A GENERAL QUESTION..

The reason I ask is the BBC driven faux outrage over the fact that a senior soldier should seek to serve his country amongst the ranks of the Conservative Party. Today has been making mischief on this one all week and Sarah Montague had another go this morning. It strikes me that the BBC was determined to make this week as uncomfortable as possible for Cameron and so getting an experienced military leader advising the Conservatives is presented in the worst possible light. Had he joined up with Gordon’s gang, do you think the BBC would have treated the matter in this way?

The BBC would have been in full gush mode for Gorgon had Dannatt teamed up with the corrupt Socialists. It was also interesting how the BBC rounded on Grayling for his comments, Grayling did make a prat of himself but HE CLEARLY did welcome it for Labour, this bit of the interview was never re run by the beeboids.

As I mentioned before the BBC found nothing wrong with Alan Sugar working for the Government whilst still working for the BBC.

Strange how no one has mentioned Admiral West who is still a minister in the Home Office whom Broon brought on board as part of his “Government of All the Talents” only months after West had stepped down as the professional head of the Royal Navy. Can’t recall the “Today” programme complaining that military impartiality had been breached then although when West stepped out of line over 42-day detention he seems to have been confined below decks ever since.

Much good is it doing the sods – the latest Yougov poll shows Conservative support up by 4% and they are well ahead of Labour!
    Roll on next May!

Had I been Osborne answering the predictable question about toffs running the Conservative party I would have asked them to consider which party leader’s wife turned up in a £400 designer dress and which party’s real leader was wearing a £20,000 watch……..
