HAIL KIM JUNG VERY ILL

Had to laugh at this interview conducted by the BBC this morning with Foreign Office Minister Bill Rammell concerning North Korea’s underground nuke test. Talk about being given an easy ride! North Korea has shown total contempt for the “International Community” and in particular is thumbing it’s nose at Obama and his soft power approach to the issue. But the BBC cannot go too deep into this one since it makes The One look ALMOST as wimpish as Rammell.

Fear not — the Obama spakes.

He’s taking robust action and called for a meeting of the UN Security Council.

The NKers must be crapping themselves — laughing.

Gorge Bush dithered, Barack Obama a Lefty pacifist so North Korea goes nuclear, the result every realist expected. Expect the same result with Iran if the West does no get its head out of its arse and deal with the threat to the free world:

From the BBC news website “Russia’s defence ministry estimated a blast of up to 20 kilotons – comparable to the American bombs that flattened Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945”.

Says it all really dosn’t it.

I dunno – this is all a bit strange. The Chinks could end it yesterday and the Japs are pretty well tooled up. I kinda get the impression that if they’re spending cash on stuff that they can’t possibly afford then cool – ejeets.

Iran on the other hand is scary as shit and has an air of destructive inevitabililty about it.

I kinda like Bill Rammell – much better than his idiotic gaffer – that man’s a bloody liability that’s costing us jobs.

The BBC is trying to compare North Korea’s nuke to that of the USA’s and “if it’s OK for the USA why not for NK”

Don’t worry. I’m sure Justin Webb will be along shortly to explain how this is just another facet of The Obamessiah’s brilliant strategy. Just like he did about Iran and Venezuela.

It is strange. Japan has a very large navy and is a formidable military power ( which nobody likes to talk about for some odd reason)
N.Korea cannot seriously expect to threaten her with impunity. Something odd is going on. Time will tell.

Odd description on the Today programme this morning: John Bolton was described as the “hawkish former US ambassador to the UN”. Has any other ambassador ever been described as doveish?
