Apart from  getting Brown and their Labour Party elected, the BBC puts closing down Guantanamo high on the BBC’s political agenda.

    E.g. Radio 4 tomorrow:

    “Closing Guantanamo”

Of course, the BBC is much less interested in the Islamic jihad threat from  the many Gitmo recidivists:

    ‘Jihadwatch’

e.g. “Ex-Gitmo detainees  returning to jihad more than ever”

The BBC paid for this? That means that you and I paid for this! No wonder the tv tax is so high.

While the BBC is spreading Islamist propaganda that Guantanamo Bay is worth killing infidels over, reality provides evidence showing that the BBC is not only wrong, but dangerously so.

The reason people don’t want Guantanamo Bay closed is not because we want to keep the torture chamber running or whatever BS they’re feeding you.  The real complaint is that if we release them they go back to jihad, or if we put them in US prisons and make them into ordinary criminals with all rights of a US citizen then we deny that we’re at war with Al Qaeda and the larger jihadi movement, and we never did this with prisoners of previous wars.  There is no legal precedent for it, so the Obamessiah Administration is basically making stuff up as they go along to please the anti-this war crowd.

Here’s what the BBC doesn’t want you to know about what happens when we don’t send terrorists to Gitmo but instead treat them like ordinary citizens:

Detroit bomber ‘singing like a canary’ before arrest

It turns out that because The Obamessiah and his minions decided to treat Abdulmutallab like an ordinary citizen, we will no longer be able to get any intelligence information out of him.  He gets a lawyer, keeps shtum, and the investigation of who was behind it all is shut down.

Sure, he can cop a plea and give the names of the planners in Yemen, but then what?  He goes free sooner rather than later, and nothing further will happen because the military isn’t going to get any info from the criminal justice system.   So closing Guantanamo actually places the country – and everyone else – in greater danger by shutting down access to possibly vital intelligence.

Unfortunately, the BBC has a more emotional, anti-this war agenda, and will do anything to create a false impression to advance it.
