attribution or verification something bad in Gaza -today it’s dead kids

2 – give air to someone who claims to be a parent of one of the dead kids . He ll then deliver the approved Islamic Hamas propaganda ( or else they’ll kill him ) – never a challenge

3 dig up some Islamic UN type – today the character wasn’t even in Israel or Gaza – he slops out the Islamic Hamas message about bad Israelis – no challenge – no contrary

4 roll out Jeremy Bowen to stick the knife in with the help of the Today Presenters – Bowen – presumably being a parasite in Israel talks from his tax paid hotel room about stuff he has no direct knowledge of ….

5 refer to the failure of the ‘international community ‘ or the nonsense ‘international law ‘ stuff – usually about Israel IDF ‘breaking ‘ some law or other ….

6 make negative comments about both president trump ( always referred to as ‘Trump’ – never ‘ president ‘ ) and also the Israeli Prime Minister

7 don’t mention hostages – don’t mention that Palestine is a wholly owned organ of Islamic Hamas – Iran …..

    BBC failures under the spotlight
DT Today by: Anita Singh who writes:

“You wait ages for a BBC report, then two come along at once.

Today we are expecting the long-delayed review into the corporation’s documentary, Gaza: How To Survive A War Zone. Specifically, how the BBC came to broadcast it without doing the necessary checks to discover that the child narrator was the son of a Hamas minister. The report is understood to identify a number of procedural failures within the BBC News division.

At the same time, and doubling the pressure on director-general Tim Davie, we should see the findings of an investigation into Gregg Wallace’s behaviour on MasterChef. The presenter has already been told he will never work for the BBC again, but today we will hear details of the allegations against him.

Both reports have taken far too long. The Gaza documentary was broadcast in February; Wallace was forced to step down last November. The BBC is also conducting yet another report, attempting to explain how Bob Vylan’s “death to the IDF” chant and derogatory comments about a “Zionist” record boss were broadcast from Glastonbury.

The Telegraph understands that BBC staff have “lawyered up” ahead of the report, with BBC News staff seeking legal advice as they fear being scapegoated.

Lisa Nandy, the Culture Secretary, is “exasperated” by the time it has taken to publish the Gaza review and dissatisfied with the responses she has received to questions about the Glastonbury fiasco.

Yesterday, Dame Melanie Dawes, the Ofcom chief executive, added her voice to the criticism.
“I think it’s very frustrating that the BBC has had some own goals in this area, with the Gaza documentary and then with the Glastonbury coverage, and it does start to erode public trust and confidence.

“Above all, what frustrates me and others is that when these things go wrong, it can take a long time for the BBC to see that something has happened, when everybody else was there within a matter of hours.

“I think they need to get a grip quicker, get these reports and investigation concluded sooner, otherwise there is a real risk of a sort of loss of confidence in the BBC, which is a shame,” she told the BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg.

In what is either an accident of timing or a bold attempt to front all this out, Mr Davie will publish the BBC’s annual report tomorrow and go in front of the press. Yesterday, he looked the picture of relaxation as he watched the Wimbledon final from the royal box. The next 48 hours won’t be so enjoyable.”

THE BBC seem fixated by the claims of the MET Office. Its as if they share the same apocalyptic news briefing. Its not Summer – its the Earth burning up!

    (1) The UK Met Office has just published its annual State of the UK Climate report for last year. It reads more like a political pamphlet than a scientific one.

The Press Release sets the tone at the very start:
Record breaking and extreme weather has become increasingly commonplace in the UK as our climate has changed over the last few decades.
The latest assessment of the UK’s climate shows how baselines are shifting, records are becoming more frequent and that temperature and rainfall extremes are becoming the norm’.

But there is this interesting fact: its false.
    (2) The UK Met Office recently declared an average daily maximum temperature of 22.3°C for June 2025 at Lowestoft: Monkton Avenue. But there is no weather station at Lowestoft and hasn’t been since 2010. Over the last 15 years, the temperature measurements published in the Met Office’s Historic Station Database have been invented, or rather estimated according to the State meteorologist with figures from “well-correlated related neighbouring stations”. This explanation might be more plausible if the Met Office could actually name the stations, presumably a simple task with the vital scientific input data readily to hand. Alas, it seems not. A number of Freedom of Information (FOI) requests for the identity of these well-correlated stations near Lowestoft and other non-existent stations have been denied by the Met Office quoting “vexatious” grounds. It has concluded that the “public interest factors in favour of not responding to the requests outweighed the public interest factors in favour of responding to the requests”…

    (3) From the Climate Skeptic today:
“Simple FOI requests for data said to back non-existent temperature stations refused on ‘vexatious’ grounds by UK Met Office” – Serious doubts over the Met Office’s climate reporting are back, says Chris Morrison, after it was caught using data from long-closed weather stations and dismissing FOI requests as “vexatious”
    https://www.climateskeptic.org/p/climate-news-round-up-931?r=3pj1rb

We live in interesting times. The Met office, like the BBC is a government agency and both are classified as being ‘civil servants’ and have to sign a declaration like any Post Office Worker which also /was a governemnt agency. All have failed, some more than others.

Solar panels are designed to last for a long time, typically 25 to 30 years. While their efficiency may decrease slightly over time, they will continue to generate electricity even after this period. Most solar panels have a power output warranty that guarantees a certain level of performance over their lifespan, often 90% for the first 10 years and 80% for the full 25 years.

Meanwhile: in the real world… the BBC staffers have all gone to a state run University: Specialism MEDIA productions. That is the basic intro for the BBC ‘drama and entertainment’ dept. as well as news propaganda they call impartial, whilst admitting that they accept ‘activists’ as if they were ‘experts’, when they are clearly unemployed media students looking for a job.

I am have just read this informative article…. (excerpt) Showing the media bias at Universities who think they ‘know it all’. This is a retired Professor who really is an expert, and would NEVER be featured on any BBC channel, as he is an impartial EXPERT.

“What do you think about the academic quality nowadays in the US and Europe?

(Professor Richard Lindzen talks and video of the craziness of the UK and US establishment in promoting a global climate that does not exist)…

We’re watching our universities self-destruct. It’s outrageous. If you look at Harvard University… I graduated from Harvard, I taught there, I was a professor for a dozen years. They had a president, Claudine Gay, who wrote 11 papers in her whole life, and most of them were copied from something else. How did this happen? At MIT, we have a president, Sally Kornbluth. I’m sure she’s a nice lady. She was a biologist at Duke University. She hasn’t the faintest idea what she’s doing. She needs to say she has some grand idea. So she’s decided the grand idea is climate. She knows nothing about climate. What is the big problem she’s dealing with? How to get the music department involved in the war on climate. I mean, it’s absolutely crazy.”

I see Labour are planning to alter the voting system for mayoral candidates. All in the interests of keeping Reform from winning.
There doesn’t seem to be much outrage at such blatant manipulation. I thought there would be, especially after they postponed so many county elections. Apathy reigns, apparently!
For those who are concerned this latest move must come as a warning that Labour, realizing that the first past the post system is past and will not serve their needs for the future, may suddenly introduce proportional representation for 2029 without a referendum.
As a staunch advocate of PR you may think that I should be welcoming that! Nope, because the system they will probably go for will be the Single Transferable Vote or the Supplementary system. The first produces political stalemates (see Ireland) and the second only reinforces the two main parties and limits the limits the scope of third parties.
I know that many on the right do not like the very thought of PR but it is time to realize that it is going happen as the last election’s bizarre and disastrous result has shown that you have an electorate voting multiparty and the system only allowing Tweedledee or Tweedledum.
The Lib Dems, being stupid, have opted for STV. Whereas the current system operating in Scotland and Wales is the D’Hont system which is much superior in practice.
I know most brits don’t want to get into thinking about this but if you don’t then the Lib Dems, under the genius Ed Davey, will make the decision for you

If I hadn’t watched GBNews yesterday I wouldn’t have known there was an incident at Southend airport. Even by yesterday evening the airport was still closed. Andrew Pierceand Bev Turner (or was it Dawn?) bewailing there were still no details. By lunchtime Monday still no details. We can presume from the smoke that something had happened, perhaps even a small plane crashing. There are still no updates like was everyone ok. The two on GBNews thought it odd, and so do I. Whatever story comes out, with such a delay, I won’t believe it. Somebody somewhere is writing the press release and it will be a work of fiction.

You’ll have to forgive me Guest Who but the nature of the smoke column was characterised by the fact that being a Medevac aircraft it was carrying a huge amount of oxygen (before anyone says “Shill” this is a fact which can easily be verified on the owning company’s web site). With that much oxygen on tap even stuff which wouldn’t usually be interested in burning turns into a raging inferno (Apollo 1 qv). The delay in saying how many were on board may well be because, courtesy of the oxygen, there weren’t many remains left to count thus holding up informing relatives and subsequently any public announcement.

    1) Things we need to do to stop water flooding our cities, villages, etc. She then went into detail about these “things” we need to build.

I thought, you mean “drains”? We’ve had them for years!

    2) She then started talking about “Tree Canopies” (large) and “Tree Canopies” (small) – WTF! – to stop the sun’s damage during “extreme weather”. You should’ve heard her, as if she’d just discovered fire or the wheel!

I thought to myself, you mean planting trees to give us some shade when the sun shines?

We all too often hear the bbbc have made an ‘error’ and have given out some piece of news which they have later had to correct and publish an apology (hidden about 30 pages in) and something nearer the actual truth.

I wonder if anybody has made a list of all these ‘errors’ and put them under the headings of Bad for the Right and Bad for the Left.
    Include all the Gaza misinformation.
In general, all the news items that damage everything us lot support, woke, net zero, Trump etc in the Bad for the Right column and things that damage the left in the Bad for the Left column.

I believe the Bad for the Right ‘errors’ column would be well into the hundreds, perhaps thousands and the Bad for the Left ‘errors’ would be virtually empty.

If someone were to publish these two columns it should be proof to everybody that the bbbc is a very left wing corrupt organisation and has been getting away with it because all the politicians are just like them.
