‘Eerily calm’ Sudanese migrant found guilty of stabbing two neighbours in row over loud music

A Sudanese migrant has been convicted of attempted murder and wounding with intent following a knife attack on two neighbours at a shared property in Sunderland.

Adam Ahmed, 30, was found guilty at Newcastle Crown Court after stabbing Leon Askew and Robert Graham at the multi-occupancy residence on Roker Avenue in June.

The jury determined Ahmed had attempted to kill Mr Askew but cleared him of the same charge regarding Mr Graham, instead convicting him of wounding with intent for that attack.

Both victims required surgical treatment for their injuries following the violence, which occurred on June 21 shortly after 4.30pm.

Not BBC related (but not analysed by the BBC ) about no juries but only judges .

The Judges are paid by the government . The government levies taxes which enables them to pay the judges .

If someone has a dispute with the taxman , and HMRC thinks they can end the dispute by prosecuting the one they dispute with , would a judge in this case be wholly impartial ?

Especially if the dispute could lead to others winning their case and the tax take is diminished ?

Could a government lean on the judge(s) even in an oblique way to infer less tax taken in equals less salary for the judiciary ?

Someone was showing me his AI app on his phone which he genuinely uses for marketing his own business. However he showed me how he had taken a photo of an elderly couple sitting side by side on the sofa. They are married to each other, just as well. He told his app to make a video of them kissing passionately. Within seconds he had on his phone what appeared to be the couple needing their own room. Had the couple not been married to each other, there would have been evidence for a divorce. This is scary stuff.

“As a criminal defense attorney, one of the most common and dangerous misconceptions I encounter is the belief that innocent people should have no problem talking to the police. The idea is simple: “If you have nothing to hide, why not just explain yourself?” Unfortunately, this mindset has led countless individuals—many of them completely innocent—into legal jeopardy.

The reality is that law enforcement officers are trained interrogators whose goal is to gather evidence, not necessarily to seek the truth. Even if you are innocent, your words can be misinterpreted, twisted, or taken out of context. A minor inconsistency—something as small as getting a timeline slightly wrong—can be used to question your credibility. Once law enforcement believes you might be guilty, confirmation bias kicks in, and every statement you make can be viewed as further evidence against you.”

This website is about ” BIASED BBC” so although trivial
I am going to write about it. A ” disaster” was always likely
to happen on Strictly Come Dancing” when the powers at
be at the BBC let a PROFESSIONAL dancer be a contestant
on the show competing with amateurs.
I will make analogy . In the last Olympics should of a man
pf been allowed to compete against women in BOXING or
    in fact any power event?
The viewing public really don’t like this BIASED situation
and even if the judges give Amber Davies 10’s for every dance
she does . The public are NOT going to let her win . And because
of this we reached the situation when Lewis Cope who
although in Billy Elliot as a kid on stage is now known for being
in Emmerdale Farm, has turned out to be just about the best male competing dancer we have seen on Strictly.
Last night we saw the dance off between Amber and Lewes .
And Lewes had one of two hopes from the PROFESSIONAL
dance Judges Bob Hope and No hope. actually I was surprised
that at least Craig Revel Horton didn’t get up and walk off the
stage and say that he wasn’t standing for this BBC set up.

Public no longer trust NHS over dementia care – frets our ever-excitable Daily Mail

This, frankly unsurprising claim, comes as a result of a bastard child of mixed heritage from the journalistic clichés Damning Report and Exclusive Poll: Exclusive: Damning poll finds only 1 in 4 confident they’d receive good treatment

Damning poll…? That might come in handy here: Flood alerts triggered across South East… Met Office has issued a yellow warning for rain… The government agency said heavy rain may bring travel disruption in places from Monday night into Tuesday. People can expect a “slight chance” of power cuts (BBC reporting by the interestingly named Joshua Askew – I’m sure all Beeb news is absolutely straight without even a hint of any reports going askew – sarc. – as the kids would say)

Damning poll…? wasn’t he the bloke who: James Delingpole is a columnist and podcast host who has written for publications including The Telegraph, The Spectator and served as editor of the UK-spinoff of the Breitbart media franchise, Breitbart London. He continues to work as a columnist and film reviewer for The Spectator, while interviewing a wide array of conspiracy-theorist influencers for his podcast, “The Delingpod”. Recent interviews include Laura Towler, Deputy Leader of the neo-Nazi group Patriotic Alternative, and the Holocaust denier Nick Kollerstrom. Others include the fascist social media influencer Morgoth. – thanks for the recommendation Hope Not Hate case file. I’ll check him out, he sounds… sound.

    Nation of goldfish

Only 1 in 4 of us trust the NHS to provide dementia care – perhaps that’s OK because our Sir Keir is happy to assume our collective public memory is about only about three months long anyway…

Rayner will rejoin cabinet, Starmer says… just three months after she was forced to resign… following a Telegraph investigation into her taxes (Telegraph)

On the subject of our failing NHS, and indeed the Labour succession, how’s the lad Streeting doing? Seems even the Labour-friendly, NHS-worshipping Guardian ain’t much impressed…

Patients at risk as one in seven GP referrals ‘vanish into black hole’… questions about how accurate the NHS waiting list is as a true reflection of the number of people who need care (Guardian – with the single by-line Denis Campbell – I find my trust in the verity of a report diminishes in correlation to the number of journos credited increases)

The solution to our missing records of course will be extra NHS funding and – perchance – Digital ID for all UK residents? But I digress. About these diminishingly trustworthy multiple by-line reports…

Zelensky due at Downing Street for high-level Ukraine talks (Paul Seddon and Rachel Muller-Heyndyk, BBC)

“Britain needs some tough love. When we’ve got millions of healthy individuals of working age sitting on benefits, contributing sod all? The message has to be harsh.

    Get a job.

It’s that, or you’ll be given a job.

A few months to find work you want, past that? If you want benefits, you will work for them. You will contribute. You will not sit at home in your dressing gown watching daytime television. You will not be able to raise a family on the back of other parents who are doing the work for you.

    You will work.

We don’t need mass immigration. We need to get our own people working.

Tough love. Really tough love. Why won’t other politicians say it?

    Votes. They want votes.

I don’t care about that. The message, and resulting policy, must be clear and unambiguous.

If you can work, you must work.

Change the tax system so that such work is more rewarding than claiming benefits. How this even needs saying is entirely beyond me.

We solve the benefits crisis, we can start to solve everything else. So many Britain’s problems comes down to our own indolent population of healthy claimants who want to spend a lifetime on benefits.

No. That won’t be allowed anymore.”

The BBC mindset is deeply embedded right across society…even at the Spectator. We have Trump Derangement Syndrome but there’s also Tommy Robinson Derangement Syndrome where if he is associated with anything it is by default ‘bad’….such as, lol, Christianity….used to be a time when Christians welcomed ‘sinners’ back into the fold….but apparently some are beyond the pale…especially if you are ‘pale’….if you’re a brown-skinned illegal migrant with quite possibly very dangerous intent and mindset and are scamming the system by falsely claiming to have converted to Christianity…that’s brilliant…come on in…white skinned person with rational views….crucify them.

You can see this at the Spectator in two separate articles…one asking for more religion in Christmas…and the other denouncing Tommy Robinson for, er, demanding more religion in Christmas.

‘Put Christ back into Christmas cards’
‘we can and should still strive to put the Christmas message at the heart of our festive card choice. I will be….So this year, I’m going fully God-squad.’

    On the other hand…

‘Tommy Robinson wants to put ‘Christ back into Christmas’? No, thanks’
‘So Tommy Robinson is inviting us all to have Christmas with him. The far-right activist has announced that there will be a huge open air carol concert in central London on 13 December, a seasonal Unite the Kingdom rally. The aim, he says, ‘is to put Christ back into Christmas.’ Hmm, isn’t that what thousands of church services already do?’

Er no…the Church is more than happy to oversee the massive decline in Christianity…it would more welcome Muslims taking over its cathedrals than ‘sinners’ like Robinson turning to Christianity. I’ve lived in the country for twenty years with a church just down the road…you’d never know apart from the bells ringing out occasionally. They don’t bother to promote themselves and Christianity in the slightest.

The lie at the heart of the second article is that the writer complains Robinson is politicising religion [thought for the day on R4 this morning…we must do ‘climate change’]..

‘Here’s the crucial thing: a Christian should separate his affirmation of Christianity from his affirmation of pride in his nation. Why? Because a modern Briton ought to be proud of his nation for its ability to unite people of different religions and ethnicities. He should be proud of his nation’s liberalism. ‘

Ah but…that’s just for the Right…if you’re a liberal then politics and religion should mix…

‘Now it is politically dangerous[Robinson’s view]. The Church of England should explicitly state why Tommy Robinson is wrong: our national Christian tradition affirms the liberal state. It’s really as simple as that.’

So you should be proud of your nation’s liberalism and the Church should support that…but any other political viewpoint isn’t acceptable and is politicising religion?

Classic BBC type hypocritical holier than thou tosh.

It appears that our disgraceful country is allowing in hardly any children from Gaza for free NHS treatment!!!!!

A spokesperson tugged at our heartstrings over a boy needing treatment. Our heartless authorities won’t allow his mother and all his siblings to come over here to support him.

Another boy is over for prosthetics as they were blown off in an Israeli…..get that…..Israeli attack. He can’t play football any more.

Anna Foster, who the editorial team are pushing to the fore like nobody’s business, carried out the ‘interview’ in the same style as she ‘interviewed’ a couple of other activistbsob story types last week.

Questions not asked were such as how many children are being treated by nearby Arab countries, or why does Egypt really not want to open the Rafa crossing.

Those on NHS waiting lists will surely be relieved that we can prioritise in their place people with absolutely no link or commitment to our country, nor record of paying for the services that the activists expect us to provide.

The Representation of the Peoples Act is a spiteful piece of legislation now used to target reform activists and people who are not in the Uniparty. Name and address, electoral expenses, treating etc etc.

The RPA originally intended to make a fair playing field among the candidates is now used to criminalise those unaware of secret judicial activism.

There are multiple problems with the current state of affairs:

        1) Citizens can not be reasonably expected to know the current thinking of judicial activism that has totally perverted the original intention of the act. For example ‘Promoting a party’ now also includes ‘demoting a party’ according to some fu*kwit judge who says ‘demoting’ means ‘promoting all the other parties’.

        2) Members of the Uniparty flouting the rules come up before a ‘special’ 2T judge who lets them off with any old excuse. Google Ben Bradshaw.

        3) Little old ladies of 80 years campaigning against abortion and letting the public know the abortion views of candidates are automatically criminalised by the RPA even against an ECHR judgement.

The RPA is now a snitchers charter and saves plod from the inconvenience of catching all those thieves.

The man then answers, ‘OK,’ and after some time he then agreed to buy a car.

So he pays for the car in advance, and just before he leaves he asks the owner,

‘Can I pick the car up in the morning or afternoon?’

‘It’s 10 years away, what does it matter?’

‘The plumber is coming in the morning’.

Ironic really as the McClaren product is marketed to the very rich and famous and the company is the result of basic entrepreneurship. You couldn’t think of a more inappropriate person than Smarmer to make his appearance in that environment.

As expected Essex plod is to ‘interview’ the ex councillor who is making allegations against Nigel Farage . Very fast response eh? So it looks like mr Farage will be interviewed before Christmas and a TTK file sent to the TTK CPS to prefer the TTK charges to appear before a TTK court in – maybe – 2028 …. With bail conditions imposed on said Mr Farage will be….
TTK will probably make him wear a tag …

The Federal Opposition today said the revelation of $2.3 billion in unlawful payments in breach of section 83 of the Constitution is no simple error — it is a blank cheque culture inside a Government that has lost control of spending, debt and basic financial discipline.

Anyone who can afford to leave Britain should.

For white British it is like 1932 for German Jews.

Things are going to get a lot worse.

“The UK has pledged around £21.8 billion in total support to Ukraine since February 2022, encompassing roughly £13 billion in military aid, including significant loans and equipment, and around £5 billion in non-military support for economic stability, humanitarian efforts, and energy sector repair, with commitments extending through 2030/31. This makes the UK a leading donor, alongside substantial, ongoing military assistance and large financial guarantees through international bodies”
