AS THE YEAR DRAWS TO A CLOSE…

Just wanting to take a quiet moment this morning and wish everyone on Biased BBC a Happy New Year. Thanks for all your support in 2008 and I look forward with vigour to 2009. My clear objective next year is to get the Biased BBC book published and tomorrow, on January 1st, I have made plans to start that process! Here’s to a great year exposing the BBC bias and making a real difference. The floor is yours, as ever!

Note especially that World Food Program’s warehouses in Gaza are FULL!
31th December, 2008 — 12 Palestinians from Gaza transferred to Israeli hospitals for assistance and 2500 tons of humanitarian aid transferred to Gaza. … Ninety three trucks, with approximately 2500 tons of humanitarian aid, medical supplies and medication were conveyed through “Kerem Shalom” cargo terminal. The World Food Program has informed Israel that they will not be resuming shipment of food commodities in to Gaza due to the fact that their warehouses are at full capacity and will last for approximately two weeks. Since the beginning of operation “cast lead” some 6500 tons of aid have been transferred at the request of the international organizations, the Palestinian Authority and various governments. Preparations are underway to facilitate further shipments expected to arrive in the coming days.

I’m with Martin on this one. The Krauts killed Anne Frank. No doubt about it.

That’s why I’m doubly ashamed (or maybe not because I don’t consider myself to be German) that “Palestinian” and “Turkish” scumbags can demonstrate on the streets of German cities whilst anti-Islam demonstrations are being made illegal.

This is a fight we need to win everyone. Al Beeb is only a (big) part of the problem.

The BBC would love this and would never speak out against it

Private firm may track all email and calls

    http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2008/dec/31/privacy-civil-liberties

why would I invoke the BBC in an article that does not mention them?

well, the BBC claims to be independent (lol, I know!), the BBC has no track record of protecting the hard won gains of the enlightenment (just look at their love of medieval belief systems), the BBC always seem to take the part of authority over the will of the people (they like Ken Livingstone but seem less keen on Boris).

    Oh well.

Yes; the BBC’s political resolution for 2009 is to become even more dhimmi, and to give over more of our licence- payer funds to Muslims to put out more pro-Islamic propaganda.

For example, next Monday, BBC 4 goes fully Islamic with the start of TV series on both:

    1.) ‘Science and Islam’; and

2.) ‘An Islamic History of Europe’,

    – an oft repeated BBC series by ex-Beeboid, Rageh Omaar, now just as politically comfortable, employed by Al Jazeera English TV. Omaar described the BBC as ‘a white man’s club’. (He does not describe Al Jazeera English as an Arab man’s club.)

As counter-arguments to the above BBC produced pro-Islamic propaganda, suggest see:

    on 1.) above –

    “Fjordman: On Science and Religion”
    http://www.jihadwatch.org/dhimmiwatch/archives/022433.php

    on 2.) above –

“The myth of the Golden Age of Tolerance in Medieval Spain” (by Norman Berdichevsky):

    [Extract]:

“Apologists for Islam never tire of referring to the ‘Golden Age’ of tolerance that supposedly characterized seven centuries of Muslim dominated Spain. This fundamentally flawed assessment draws the wrong conclusion based on fragmentary evidence and distorts the larger picture. It ignores the reality of enormous destruction wrought by the three Arab-Berber Muslim invasions that repeatedly sought to hold on to control and rule over the indigenous peoples of Spain who had been reduced to second class citizens in their own homeland.

“The desire to restore ‘Al-Andalus’, an Arabic corruption of the land they conquered that had previously been ruled by the Germanic Vandals (hence al-Andalus as “Land of the Vandals” in Arabic) and Visigoths has persisted to this day. Extremist support for the atrocious terrorist bombing of the Madrid Train Station on March 11, 2004 is viewed by some Muslims today not simply as just punishment for the pro-American government of former Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar but as the first step in the re-conquest of what is still considered along with ‘Palestine’ as land that must be returned to Muslim dominion.”

The BBC doesn’t waste any time before laying into Catholicism (a frequent BBC target.)

To mark the feast day of Mary, the Mother of God, the BBC has chosen to schedule on Radio 4 an insulting and blasphemous programme speculating that the Blessed Virgin was some sort of hermaphrodite.

The programme is presented by an Asian woman scientists, though whether she is Hindu, Muslim, Jain or Dawkinsian isn’t entirely clear.

She did enjoy, however, the privilege of Catholic schooling in her early years. And this is how she returns the favour.

Now, if the Cardinal would call for a boycott of the licence-fee…….

While they might be biased against the catholic church I cannot help having some sympathy for their views.

What is worse getting money through the threat of jail. Or getting money through the threat of hell.

Go to church and put money into the collecting plate or burn in hell for ever. Just so they can afford to line the churches with gold and silver and have Jesus’s infalable representatives on earth live in great splendour.

This probably isn’t the time or place for religious discussion. Suffice to say that the picture you present of Catholic life bears about as much correspondence to reality as the Protocols of the Elders of Zion do to life in the Jewish Community.

The BBC politics page is on pro-Gordon overdrive.

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/default.stm

First of all. Look at the summary titles for the 3 main parties. Labour are ‘Bouncing Back’, Lib Dems are ‘Fresh Start’ and Tories are ‘Rollercoaster Year’. The article itself is filled with crap about ‘Yacht-gate’ and Cameron going through a red light on his bike. It doesn’t mention that the last poll to put the Tories behind Labour was a rogue back in January – you have to go back to September 2007 to find Labour ahead being a trend. It doesn’t mention the polling figures above 40 from April until October this year, and that even now only 6 out of the last 25 polls have had the Tories below 40. It gives the impression of them ending the year on a dud and Labour being back in the game.

And then look at the layout of the rest of the page. Cameron’s end of year message is squashed on the right hand side. Brown’s is the biggest story, despite this crushing Euro poll coming out today. Under Brown’s message is a ‘See-saw for Tories headline’, which links back to the same ‘Rollercoaster’ one. And then, finally, underneath both of those is a link to Brown’s ‘no time for a novice speech’ back in September. Now, I’m pretty sure he’s made more speeches since then, so it’s not like this is his most recent one. Surely this is just an attempt to hammer home Brown’s message for him; that he’s the only man for these difficult blah blah blah…

From today’s World Have Your Say with Hamas representative Osama Hamdan.

BBC presenter: First we have Bilal who is in Gaza. Bilal, What’s your question to Osama Hamdan?
Bilal: Thanks for letting me participate in this programme. I want to ask first of all Osama Hamdan, who is living in Beirut now and we are now under Israeli attack and they are hiding in their tunnels, the Hamas leaders, underground, and we are facing, become victims to Israeli airstrikes, awful airstrikes and aggressive airstrikes. My question is the following • where are you taking the Palestinian people now? Where are you taking? You are taking us as hostages, as hostages. You are a puppet within the Iranian’s hands. That’s my question.

Remember brave Bilal the next time a BBC journalist mouths off about how Israeli actions only increases support for Hamas.

2 israelis shot in a shopping mall in Denmark by man described by Police as ‘probably Palestinian’.

Has it been reported by the BBC?

    Silly question.

    ———

It was not mentioned in the nes bulletins on R4’s Today, this morning, this morning or on News24 this evening but on a radio news about 7pm (I’m afraid to say it could have been R3, R4 or R5 – I’m a bit of a channel tart) we were informed that two Israelis had been ‘shot at’. Since both were wounded I think the addition of the proposition ‘at’ came very close to being the BBC telling a direct lie.

Jools Holland’s Hootenanny is the only decent thing on New Year’s night, everything else is pure crap.

There was a rather good selection of music actually, with the excellent Duffy being my favourite.

I don’t understand the hype about Obama, but I don’t understand the hostility towards him either. Bush has been the biggest socialist in US history, pouring tons of US taxpayers money into Corporate Welfare to prop up incompetent US business leaders and overspending massively on the Iraq war, which could have been done alot cheaper if the Pentagon didn’t recklessly hand out taxpayers money to defence contractors like socialist candy.
Obama is ironically likely to be a less reckless spender than his predecessor. If Obama puts a stop to the scourge of Corporate Welfare I will give him kudos, even though I presently think he is hot air.

    Zevilyn,

What narks me about Obama is not his own actions or words. No it’s the cultish way many people that people around the world worship him. People who have never met him, do not know any of his views, do not know his policies. But they still hail him as some kind of saviour.

This is just one wacko example – its a forum about cycling in New Zealand in which an airhead really believes that Obama is going to improve cycling in NZ:

The Labour government dips its toe into finding out what white working class people in Britain think about immigration, becomes:

    BBC report-

    “Blears concern for ‘ignored poor'”

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/7807446.stm

    The ‘Telegraph’ headline reveals more:

“White working class ‘feels ignored on immigration'”

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/politics/4074827/White-working-class-feels-ignored-on-immigration.html

BUT, what is obvious from Ms. Blears’ superficial comments is that Labour does NOT intend to end its policy of MASS IMMIGRATION; Labour is only concerned that potential Labour voters do not develop views against Labour mass immigration policies which may result in them voting for an anti-Labour political party.

Of course, the BBC does not pursue this.

“Peter Oborne makes a bold prediction in today’s Mail: that the Euro – ten years old yesterday – won’t live to see its twentieth anniversary. Whether or not you agree with that prognosis, Oborne’s case is compelling:

‘Indeed, far from being the staggering success its supporters claim, the euro-zone is already inflicting huge damage on the nations within it. Many currency market experts believe that some of these struggling members may be forced to peel away from the euro – with devastating consequences for the rest of the world.

‘The greatest problems, in the short term at least, are in the four Mediterranean economies known as the PIGS – Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain.'”
