I was full of shame after being sacked for having endometriosis

Bottom line : woman got something wrong with her and could not do her job properly any more. So she was sacked. How many thousands of times a year does that happen across the UK in all walks of life ?. I wonder how many men have lost their jobs as a result of arthritis for example.
