Have you picked up on BBC coverage of the Jihad attacks carried out by the Taliban in Kabul today? I suggest to you that the tone of the coverage was almost one of….admiration. The BBC seems to take perverse delight that these dark ages barbarians can carry out such atrocities.

Well thought out response.
I guess David is ON about his opinion on listening to the the tone of the coverage, that the tone of the coverage wasn’t up to snuff in that the tone of the coverage sounded pro-Taliban to him.
I guess DV has to work harder and hear tones and tings as you hear them.

Sure. He could also just type out his responses to the voices in his head here, but that wouldn’t make his delusions any more valid.

Are there any terrorists who the BBC do not support ?

I think they had some harsh words to say about the Republicans.

On yesterday’s PM on Radio 4 Eddie Mair referred to the attacks as ‘audacious’, the same word used by the BBC to describe the Mumbai attacks. This word implies some level of admiration of what it describes – in this case murder. Would the BBC use such a word to describe any other murders?
