Weekend 17th January 2026

Imagine a week where a corrupt anti semitic chief Constable walks away with his pension – a failed Tory Minister defects to Reform x2 -a Dutch activist is banned from the UK for upsetting the PM – a British PM suspends a lot of local elections and America doesn’t attack Iran ( yet ) …. Oh yes and the Labour regime threatens to shut X out of the UK ….

Dr. Jeevun Sandher represents a new generation of Labour MPs with a strong background in economics and a focus on social justice, equality, and practical policy solutions for working people. His journey from economist to parliamentarian highlights his commitment to public service and addressing systemic inequalities

Parades his ignorance – general etiquette seems to be that “Dr” of Political Economy isn’t usually used much outside of academia – it looks like a classic case of a pretentious prat pontificating about something he’s ignorant of – he’s a similar mad demeanour to Milibrain…

Would know a pragmatic, evidenced policy if it twatted him around the head….

I’m sure this guy will be enjoying all those free Government subsidies,
Someone’s should ask him if he knows in the uk, we bury approximately 15,000 old wind turbine blades in landfill fill each how much does that cost I wonder. Not recyclable they say .

They bury the blades not because they can’t be recycled (quirky roof trusses come to mind – some wind turbine roofed bike sheds out there) – but because *imho* they don’t want renewables to be seen to produce waste = total effing fail, like so much of the idiocy spewing from the green loons and grifters.

Dishonesty pervades the entire renewables sector hand in hand with galactic scale innumeracy. Jeevun has the eyes of a true believer….

A friend and I are at different doctors’ practices. We are both asthmatic. Over the last 18 months we have both had our reliever inhalers stopped and told we should use our preventor inhaler for everything. The reason each of us were told was that people weren’t using the reliever properly. I would have thought that the obvious way to deal with it was to teach people how to use the inhaler properly. In reality the new system doesn’t work as well for either of us.

The other day I had a thought and googled. Nice had put out a paper available on line which explains one dose of the inhaler is equivalent to driving a petrol car 115 miles. I cannot believe what scientific gymnastics must have been gone through to produce that figure. So we have been made to change our asthma treatment due to climate change. I wonder how many deaths or time spent in hospital has increased due to this change. Will they go down as climate change deaths? I doubt it.

I blame the Met Office and the agenda pushed by the BBC who don’t care how they worsen people’s lives.

Energy costs highest in the world, nut zero green levies, Wrecker Reeves’ other taxes and you get the lights turning off all over Britain….but as the BBC is all for the nut zero Stalinism they aren’t really too keen to report on British industry being shut down by Reeves and Miliband….but Sky has noticed…

Not mentioned by our BBC –

The British empire was the biggest empire the world has ever seen. As well as spreading Christianity round the world, it brought many countries out of the stone age and gave them civilisation, law and order. 🇬🇧

There’s an obvious solution to the Greenland situation.
Denmark should give Greenland to Mauritius.
Maybe the eu could help them in deciding how much Denmark must pay Mauritius and help out with a few hundred billion euro.
No need to consult the Greenlanders, just follow the example of the UK.

absolutely – now if we could find a way to relocate the entire Labour Party to a village in northwestern Greenland – I’d actively campaign for that.

Bridget Phillipson, Secretary of State for Education , has written a piece in the Telegraph stating…

‘This anti-Semitism in Britain’s schools and colleges ends on my watch’
‘What happened to Damien Egan MP is completely unacceptable. A Jewish MP was stopped from carrying out a planned visit to a school in his constituency.

I am crystal clear: schools must be a place of safety and no MP should ever be stopped from doing their job. This cannot stand. I will not allow it. Ofsted has already stepped in to inspect the school, and I have asked the Trust to commission an independent investigation into what happened.

But this is not the first concern we’ve heard about anti-Semitism in schools, and that is a problem.
That is why I will be launching a review as part of the Government’s wider work to build social cohesion and combat extremism, to ensure all schools and colleges have the right systems and processes in place to identify and respond to anti-Semitism and related issues.
Questions must be answered about how we reached this point – and I intend to get those answers, and take action.’

Anti-Semitism rampant in schools eh? Ah…let’s just ignore that! says the BBC. They have so far ignored the article despite the prominence of the author and the fact that the Secretary of State for Education believes there is such a problem with anti-Semitism in our schools that she needs to commission an inquiry to find out how we got here and what to do about it.

We know why the BBC ignores it…the anti-Semitism stems largely from Muslim communities and the Left….both BBC favoured groups. If this had been about ‘Islamophobia’ you can guarantee it would be frontpage news.

    Mehdi Hasan…

‘It pains me to have to admit this but anti-Semitism isn’t just tolerated in some sections of the British Muslim community; it’s routine and commonplace. Any Muslims reading this article – if they are honest with themselves – will know instantly what I am referring to. It’s our dirty little secret. You could call it the banality of Muslim anti-Semitism.’

If the inquiry does its job of course, the BBC will be in the spotlight for its incendiary coverage of Gaza which has undoubtedly poured petrol on the flames around that issue and helped incubate, provoke and trigger anti-Semitism around the world.
