Just a reminder that tonight is Question Time night and we will be liveblogging it so please come over for the hour of good natured (!) debate!!!
“David Dimbleby will be joined in Sunderland on Thursday 18 June by Lord Falconer, Kenneth Clarke, Edward Davey, Polly Toynbee, and Esther Rantzen.”
Ester Rantzen – oh my god, what did we do to deserve this? Bet Clarke will be used to open Tory wounds on the EU….
Compared to Esther Rantzen, our MPs are models of probity and restraint. Her efforts to get Bernard Braden (the "inventor" of what became "That's Life") removed from the BBC and to ruin the Wilcox marriage (not unrelated events) are chronicled here.
I notice that not only has the BBC not taken the opportunity to stage a Littlejohn/Toynbee rematch, it has removed any non-believers in the wet dream of EU supremacy from participation in this week's debate. I would have thought that the extent of anti-EU voting in the EU elections was significant enough to merit consideration and representation on every QT. I do not expect such consideration to be extended to MMGW sceptics. In the eyes of the BBC they're down there with BNP supporters and the Northern Irish who happen not to like Roma settlement imposed on them by the NI authorities.

So it's 'spot the Tory' again, is it?

Not a single right of centre representative. What is that ugly fat bag Toynbee doing on there yet again? Where's Littlejohn?

One to boycott – it also happens to be in the only region of England where NuLab still leads in popular support.
Why not hold QT from some small county town for a change, like (say) Clitheroe (Lancs) , Richmond (Yorks), or Stratford-on-Avon ?

As "Lord", ugh,Mandleson leads Nu-Liebor, so Clarke ,yuk, leads the "not the conservative party". So it will be an EU love in. I am glad I boycott most BBC outpourings, the scumbags.
They do however sometimes put out the odd good music programme, usually at funny times and outside main channels.

Well, David, what did we do to deserve Lord Falconer and Edward Davey?

One was pretty gutted not to see Richard Littlejohn on the panel to bitch slap Polly Toynbee

"And here's cyril Fletcher with more of your pictures of vegetables in the shape of would-be politicians…"
And Polly bloody Toynbee too? This is clearly not going to be good for my vascular health… See you there 🙂

I am so pleased that I have a question to ask at Full Council tonight so will miss this!

Vance avoids the racism so endemic in his part of the world. Noticable by his ommision of it. The dirty stinking loyalist thugs of Ulster that used to beat and kill catholics are now bricking houses with Roma families inside.
Proud of your 'British Culture' 'cept Vancey you are a Paddy, a stinking bigotted IRISH Paddy from a sectarian racist pit.
Stay there and shut up.

That's hilarious. Calling someone a bigot while simultaneously using an ethnic slur. Do you work for the BBC?
There's only one "t" in "bigoted", son.

"vance the stupid orange man"
That was an unnecessary and misplaced comment to make on this particular blog about impartiality within the BBC.
Anyway, I shall be on tonight, hopefully with a nice chilled Chenin Blanc (plus reserve, just in case) to keep my vocals chords lubricated so I can shout all sorts of abuse at those on-message charlatans.

So someone is heaping racist insults on David while accusing him of being from a racist pit. Oh dear…

So the score is ;
Left 6 ( including Dimblebore )

BBC getting even more desperate. Pathetic.

Will Dimplebore ask Ed Davey about his £7,345 expenses claim for a "maximailer" sorting machine?

Why Cameron ever let the buffon Clarke back into the cabinet is beyond me. He is more pro-EU than Brown and guaranteed to enforce so-called "Tory splits" on the EU.
Someone should remind the BBC of the EU and Council elections held recently and put people on their panel who represent the people.

I would put money on that those Roma families are living on Benefits and all have free housing…Now remind me again how unrestricted immigration is good for the British economy

JHT writes: "Someone should remind the BBC of the EU and Council elections held recently and put people on their panel who represent the people."
They aren't interested. In common with the rest of the bien pensant elite (which very much includes the top echelons of the Conservative Party under the boy wonder) the BBC are in love with the EU and will continue to ram its 'benefits' down our throats, no matter how hard we vote against it.

Question time and it's audience have become a reality free zone. Dripping with faux empathy, synthetic indignation, and irrationality. I give up.

Esther Rantzen, what an old has been. She was pathetic.

Clarke demonstrated more intellect than the rest of the panel combined – I thought the fact that even the nototiously lefty "representative" QT audience barely gave the increasingly bonkers Toynbee even polite applause was instructive. Maybe she'll take the hint.
Presumably Littlejohn is now so fat he can no longer fit in the studio?

vance the stupid orange man…
This is why you shouldn't attempt to write and masturbate at the same time.
Incidedntally, how are you getting past the word verification system? It must be like a blind man at a clay pigeon shoot.

Hope you've seen the auditions for the people's panellist. You should blog about it – it's an interesting way of trying to get young people involved in politics, though I'm not sure it'll attract anyone new.
