I’ve thought Burnham a wrong’un since (iirc) he took over from Patricia Hewitt as Health Secretary, Hewitt seemingly didn’t have the stomach for a full blown cover-up at Stafford NHS – and he organised / fronted a truly despicable episode of evasion etc…

    “Hundreds of patients died prematurely”…

In August 2013, BBC’s North West political correspondent Kevin Fitzpatrick emailed McMahon directly about allegations of child sexual exploitation linked to private clubs and shisha bars in Oldham.

He then explains that, at the request of GMP and the council, and following assurances from McMahon, the BBC agreed not to broadcast the story.

      Fitzpatrick’s own words are damning.
He states he “agreed to hold any story on the private clubs for the time being” and had “been true to his word.”
But “for the time being” became permanent. The story was never broadcast focusing on Oldham.
There was follow-up investigation into the community concerns. No revisiting when assurances proved hollow.
No escalation despite documented safeguarding concerns.
The BBC has never denied the authenticity of this email, nor disputed its contents

He and the BBC intend to cover up the GG inquiry in the same way

All Labour politicians are wrong’uns. Burnham is more of a wrong’un than most of the others.

“They’ve now rebranded Alaa Abd El-Fattah as a ‘writer and pro democracy activist’ while quietly burying his many racist, violent posts that are all over the internet.
    Defund the BBC.”

Starmer’s alleged Ukrainian rent boys. Is it possible they are a Putin false flag operation to discredit Smarmer.

Oh hang on! Smarmer needs no help on that front.

The fact the story has been so absolutely covered up tells me it isn’t. They would have told us the day after if that were the case. I wonder if Starmer has gagged the press or they just know whats good for them in this Brave New World where you can go to prison for years just for something you said which Starmer doesn’t like. And it doesn’t even matter if what you said it true or not.

When your argument is pure empathy and feeling, you have no argument at all. It’s cheap, deliberate, emotional rhetoric to distract the conversation from actual facts.

That is the Left to a T.

Man who died after pub attack was ‘devoted dad’
    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cm2vjm07v17o

So poor David Dark was murdered outside a pub in Leicestershire.

A man – 36 – has been arrested for the murder. I wondered if they would keep the spirit of the transparency they showed the other day when they were only too pleased to inform us a group of people found guilty were mainly white.

Nothing whatsoever about the man in this one though. And all the MSM are not allowing comments.

Welcome to racist Britain where murderers and rapists are protected if they are not white. I am still totally bewildered at why the Left think it is OK. It is the most extreme of racist double-standards.

It looks like the story of the Egyptian terrorist imported into the UK will disappear as both the reds and the blues will want to bury their support for him . I bet comrade speaker kills any questions over it too
I guess their parliament comes back around 5 January ( who cares ? ) and some New Year Islamic terrorist attack will fill the news ….

BBC news is reporting about elections in myramar? Is it a made up country ? But unlike UK – at least they have elections – probably as free and fair as a TTK Biden version ….

… elsewhere X is reporting that Nigel Farage was reported the tweets on an imported Egyptian terrorist to the plod … but I reckon they are away until mid January ….

Surely he should be referred to Prevent as a terrorist threat ? He’d like to kill me – and probably ..you ..

Someone in the Labour Party with common sense??

“A Labour MP has publicly questioned the decision to welcome British-Egyptian activist Alaa Abd El-Fattah to the UK, raising concerns over what checks were carried out before his return and criticising what he described as “vile” historic social media posts.

Tom Rutland, the Labour MP for East Worthing and Shoreham, asked why successive governments had prioritised bringing Mr Abd El-Fattah to Britain, and what vetting had been carried out. Writing on social media, Mr Rutland said it was “unclear” why the case had been treated as a priority and asked what background checks were “routinely done in these cases”.”
“He added that Mr Abd El-Fattah’s past tweets were “impressive in how they manage to be vile in such a variety of ways”.”

Nothing will come from it as the state is known to support anyone who hates this country.

“Nigel Farage has reported democracy activist Alaa Abd El-Fattah to counter-terrorism police over historical social media posts. The dissident is at the centre of a row over comments on X which resurfaced after his arrival in the UK earlier this week following his release from detention in Egypt.

The now-deleted posts appear to show Mr Abd El-Fattah branding Britons “dogs and monkeys”, calling for Zionists to be killed and violence against the police, and expressing hatred of white people.”
